I made a spontaneous decision to buy a hot tub and I am so happy about it. Clayton was great at getting me set up as a first time spa owner. I love that I can take my water in to be tested weekly and I get a print out of exactly what to add. They are super knowledgeable and have helped me feel more secure in maintaining my hot tub. I was also very pleasantly surprised by the prices.
I thought it was very affordable and they offered good financing through a credit union. Overall, I am really happy about my purchase and the service I have received from Clayton and the rest of the Pool World crew. I highly recommend them and have been telling everyone to stop waiting and get the hot tub already.

Jet Pump Replacement - on a Sunday afternoon, on Oct 3rd 2021 my two speed jet pump was failing and making a load bearing noise. I called Pool World and spoke with Clayton (who was very helpful) to find that they had a pump in stock to replace my failing one. I have the Hot Springs "Relay Model" spa and have had it since 2014. The new pump, was literally plug and play. Nice to have a business open on a Sunday when you need them the most! Thank you Clayton and Team Pool World!

Ben and Josh Rock! The young men did a wonderful job. They were polite professional and hard working. They laughed politely at a couple of comments. They got the job done quickly and efficiently. I don't write reviews very often but I want to give a huge thanks to Pool World for a couple of things: 1. They installed our pool about four years ago and it has been the best thing for our family and kids. Pool World has made owning a pool fun and easy. As with anything, questions or different situations come up and they have been awesome at always being willing to help, to advise, or to just come and fix whatever the problem it.
It's the best purchase we have ever made. 2. We bought our hot springs tub from Pool World and we have had a few problems come up over the years (no fault of Pool World) but they have been there every single time for us. The great staff and technicians at Pool World have gone above and beyond to help us. Honestly I can't thank them enough. We have come to know many of the people that work at Pool World.
They have become our friends over the years. It says something that in the five years we have been going there, the same people are working there. I feel comfortable calling them up directly for any question. Cheesy as it sounds, it's like family going in there. Again, huge thanks to everyone.

Highly recommended! Clayton helped me find the perfect hot tub and was patient and helpful with all my questions (and there were a lot of questions.) Our tub was delivered earlier than promised by 2 awesome guys, Josh and Ben, who gave us ample notice about delivery times and did an amazing job of getting it to the right spot. The tub was fully working before they left.

Mark Yates at Poolworld has been amazing for me! With all of the challenges from this year, he has really gone the extra mile to help us with our pool cover. He is genuine and follows through every time. Clayton is also great whenever I need help with keeping my pool water perfect. I highly recommend Mark, Clayton and Poolworld!

Wow! I just had the BEST experience at Pool World. This was my first time here. We usually go to a competitor near Costco. Never again! Clayton greeted me as soon as I stepped in the door. I had so many questions, all of which he answered. I usually do not write reviews, but felt compelled to do so here because of the phenomenal service I received. A+++

These guys have been so extremely helpful. We bought a house last year with a spa. I panicked having not a clue how to care for one. I walked into Pool World and these guys provided a simple fix for maintaining our spa. Boy was I relieved when I found out how easy it was. Fast forward 9 months later and I still rely on their knowledge to quickly remedy my monthly maintenance issues or chemical imbalances.
Free water analyses with a simple to follow chemical additive printout with step by step instructions. What would I do without Pool World's help? I would not be enjoying our spa as much as we do with the clean, easy maintained help offered by them.

BEWARE I have paid this company thousands of dollars! Through the whole summer season of my pool being open, We only could use the pool TWICE. Pool World had only 1 pool man who knew how to clean my pool properly. He left the company in the middle of pool season. Pool world sends random pool guys who have NO trained skills what so ever! They overcharge for product that you never agreed to purchase but would be happy to purchase if the end results were that you could use your pool.
I basically paid for Services I NEVER RECEIVED. At the end of the Season I called MARK in Customer Service about the closing of my pool. He was Extremely RUDE. I said you don't need to be so RUDE! He replied "LOOK IN THE MIRROR" Who employs someone so unprofessional? "POOL WORLD" that's who

After considerable research we decided to purchase a Caldera spa from Pool World. A written quote was given, including $4.00/mile mileage to our home 85 miles away (it's free delivery within 60 miles, and we were ok with paying the extra). The service mgr squelched the deal, saying they couldn't support if we needed warranty repair (even with us paying travel/mileage).
Service Mgr refused to allow the purchase, even though Caldera says Pool World is the dealer for our zip code. Bottom line, unless you're local, don't bother shopping here. We ended up buying a jacuzzi brand from another reputable Spokane Valley Spa and Pool business and they were happy to deal, free delivery/install within a 100 mile distance, and great service.

Scheduled service 2 weeks ago. Called this morning to verify an approximate time since they dont make appts. Was told between 10 and 1. It was 145 when I called and spoke w mark. He was rude and didnt even care. Said i was third on the list. I've been waiting since 9am with no response. He ended hanging up on me. I was upset on the phone. Didnt yell but was on the verge of crying from frustration.
He told me not to cry it's not the end of the world and HE hung up on me. If that isnt bad enough his manager didnt care either when I called back. I asked for a next day appt. Hoping to be before noon and he then suggested he would be there by 4. I asked if he was sure because if not we would have problems I've been waiting for two weeks.
He couldnt guarentee it. Said he had an emergency commercial customer paying emergency rates so might not even make it. I then asked if the guy was even gonna make it today and he said well sometimes things have to get rescheduled. Zero stars if I could for terrible customer service and no effort to make it right

We bought a Jetsetter from Bryce Kehrer. Bryce made sure everything was taken care of including coordinating installation with the electrical contractor (Northern Electric did a great job too!). Quoted us an all inclusive price, no surprises. Love the tub and use it at least once a day. Great service!

Pool World sells a great product - Hot Springs spas. And their sales people in the Coeur d'Alene store are friendly and helpful. BUT - their service department is an absolute nightmare and I will never buy a spa from them again ( despite the fact that I love Hot Springs products ) because of this. They made fun of me and basically said that I was an idiot and needed to buy a new spa ( to the tune of 10K ) and once " I got tired of replacing parts " then I would just buy a new spa.
They said there was " no way to diagnose a problem " with a hot tub. Once I gave up on them and found an independent repairman who came right out and diagnosed and fixed the problem for a fraction of the cost of a new hot tub, and was respectful and pleasant to boot I vowed never, ever to buy a spa from them again.

Have been going to this place for over 2 years now and every time the staff have been awesome. Talked to Brandon today and he was a great help in explaining the Frog auto chem system. He also gave me a some free samples for our hot tub. I bought the Frog system for my boyfriend for Christmas. All the staff also love our Yorkie, Magic. Thanks again Brandon, you are awesome.

I bought a house 7months ago that had an existing hot tub. I had no idea how to maintain it so I called Pool World and talked to a salesman named Shane. He talked me thru filling it and checking all of the filters. Hot tub is up and running. Didn't know much about the chemicals so I brought in a water sample and Shane showed me what to add and how much and how often.

Customer service is very poor. They do not return calls and if you don't get a call or pick up there calls they think your avoiding them. They expect you to pay them even though they don't give you answers and have a disagreement with the services that were done. They had just installed a new liner which I payed them over 4500.00 for up front. which with the closing and putting cover on the pool and remain potion of the bill was under 700.00.
Which I had a family crisis come up and they would not work with me on. I had them put a cover over my pool last fall the day it was put on it was windy when I got home from work it was blown in my pool. I called them and I was just ignored. I even sent pictures I had to redo the pool cover my self. It never did blow off or in to the pool after I redid it and placed the tubes in the right spots.
Also they had my key to my back fence for over a month before I could get it returned to me. I could not get a returned phone call to get questions answers. Because of non returned phone calls and I was also dealing with a family crisis. I did not get my final bill until almost 2 months after work was done. I called and let them know I was dealing with a family crsis and would get it taken care of when I came back home (I was out of state).
In the mean time they put a lean on my home. I have paid them in full. But was treated like a thief and spoke to very rudely by the owner when I did call to take care of the bill. since then I thought I would put all that aside and have them open my pool. But again getting treated like a thief they want payment all up front more then what it would cost to open the pool and they will only take cash not even a credit card. They think about nothing but money and are not cheap. What ever happened to listening to a customer and working things out.

We have nothing but great things to say about Pool World in Spokane Valley! We went there to get information on a Big Green Egg grill and Brice was so helpful and knowledgeable! We made the purchase that day and we Love our Egg! 3 months later we had a problem with the Egg and Brice and his team took care of it within 2 hours! We couldn't be happier with the customer service we've had from the crew at Pool World and won't shop anywhere else for our Egg accessories and charcoal.
Our experience with them has been spectacular and we appreciate their courtesy, competence and professionalism! We keep going back because we know we'll get treated right and we'll be confident in any purchase from Pool World in Spokane Valley!

We have been using Pool World for 8 years. Lance has always provided above and beyond customer service when we are in the store asking questions. Both Grady and Casey are extremely helpful with product guidance based on water sample results. The service department has been very accommodating and conscientious on site when opening or closing our pool.

The staff at Pool World would have received 5 star rating but I believe you can always do something to improve your service & performance - furthermore, Dan, the North Store Manager must feel the same - his example through-out the process of purchase, set-up and delivery of our new hot tub and sauna was clearly aimed at our customer satisfaction.

My husband and I have been long-time customers of Pool World. In fact we have purchased four hot tubs over a several year period. We have experienced consistent and exceptional customer service from all Pool World staff and especially from Lance Strasser of the Central Store. We have appreciated being able to work with familiar staff who understand what we are looking for.

Tub under warranty. Crack formed in tub next to controls. Pool World checked it out, informed us it would be covered under warranty. This was about 2 1/2 months ago. They have had our tub in their facility for 2 1/2 months, for a warranty repair and are just now starting to work on it. This is totally unacceptable. Excuse after excuse, promise after promise is all we get.
And now, winter has set in so transporting it the two hours home and setting it up may not be able to happen until next spring. Very nice. Purchase a $10,000 hot tub from these folks and this is the service you'll get. I'm so pissed off at them I think my next step is to our lawyer. Customer service and/or service after the sale are just not very strong points with Pool World. Even calling the Manufacture got us no where. They say, "contact the dealer." My next tub will not be from Hot Springs or especially Pool World.

Is Pool World expensive? Yes. Is it worth it? Absolutely, positively emphatically YES! Every in store staff person is fully trained and able to answer any question; they give each customer their full attention and they make sure that your every concern is taken care of before you walk back out the door.

I usually do not take the time to do these things, but when you receive such great service it needs to be shared. I walked into Pool world needing a filter and chemicals for my Apollo Spa. Grady helped me and took above and beyond extra time to explain what was happening in my spa and easier ways to maintain my water.
