Hercules Fence

HFC did an amazing job for us! They were kind enough to answer all of my initial questions, corrected my faulty assumptions, and provided me with a clear expectation of the price, process and schedule for my crazy project. None of the other fence companies I called were as helpful or as knowledgeable as Hercules, and I appreciated their efforts to actually help me with my project instead of just pushing for a sale.

Despite some hiccups due to the pandemic, the weather, and some unexpected scheduling changes on my side, they were able to work with me and finish the project in time - and the results are waaaay better than I could have imagined. (I think they've done this before.) Anyhow, they really came through for me and I couldn't be happier with their work! Thank you Ryan, Dave, Becca, Randy, and the rest of your crew! Cheers, Brendan.

They put up a vinyl fence around mine and my husbands (Harold Swets) back yard. Within 2 weeks of our estimate they were out putting in the fence and it only took them 3 days to install. The gentlemen who put up the fence were professional and kind. We highly recommend! The lady in the office was extremely helpful! Our estimate was the lowest we got from any fencing company.

HOMEOWNER BEWARE! Got a quote the first time for approximately a thousand less than the second quote.they told me that they was a 3 months waiting period because they were backed up and wanted a half down deposit. I told them that I preferred not to make the deposit until closer to the install date, everyone agreed. I kept calling Bob who came out to measure and ensure that the measurements were correct (estimator Dave Parker never came out.took measurements from another fencing company's quote) and Bob told me that they were not going to be able to get to the job until after January.

Now Dave Parker, the estimator, saying it's higher because of the price of Lumber.(not my fault) I asked to speak with the owner, Ryan, and Dave Parker told me that I'm welcome to talk to him but he was on vacation and would not be back for 2 weeks and he's a bigger Jerk than I am.what a way represent the company!

Wow! Mike and Eric swept in like a tornado and in two hours flat removed the old fence and installed a great looking chain link fence. I couldn't be more happy with the job they did. Need fencework? Critical: Professionalism Extremely rude. Not interested in even giving an estimate. Lazy. Don't want your business. Don't waste your time. Girl that answers works hard to tell you no and decline even giving an estimate. This business should be in California

Critical: Responsiveness When you call for a 4ft fence and they say they dont do that but they Show it in their advertisement XD

The owners of Hercules fence are top notch dudes. Their crew came on time and were very polite and courteous. The quality of the wood privacy fence they put up was beyond my expectations. I can't say enough about how much I love this fence. This is the 2nd time I have hired them for fence work and both times I was blown away. I truly feel that I got an unbeatable value. Do yourself a favor and give them a call if you need a fence. You will be so happy that you did.

I asked for someone to come to measure for a fence, I was told someone would call me to set an appointment. A few days later I got a text saying give me your email and I will send you a estimate. #1 I don't do email. #2 how can someone give me a estimate if you haven't talked to me to know what I need and how much fencing I really need? This Company lost out on a good size job because someone was too Lazy to come out and get the Facts about the job. I don't recommend this Business!

We had 5 gates with crash bars installed from Hercules Fence Company. This is the only fencing company that gave a reasonable estimate and then actually followed through and kept in touch throughout the process. Every time I called the office, they were very professional and helpful. We are very pleased with the results and the communication.

Because my association would not consider white vinyl fencing I was forced to go with a wood board on board. I was very impressed with the removal of the old wood fence and how quickly the new fence went up. Also with the steel backed large swing gates that the other guys don't offer. Job well done.

Hercules to the rescue! Thank you for putting our fence back together after the Well company had to remove it. They came out within a few hours notice. They could have easily turned down such a small job. Fast and friendly service.

It has been two weeks ago, i call them for a quote but nobody has call me back with a response, i have try to call them many Times! but they won't answer the phone, i am very disappointed with this people they are very un responsible, i call another fence company Bellview fence with in ONE day they had a quote for me and very reasonable price i went and give them the job contract.

I have been using these guys for years. They have put up three residential fences for the first one when they were Ball fencing. They have come out made adjustments fixed portions that were damaged by storms with one phone call no hassle.

New owners and management has done a complete 180. Courteous, prompt, and most of all honest. There are a complete fencing company with quality products and quite frankly best service I have had in awhile.

Called to get gate repaired and changed into a double door gate and they were awesome. Even drilled a hole in the concrete for the pole and moved over the other gate door.
