Tips Company Handyman

We had a plumbing problem after the freeze and power outages. We talked to Conrad. He cam to our home for a $100 review. He brought his wife and was 2 hours late. He worked on a quote for about 20 minutes and said he needed $2,000 to start repairs (we had one pipe burst in the attic) and the job might be more than $3,500. We were surprised and a bit dismayed.

His wife said we had to pay another $100, in cash, to preserve the quote for 3 days. They wouldn't leave. It was very uncomfortable. We called a Plumber, who came the next day, and completed the fix in just an hour. We were charged $350. The reason to avoid Conrad Tips and Tips Company is that they want you to pay a premium because you are concerned/afraid. Avoid these idiots.

My friend is in law enforcement and showed me how to run a check on someone before you let them into your home. Conrad Tips has had three DWIs in a 30 day period, drivers license suspended, and now he is on a video on YouTube!

We hired Conrad Tips and Tips Company to help repair damage to our home caused by freezing. We paid $1,500 up front. He said that was for materials. The start day he showed up with his wife about two hours late. They took photos and more measurements. After by partner came home (another man) they said they "couldn't work for homosexuals." We were insulted and berated. They refused to give our deposit back and said we should "change our sinful behavior." It was a disgusting experience.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I hired Conrad to put shelves in my closet for my shoes. He only put up half the shelves and wanted me to pay the full price. He said the problem was I had too many shoes that only a fallen woman needs that many shoes. He is crazy or drunk or both. Service: Remodeling

I recommend the services of Tips Company Handyman to anyone who needs a professional commercial repair handyman. Their team is taking care for our building for years. Anytime we need something to be fixed or installed we call them!

I called this company to look for someone to fix a ceiling fan in the house. a gentleman came to do the job but he didn't have a ladder or any tools. so we were nice enough to let him use our ladder and our tools. He kept going in and out of the house to his car to talk on the phone. He came back in to work on the fan and was dropping some of the screws that are still on the floor.

He left again to leave to the car and he never came back. He gave me no notice that he was leaving. He left the ladder here with the screws he dropped on the floor. now we have to look for the missing pieces. I called the gentlemen and asked why he just left without notice, he said his phone died and he was going to his bosses house so either him or his boss will return to finish the service.

I stayed home to wait for hours and i finally txt the person who scheduled the appt with me and I still never got a response back. This company is very unprofessional and the workers seem clueless. I highly do not recommend this company at all.

I decided to hire this company after checking the reviews and it was the worse customer service I have ever experienced, we agreed to pay 50 dollars per hour for person, 2 people, so tips showed up with another man with GMC, I told him it's too small and I already explained to him that it's going to be many boxes and send him some pictures, anyway he said it's fine we can do 2 trips, he was on his phone all the time and the other guy was slow, I told him I'm paying for 2 people and there is just one working. Took them forever to move, when we get to the other location he charged me for the time it took him to come to my place and the time it will take him to get to his place. The charge should start when they show up and end when they leave. Very bad service, there is tons of honest and good services in Houston. Stay away from this one.
