The home warranty company called Air Master Pro to come and repair an air condition unit that stop working Saturday evening. They did not contact me until Today to come on Tuesday. Gave a four hour window. They did not show up in the time they said. I waited 30 minutes still no show. I called the, woman on the Phone said They have been setting in front of the house for 3 minutes.

I look out side on the whole Street. No show. Then they realize they called the wrong person. She was a little rude. I get another call they are coming. After working for 45 minutes they tell me we, they are putting everything back as it was. They don't work on this type of unit.( 2 Zone units). and left.

Had a warrant claim go through them. It was an easy process to set up them going out to do the claim. The only down side was the communication the day of. The technician that was scheduled to come out got stuck on a claim and no one from the community reached out to tell us. So they scheduled him to come between 8am and 1pm for our claim. I called at 1:20pm to see when the technician would be showing up and the lady answered very quickly that he's stuck at the previous service call. (which to me if you could answer that quickly shouldn't you have called to inform the customer?) She told me he said he should be done around 2pm.

Didn't get a notification until 3pm that he was heading my way and would be here in 15 minutes. Comes 4:20pm that the technician actually shows up to my house. So I wasted my whole day that I could have been working for most of it. The technician was actually pretty good and worked quickly to resolve the claim. It's just the lack of customer service on the business end that rubbed me the wrong way.

We used our home warranty and air pro came out. We did have a small out of pocket expenses that the home warranty did not cover. $400.00. I was nervous about using this company with the reviews, but I had a great experience and would use them again without my home warranty. First tech came out and was on time and professional. Clean up the water and disconnect the unit.

I called the office to schedule and discuss repairs. She was very professional. Gus came out on time and very professional and installed our new water heater. He fully explained everything. Positive all around experience.

Garbage disposal needed to be replaced through warranty. Airpro gave us an appointment right away, Kyle was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He also cleaned up what ever mess he made, explained the new appliance and how to clean it. It was great!

ZERO IS MORE LIKE IT! Unprofessional people. Came to my home through American Home shield. Technician tried to make money on the side, when called to complain basically hung up on me stating I'm the one lying. If you value your time and money don't use them. Also if your transferred to Amy good luck she's doesn't want to hear anything bad about their techs and just hangs the phone up on you. Worse service in Vegas.

I've used APM twice now. A year ago to replace my AC and this week to replace all my ductwork in the attic. Both times Ed, the sales manager was prompt for our appointment, explained what I needed - and didn't need - and quoted me a fair price. While the AC installation went great, I really have to compliment Alex and Carlos, the guys that replaced the ductwork.

Both real nice, answered all my questions, and truly worked their butts off to make sure the job got done - and done right. APM - they deserve a bonus! Thanks for all the good work and you have a happy customer!

Excellent service excellent customer service and excellent promptness. I have been using Air Pro Masters for over five years and never had any problems with my air conditioning unit and the excellent service that is performed is why. I know that keeping the air conditioner serviced regularly has preventing me ace major major debt. Air Pro Masters do the best preventive maintenance I've ever had done before thank you again.

My review was for services performed, while the service was good the report was never sent to me - thus the lower rating. I am not asking the business a question only suggesting my rating is dependent on a complete job - with the report.

What a crock, believe all the reviews. AHS contracted dog poop of a company. Came to my house, diagnosed the problem, said they needed parts, and never heard from again. Closed out the job as completed with AHS got their $75 or whatever. When called out on it I was told "Somebody said they didn't want the repairs" by the talking domesticated Yak that identifies as the dispatcher. Crazy how yelp reviews reveal the true company ratings.4.4 on Goggle.what a crock!

My AC broke and I was referred to Air Pro Master by my co-worker. They sent Tim their Lead Tech to come take a look at my AC. Words can't describe how awesome he was. I don't usually post a lot of online reviews, but my experience with Tim and Air Pro was just too good not to share Tim arrived at my home and after he I introduced himself, he immediately got starting on searching for the problem with my system, which he found in minutes!

My fan motor that sits on top of my AC was defective and he gave me a price on what it would take replace it. I agreed to estimate and gave him the OK to get started. He replaced the motor and a new capacitor in about 20 minutes and got me cool Air blowing in my house once again. While I was waiting for Tim to clean up and fill me out an invoice to bill me, I was watching him from inside my home, just to make sure there was no funny business going on.

But it was the complete opposite. My neighbor across the street is handicap and is wheelchair bound. My neighbor was outside and was attempting to bring his trash cans inside from the street, something I normally give him a hand with. Just before I got up to help him, Tim had noticed too, and stopped everything he was doing, and brought all of my neighbors trash cans into his garage.

I was pretty impressed with that. What's even better, once Tim had taken my card information and gave me my invoice so he could head out to his next call, he actually went back across the street to my neighbor and offered him a FREE AC tune up, even provided him with FREE air filters, all before heading out to his dozen or so calls. I just want to thank Air Pro Master for sending Tim to my home and doing the work he did for not only myself but for my neighbor as well.

When using this company ASK FOR TIM. He is a word class technician, you will not be disappointed! Thank you Tim for you honest work, and for your kindness. We appreciate you.

Air pro masters came out through American home shield, my home warranty company, to drain the condensation line on my air conditioner which the insurance covered. They were not nice to me in addition to the insurance they wanted 1800 dollars. They kept pushing me to purchase a new air conditioner unit and had different people call me to make the sale.

I told them i was almost 80 years old and did not have money to buy it. The last call i received was from Christina at Air pro masters. She told me they recommended i purchase a new unit. If i wanted to just do the repair i would have to pay them 3,000 dollars in addition to the insurance. If i didn't want that then find someone else. American home shield offered to cash me out and find my own contractor which i did.

It was completed in a few days and i am very happy. I would never allow Air pro masters in or near my home. They were terrible and after weeks of pressuring me for money they never fixed the air conditioning.

RUN! Total racket being run.they're contracted with American Home Shield. I needed a new hot water heater which would of course be covered by insurance.but then they said I needed some "modifications".actually it was just parts but they write down modifications so of course AHS doesn't cover modifications. I called AHS to complain about the way they worded it.but nope they won't pay for it AND they won't "cap" the price gouging this "contractor" charges.you see once you've paid your $75 service fee.this company has you by the ba#*s because in order to get another bid from another contractor you have to pay the $75 again.and they know it.so my hot water heater would be paid for but here's the "modifications" they said I needed.

City Permit $260 Water Lines $45 Shut off Valve $175 T & P Line $200 Vent $185 TOTAL $865 I was not born yesterday and realized they're running a scam and they know you don't have hot water so they hold you hostage. I already knew I could get a "cash out" option with my insurance but decided to call Air Pro Master's office and see if they would negotiate on the prices of these parts.by the way it's no more than $75 in parts at Lowes.city permit is only $45 if you really feel you have to go that route.so what is that about a 700% mark up.girl in the office was just as awful as the previous reviewers said and when I asked if I could purchase the needed parts she said no.we will not do the job unless you pay the $865.

I said no way that's robbery.she said you're more than welcome to call AHS and get a buyout and that was that.they do not care if they do the jobs.they probably get 20-30 or more $75 service calls a day and make that free money without actually helping the client.believe the other reviews.if you happen to get "assigned" this contractor when you put in your service order and decide to look them up on Yelp and read this.immediately call AHS and request a different contractor BEFORE they come out.they will screw you big time.

Water heater replacement under home warranty. Air Pro was very responsive and professional. We placed a service call on Fri morning and a tech arrived within two hours to evaluate. A second tech arrived Sat morning with a new water heater, installed it and completed the job quickly and well done. Very pleased with this experience. We have requested this company for prior work.

The technician was right on time, he was very courteous, wore a mask and shoe protection, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He cleaned everything after doing the job! Thank you Air Pro and we will use you again. We highly recommend this company! Five stars!

This is the 2nd time that our insurance sent them to us and I am glad that they did. We had another good man as our serviceman Fernando did an efficent job on both items that needed service. The first one was the bathroom left side sink that had a leak and he showed me where it originated and why it happened. The 2nd one was our garbage disposal in the kitchen sink and he performed a few tests on it and each time it failed.

He immediately changed it and in timely fashion to our liking. A very clean serviceman was Fernando and was very good at his job. I recommend him highly. From now on if we need service again I will ask my insurance co to send us Air Pro Master as they proved to be "The Best"

They replaced a water heater for us and went above and beyond to find us the perfect unit when the first one did not fit in the space we had available. Extremely courteous, professional, and most of all knowledgeable. Very quick to respond, and kept us up to date on the progress of our work order. I would gladly use this company again. They did an excellent job and I feel extremely confident in the work they performed. I would highly recommend using Air Pro Masters.

I used Air Pro Masters through my warranty. Very easy to start the replacement on my water heater. Set up a time for the same day. They even sent out a txt before they arrive. Gus was great and he explained everything he was doing or going to do and answered all my questions. Very satisfied with this company overall!

My water heater went out the other day and I called AHS for warranty. I have read horror stories about using AHS and have my own as well. I've seen reviews about a bunch of issues with the water heater claims particularly. I have to say I had zero issues. My home is 6 1/2 years old and the heater died right after the warranty was up. I called AHS and paid the $75 fee and hoped someone would come same day.

Air pro was sent out with a four hour window of 12-4. They arrived a few minutes after 12. Jose came and quickly determined a replacement is needed and let me know the process. He said that since it's a newer house they don't need to bring anything up to code but that AHS probably wouldn't cover the permit fee. He told me they are going to be back out the next day with a replacement.

This morning I got an email saying that AHS wasn't covering something and it was the permit which cost me $185. The office called me right at 8am and told me about the fee which I paid. They gave me a four hour window of 1-5 and Gustavo was out right at 1pm. Took him less than an hour and a new heater was in place. This whole job would have been $1100 at least and I paid $75 for service fee and $185 for a permit. I'm pretty happy and would call this company again.

Both techs were awesome and right down to business and the office staff was nice and communicative. Thanks for making this a great experience for an otherwise unfortunate event.

Be careful of this company the technician went to my home and said its only $725 they found out the compressor is need to replace and i said yes because the partial payment will be home warranty we wait 2 months to fix it and then the compressor is arrived and ready to install. The airpro master told i have to pay again 650$ because they need to clean the ac or else they cannot install the compressor i told them you should tell me on the fiirst time you evaluate and how much we need to pay not in a long wait time that need it to fix the ac just let you know my bad experience on this company and also the girl in the phone who answer no manners no customer service skills. beware of a hidden Charges at the end

First appointment - was cancelled a day before the appointment with no show and no phone call and they didn't know the reason why. Second appointment - tech came out, didn't do any work but requested us get a cut in done so he can come and diagnose for a leak since they don't do that. Amy said to send photos for the tech - never got a response for confirmation after we had an access opening cut in for the tech but she said that since I was able to get scheduled, that was the response.

I called and scheduled myself again. Third appointment - tech came out and requested we do another cut in for them. Called and expressed my concern. Marissa kept reiterating that the work is going to be covered but we need to do the cut in again but there is a possibility we will need to do another cut in after. She got frustrated and gave the phone to Amy. Amy says there is nothing they can do and to call the home warranty company if I had concerns. Also, even though I told her I can get the second access done, she said they would not book an appointment until we sent the photos over proving that the additional cut in was done.

The first cut in they requested was done the same day, and I asked if we can schedule first since it is so difficult to get them out to begin with, still no. So I took her advice and called my home warranty company. I requested to never work with this company again, and to have someone else sent out. It's too bad 1 star is the lowest rating. This would be the first zero star I ever gave.

Vanessa, a receptionist, took my call yesterday, January 18, 2022 to schedule a recall appointment through my home warranty. When I spoke to an agent of my home warranty (also on 1/18) to discuss that the technician AirPro sent wasn't able to fix the heating issue not once, but twice, that they would relay a message to AirPro to send out a senior technician to do the third followup. Vanessa confirmed three different times that my appointment for 1/19 was with a senior technician.

To my surprise, this morning, they sent out the same technician! Oscar is obviously not oblivious to the issues, nothing personal with him, but if he couldn't figure out the issue, maybe a fresh set of eyes could make a difference. The "after-hours" agent I reached at 7:50am this morning of 1/19/22 was rude. I called to find out why they were sending out the same technician and the boy couldn't give me a direct answer. Oscar spent ten minutes looking at the unit again and decided he would order a new control board. Let's see where this goes.

So I called a couple hours to have a chat with the receptionists and to confirm when this control board would be arriving. I went over with Amy a supervisor receptionist, what I mentioned above, and she denied any voice recordings of my conversation with Vanessa confirming my bad experience. The receptionists are dishonest and rude. And all I want is to get my heating fixed. We haven't had our second floor heat working for over two full weeks.

Air Pro Masters installed a new hot water heater in our house. The entire team was friendly, easy to contact and to work with. The service guys were timely, neat and very professional. There are only pros with this company, no cons at all. I recommend them.

Used Airpro Masters and was impressed with their professionalism. Came when expected and was thorough. Usually home warranty repairs replace with the cheapest parts but was pleasantly surprised that my garbage disposal replacement was a good quality and they even changed out the old rubber in sink flap which last company didn't do when it was replaced before.

Is hard to explain in English, because it is my second language. The technician was very good, nice and explain very well to me. The problem was that when I called to see when they are going to come they told me Monday between 11 and 3. And they said the same to Old Republic, my Insurance company. They told me again that the technician was coming Monday from 11 to 3.

When I called to see what it is happening that the technician did not come, they told me that they did not receive the part. In this case, why they told me, 2 times, that the technician will come Monday between 11 and 3? Tuesday I had my cataracts surgery, and Wednesday and appointment to see if every was OK. Thursday finally they said the technician will be here, between 8 and 11, I did not remember very well, because I was going to have my covid 19 for my surgery and I was very nervous. Well, today the technician was here and the repair was very quick. Finally, even the days were very cold, just today I can use my A/C.

All I have to say is that, Mr. Gustavo did a wonderful job taking care of replacing my hot water heater. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He informed me about the workings of the item and what I needed to do to maintain its proper condition. I would recommend Mr. Gustavo to all that's in need of a repair man

So make your own conclusion., they came here yesterday for a non working hot water heater, the guy says it's the circuit breaker, does not inspect the hot water heater, leaves within 10 minutes, this morning we woke up to a flooded house from. THE HOT WATER HEATER. I noticed on their listing of services plumbing is not listed, so why were they here in the first place. I guess that's a question for AHS and MYND property management all deserve a 1 star rating for incompetence.

* I had a new outdoor 2.5 ton Goodman A/C unit and indoor blower installed back in November 2020 by AirPro Master. * About a month and a half later, a service technician had to come out and repair a leak to the outside freon pipe. The break in the pipe was caused by the service technicians during the initial installation. He also didn't bother to refill the freon that had leaked out. * In July of this year, during an excessive heat wave with temperatures exceeding 110°, the temperature in the condo never dropped below 90°, no matter what temperature or schedule I set on the thermostat. * Another technician came out and replaced a defective part in the outside unit.

He also refilled the freon, and left "splotches" of coolant on the sidewalk in front of my neighbor's property. Had to re-call AirPro to get that cleaned up. * After the July "repair, " the temperature in the condo never dropped below 82°, no matter what temperature or schedule I set on the thermostat. * On August 15th, the Ecobee thermostat reported a room temperature "increase" of 4.4° when the outside temperature was 110° and the Ecobee was set to 80°.

The temperature inside the condo was 89°. * On August 24th, at 4:00pm, the outside temperature was 102°, the thermostat set to 80°, and the inside temperature was 90°. * On August 28th, the Ecobee thermostat reported a room temperature "increase" of 4.1° when the outside temperature was 106° and the Ecobee was set to 80°.

The temperature inside the condo was 89°. * Now I have water dripping from the inside blower, and I keep a bucket underneath the ceiling blower to keep the carpet from getting soaked.

BEWARE Air Pro Masters especially if sent by a home warranty company! See the photos attached. They came out on a home warranty ticket we logged with American Home Shield, because when the a/c unit to our bedrooms was manually turned off, or simply reached the temperature that it was set to and shut itself off, the fan would stay on constantly blowing hot air back into our rooms unless I went and turned off the breaker in order to turn off the fan.

Air Pro Masters went on the roof and came down saying the issue was with our coolant and that the R22 coolant was the "wrong" coolant for our unit. They said we urgently needed to flush the unit and put in the "right" 407 coolant and replace the compressor valve. That was going to cost $1300 and wasn't covered by AHS because it was the "wrong" coolant.

We were desperate to have the a/c working for our children's rooms prior to the coming summer heat, so we paid for the work, and the $75 fee to AHS. When they were done. 1) The fan still doesn't shut off unless I flip the breaker off. 2) The air coming out when the unit is off, is now 104 degrees because it's summer and I think it must be pulling air in from the attic or something. 3) When the a/c was on below, the air that came out was really cool, like 51-55 degrees.

Now it won't blow out any cooler than 68 degrees which won't cool the rooms at all. It also seems like there's less pressure. We had a friend from Oregon here visiting for a day or so and he works for an a/c company and he climbed up on the roof and immediately saw that Air Pro Masters installed the new compressor valve for the 407, but neglected to remove the R22 valve, so for 4 months we have had two fully functional conflicting compressor valves competing with different information being given to our unit and with this there's a high probability that the unit has been passed liquid rather than gas potentially damaging the compressor.

We called Air Pro Masters who said they wouldn't even come back out to look at this without another ticket from our home warranty company so we had to pay another $75 and then they still declined to take the ticket so AHS sent out Doctor Cool. Doctor Cool discovered the issue with the fan was a faulty wall thermostat, which was $90 and done. But we still have a second conflicting valve connected to our a/c unit that could damage our compressor if it hasn't already and Air Pro Masters didn't NEED to do anything to our coolant or valve. the air that came out was cold. R22 was NOT the WRONG coolant for our unit, it's simply been discontinued.

It wouldn't have hurt our unit and it had nothing to do with why they were called out. But NOW our unit won't cool because of the conflicting valves and the fact that 407 is so much less efficient at cooling than R22. Air Pro Master's: - caused us to have no ability to cool our rooms this summer - replaced coolant they didn't need to and made it sound urgent and it wasn't. - they sloppily left the secondary R22 valve connected and working as well giving conflicting information to our unit making it even less efficient and potentially damaging our compressor - their only response to all this is that we should replace the unit - they won't even come back out to correct their sloppiness, even tho I have two second opinions that this is a serious issue - they won't even take our home warranty ticket The absolutely know, that what they did was wrong, fraudulent and there's no way we should have to replace a unit that was functional because the thermostat was faulty and wouldn't turn off the fan. Here are photos to prove they left both valves in and functional. it's insane. BEWARE this company!

They came in under their program with NV Energy for my FREE duct inspection. They checked the ducts and they fixed two big leaks and now my house gets warmer and they said I can save up to 30% on my NV Energy bill.

This Company is a Joke. Been dealing with them over 2 weeks and the water heater issue still not fixed. They don't call back and after we call everyday to check status now they're refusing to do the job because they feel harassed.

I placed a call to my home warranty when my A/C broke and was worried when Air ProMaster was assigned due to the plethora of bad reviews. But the technician showed up in time and his assessment of the problem was fairly accurate. He clearly explained to me what the process entailed and the time-frame involved.

I've seen a few people complain about them, but my service tech, Jose, did a fantastic job. He explained everything he was doing, what caused my problem, and how to prevent it from returning. He also gave me a warning about what is ABOUT to go wrong, so I can start getting ready for that.
