I called to get an estimate due to my roof leaking. They went out to my house right away to look at the roof, even though I was at work. I was very appreciative of the promptness and quick availability. When I received a call back they told me that it was a simple fix: the vent needed calking. Myself, having never had to deal with this before, asked if this was something my husband and I could fix.

Almost immediately I was told that I was rude and he "couldn't believe that I would ask that". This went on for a few minutes while I was silent on the other end of the phone. I finally told him that I wasn't quite sure how to respond to this, and he told me (sarcastically) that they would fix it and he hung up on me. I was left speechless and extremely upset, to the point of crying.

I have never been treated so rudely by anyone in the customer service business. I truly did not know how to respond. Again, while I appreciate the promptness and availability to look at our roof so quickly, I will never choose to work with this company ever again due to the rudeness I experienced on the phone call.

If I could give less then a one star I would! Was very friendly until the job was done and the section they fixed didn't match at all. Not a huge deal, until the phone call to express the concern.
