Had some sewer drain backup issues and we got a service claim started so we were satisfied with the service we received from Sam and from this mornings service with his work partner Brad seemed very professional and let me know what the whole process was all about to fix the problem we had at our home. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the QC.

Had a utility sink put in that required the stack be accessed. From estimate to completion we were satisfied and will call in the future!

Great experience. Replaced shower fitting. Both plumbers were very polite. Very quick. Never felt like they were milking the clock. The lady in reception who set up the appointment was quick to pick up the phone. She quickly ascertained what we needed and set up the appointment, was able to give approximate pricing. Just overall it felt good to deal with professionals.

Woke up to our basement partially flooded yesterday and thought we wouldn't be able to find anyone due to the holiday. Called Triton and spoke to Erin who said she'd be able to have Sam come out and check the issue. I let Erin know we had an appointment to get to later in the afternoon and she said she'd let Sam know. Sam arrived well before our appointment time and fixed up our main drain which was backed up and we made it to our appointment. Very fair and affordable price. Will definitely be a repeat customer for any other needs in the future!

Service that we needed to have done they at this time have no one on staff to fix cooling or heating systems. We have always used them in the past and have had very good service. Hopefully they sign on a few repairmen to work on these systems.

I had a great experience with Triton. We we had a different plumbing company not show up, and we were on hold until we could get the pipe ran to the new shower we were installing. I called and Triton had a plumber out in less than an hour. Got everything done in a short time, excellent workmanship and fair price. I highly recommend anyone looking for a great plumber to give these guys a call.

American Water dispatched Triton Plumbing Services for some repairs covered under my in home plumbing warranty. The company is great. Luke was my plumber and he went over the process in detail before beginning, advising me a timeline and everything that was covered. The work looks amazing. I no longer have a leak in my basement and am very happy. Not to mention there truck looks amazing.

I have had plumbing work done in two houses using Triton and Luke. Both times the work was top notch, on time, with great suggestions for improving while saving costs. I just called them today for my third job with them, this one a full remodel. Great company, great folks to work with. Highly recommend.

We called Triton and a very courtesy and knowledgeable gentleman came right away to fix a leak in our basement! He took the time to explain what the problem was and how he repaired it! Fast friendly service, what else can one ask for!?! Highly recommended and will be using again if issues should arise:)

Twice now I've have to contact them for short notice jobs and both times they were able to help me out. Very pleasant and understanding both in the office and the plumbers.

They do not respond to service calls for the equipment they install. They will ignore your calls and then claim they never received them, especially the HVAC side. This is not the way to run a business.

I just wanted to say that it is rare to find a company and staff that is honest and truly great to deal with. My very first experience with Triton Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning was with Dave a few years back. He was able to help me out with something over the phone and I always kept their card because of this.

Came over and thawed out my frozen pipes. It was a job I didn't want to do. Got everything thawed out and water flowing again. Many thanks.

The tech Denny was awesome. The company and the office where not helpful. When my wife called she said she was dealing with our home warranty and that they would get paid by us and we would get reimbursed by home warranty.

My furnace wasn't working well. A quick Google search showed that Triton does work on furnaces. I had called them for a leaky pipe before and they were quick to get that fixed. Will definitely call them from now on.

Came out for a drain cleaning, was able to make an appointment which was a plus in my book. The service man will call let you know they are on the way which was also nice. Very knowledgeable staff, offered other options if this happens again.

I dropped a ring that meant a lot to me down my bathroom sink. When I went to move the pipe myself, it was so old I cracked it. My husband called and Sam was at our house with in 20 minutes. He got the ring out and replaced the pipe quickly. He was very friendly and priced very reasonably. Will definitely be our first call in the future.

I called Triton Plumbing when my water heater broke. They came quickly (within 2 hours) and discovered my water heater went bad. The next day they had a new one installed and they did a great job! I called them back about 3 weeks later because it seemed like something was wrong. The owner of the company came and checked it out. Turns out, it wasn't the water heater, but my humidifier.

They showed me what to do and then never charged me a dime! I ran into the owner while running some errands a few months later and he remembered me. He told me they now do heating and cooling as well. I asked him for some cards and I keep them in my purse. Not only do I recommend these guys, but I will use them in the future. I feel like they are honest and fair, which is great!
