Wow. If you've ever had a dispute with a contractor I'm sure this response feels familiar- dismissive and full of half truths. All we had hoped for was the mutual parting of ways and our deposit returned after directly being told by the supervisor to find someone else to do business with. Seems as though Pacific Kitchens is falling victim to poor service like many other contracting companies in the last year.

Have you ever run 15 minutes late for an appointment and charged a $1,000 for it? I have by Pacific Kitchens. Have you ever had someone lie to you about when they arrived and trespassed on your property and been charged $1,000. I have by Pacific Kitchens. This company is all good when trying to earn your business, but if you have any issues with their work or business practices be prepared to be fired as a customer and all your money kept by them.

I would make sure you are ready to accept all of their behaviors and results prior to working with them. Otherwise, if you feel mistreated and disrespected and try to set boundaries on how you want to be treated and your home to be respected you will be fired as a customer and they will keep your money.

Pacific Kitchens gave us not only the best price, but included more items for our kitchen cabinet refacing project than other competitors. When problems out of their control arose, Tom kept us well informed and was truly concerned for our "well being" during it. Would definitely recommend Pacific Kitchens-Oh, and yes we love our new refaced kitchen cabinets! My wife comments favorably about them daily!

We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen cabinets. Our home needed a major refresh but we wanted a minimal amount of disruption. We decided that refacing our cabinets would give us the result we wanted IF we could get the job done well. Fortunately we contacted PK for a quote. Keith made a number of excellent suggestions and when Tom came out to measure he made a few more -- including how to correct the corner cabinets and drawers from colliding, as well as cosmetic issues for uniform spacing.

Our installer Glenn was extraordinary in his attention to detail. He was efficient, respectful and left the kitchen clean every day which enabled us to use the kitchen each evening. His work was excellent and I cannot imagine someone doing a better job. To make things even better, the price was extremely reasonable given the other quotes we received. Pacific Kitchens refaced our kitchen cabinets 3 years ago; our kitchen still looks amazing today! And Pacific Kitchens continues to be a wonderful resource when things pop-up. They even restored a section damaged by a flood last year.matched the existing perfectly!

We had a great experience with pacific kitchen from sales to implementation! Tom & Glen were easy to work with on the scheduling, and Glen did an amazing job on our kitchen refacing! We were pretty much hands off and they took care of us! Love our new kitchen!

Filled out the online form after finding them through a web search. They called the next day and the lady was very pleasant and communicative. We scheduled an appointment for Friday at 10:30. It is now Friday at 11:11, no one has shown up or called. I will not be using their service, because I value my time. I tried to call to let them know that if the technician was on the way, they could just tell him not to come, but the phone number isn't even working properly. Disappointing to say the least - I was excited about revamping my kitchen. Edit: The nice lady called and left a message around 1pm.

The technician had never showed up. She apologized profusely and very politely indicating there had been some kind of miscommunication between her and the technician. She indicated the company would be willing to try to make it right should I choose to give them another chance. I will update my review to 2 stars from 1 star, and may update again if I choose to try again with their service.

We have decided to go with Pacific Kitchens to resurface our kitchen cabinets and we were glad we did. Rob - the installer - put the mind in the work and carefully crafted the details. Kitchen turned out to be beautiful as we had in mind. The handles were also changed to the last minute to suit our taste. We thank Tom for arranging the work finished before Christmas. We had our kitchen cabinets refaced and large drawers installed as well as a quartz countertop and stainless steel sink by Pacific Kitchens. They had the best pricing, yes, but the quality of their work is fantastic. The installer was scrupulously neat and precise in his work. I had no issue leaving the house while he was working. There were a few adjustments that needed to be made after the installation but everything was handled quickly and efficiently. We would definitely hire Pacific Kitchens again.

I was extremely pleased with Pacific Kitchens, from the sales rep Donnie to Rob who refaced my cabinets. Donnie made suggestions that I hadn't even thought of and Rob did a great job and paid great attention to detail. Now my kitchen looks beautiful.

Our kitchen was original builders basic 1995 oak cabinets with tile countertops. While we were happy with the layout, we needed a fresh look. After talking with several remodelers we picked these guys and a reface instead of full remodel as the best combination of budget, quality, customer ratings, and schedule. We were not dissappointed. We picked the supplier and type of countertop, and quality wood doors, hardware, and finish.

Work was done by Rob over a period of over 3 weeks. He was very skilled, hardworking and flexible. He controlled dirt and dust, and did a good job of preparation and site cleanup. We bought all the appliances and they installed them. We also had to get a tile guy to do the backsplash because they only did 6 inch and we wanted full. We also had a finish painter do the walls and the cabinet inside rims. Overall we were very pleased with the job.

We contracted with Pacific Kitchens for a refacing project. Salesman said 5-10 days to complete. 8 weeks later the job was 95% complete. The quality of our single worker was great. He was neat, clean and detail oriented. Besides everything being packed, we still had limited access to our kitchen everyday. My issue is not with the quality, it was with the length of time to complete and unfortunately it was over the holidays.

We had Pacific Kitchens remodel our kitchen a few years ago and I have been meaning to write a review ever since. They just completed some additional work we wanted done which went very smoothly as did our initial remodel. They are a great company that we have referred out to many people. They really do go that extra mile to insure you have a beautiful kitchen.

Pacific Kitchens did a beautiful job refacing our kitchen and bathroom cabinets. They also added cabinets to built-in shelving - was able to match the existing paint - and repaired a broken shelf. From the initial consultation with the designer who was so knowledgeable, to the scheduling department and the wood craftsmanship from the installers, each step of the way was made easy. Throughout the process the staff communicated with me and every employee was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Pacific Kitchens - they know everything cabinets!

Pacific Kitchens gave us an excellent quote that was much cheaper than Home Depot. They did a fabulous job refacing our cabinets, new countertops along with building some additional cabinets all done with beautiful workmanship. We had one minor glitch that was resolved immediately. I highly recommend this company for your kitchen remodel. You will be happy you chose them.

Highly recommend! I sought bids from family owned businesses with full time employees. In the past I have had bad experiences from companies who subcontract their work. I selected Pacific Kitchens and they did an excellent job. All of the employees care about the quality of their workmanship. I am beyond pleased with the the kitchen cabinets, the craftsmanship their attention to detail. They even came back to adjust some doors and drawers. As Pacific Kitchens dos high quality work, be patient as they schedule out pretty far in advance.

Didn't even show up to the scheduled appointment. Called and hour after the appointment time and said, "sorry can't make it, you haven't been waiting the whole time have you? Sorry about that. You're going to have to reschedule this appointment, someone will call you tomorrow." This missed appointment and lackluster attitude towards me made my decision to not go with this place very easy.

We just finished a two year remodel of our home. Pacific Kitchens was the first contractor we used to reface our kitchen cabinets which turned out great. After dealing with all the other contractors that followed, we kept wishing they too could have been as responsive, professional and easy to work with as Pacific Kitchens. Honestly, don't go anywhere else!

They just completed refacing my kitchen cabinets. I'm so pleased with the results. Sean was the installer and he does beautiful work, stays on schedule and keeps a very tidy workspace. All the work is done on site so there's quite a bit of dust. Sean enclosed the kitchen area with a plastic "drape" to contain most of the dust. He also left a huge roll of plastic for anything else I wanted to cover. Watching his progress day by day, I was surprised at how much detail was involved.

Everything right down to the trim and caulking was done first rate. Sean just finished this past Saturday and before noon today (Monday), Tom called to make sure all went well, and that I was happy with the results. It would be nice if they had more "customer friendly" hours but that's a minor point. My kitchen looks great and when I'm ready to reface the cabinets in the Master Bath, I know I will just have to make one call - to Pacific Kitchens.

It's been a year since Pacific Kitchens refaced our kitchen cabinets, and we love the look just as much today as we did when they finished the work. As for customer service, Pacific Kitchens exceeded our expectations.outstanding customer service, very responsive and accommodating! I highly recommend Pacific Kitchens! They recently finished a job on our kitchen and we couldn't be happier! They really went above and beyond with their customer service. After the job was completed, they had to come back to install one last soft close mechanism. While here, I had decided to change out the hardware on the cabinet pulls. I had already purchased the pulls and they installed the new ones at no charge! They also recommended Clean Image to install the backsplash, which turned out amazing!

9 years after the installation of our kitchen, we required a bit of warranty work on 2 of our cabinet doors. I called Pacific Kitchens and explained the issue. Tom came out to evaluate. Often when you require warranty work vendors challenge you. There was absolutely no question or challenge and Tom ordered replacement doors. Marland came as scheduled and was ON TIME.

He was delightful to work with and definitely knew what he was doing. Based on my experience, this is one company that stands behind their product and offers excellent customer support!

We highly recommend Pacific Kitchens. Our installer, Shane, did a masterful job of re-facing our kitchen and bathroom cabinets, and he made all new drawers onsite from scratch. Excellent job, Shane! Pricing was reasonable as compared to the other estimates we obtained, the sales rep, Alan, was easy to work with, and measurements were accurately taken. Our kitchen and baths look like new!

The team from Pacific Kitchens did a great job! We were very impressed with the whole team starting with Danie, the sales representative, who was very helpful in assisting us in selecting the materials, provided a very thorough explanation of the process they would follow, and who made several great suggestions, that have proved valuable. The installer, Chis, did an excellent job of getting the demolition and installation done efficiently.

He took extra care to keep the mess to a minimum and ensured that the cabinets turned out really nice. Rick and all the other team members we encountered were also very helpful and service oriented. Without a doubt they are the best! I love my refaced kitchen cabinets. My house was built in the early 1960’s so my cabinets were well built but very dated. However, my refaced cabinets make the kitchen look brand new. Glenn was my installer and he was neat and did a wonderful job.

My overall experience was not satisfactory. There were two things that did not go well for my job. 1. The countertop I ordered was wrong in shape. 2. When I brought it to their attention, the owners decided to make up for the mistake with a nominal gift card to a chain restaurant. Now, the countertop in question cost me $3800, it was not shaped right, they were squared when they should have been curved.something that I have to look at everyday now knowing it is not correct and a $25 gift card is your answer?

Not even close to in showing me that I am a valued customer. This whole thing sucks because up to the installation of the countertops my experience was solid, my cabinets look well enough and the person that made the mistake on the planning the countertop was forthright and honest. They are not the problem.the Owners are. They ruined my experience.

I spent $15000 with them and since they messed up I got a $25 gift card? Thanks for nothing. Also, just so you know PK contracts out the countertop to another company so their standards may not be up to par. The guys who installed at my place were grinding the granite in my house without covering up my furniture/computer/appliances. A layer of fine dust throughout my house was the result. Do your research before giving your business to PK.I did not feel like a valued customer solely by the owners which is why this message is necessary.

I can't believe that I didn't write a review back when we did our cabinets (although, I am finding a lot of my Yelp reviews disappearing. grumbles). Better now than never. We just had Rick stop by again to do a quick touch up on our cabinets. He came on time (if not a little early); he was extremely quick and efficient; and he is just such a super friendly guy.

After he left, my husband and I couldn't help but chat about how AMAZING Pacific Kitchens, Inc. is. We purchased our home a few years back as newly weds. we had a ton of work done throughout because the prior owner was ready to move and stopped caring about home maintenance. We learned that it is VERY hard to find good contractors. Out of all the repairs and contractors we encountered, Pacific Kitchens definitely was THE best.

They were clean, respectful, polite, and timely. They gave extreme quality of work and craftsmanship. They also were very creative with the designs by adding pull outs to our cabinets, creating extra cabinetry where there was a weird gap in the counters in the kitchen, and just giving me a lot of storage space. They also were knowledgeable to recognize our original cabinets contained good solid wood, so all we needed to do was reface the fronts.

We LOVE our cabinets. We love the guys at Pacific Kitchens -- everyone from the Office Manager who answers the phones and sets appts, to the folks who come out. I wish all other home repair and contracting companies would model after these guys. (can you tell we just had another amazing appt that I'm so thrilled to write this?) HIGHLY recommended. They came up with alternative things to do to remodel my kitchen, to keep the price within my budget. They were excellent! They cleaned up very well. I've never seen a contractor clean as well as they did. He backs up his work. I recommend them to anyone that asks. They are really good. He shut all of the doors so my dog wouldn't get out. We had our kitchen done last month with white cabinets and a beautiful granite. Overall I was happy but would have to say the finishing touches were not exactly what I expected. An example would be the seems on the white cabinets which reflected a slight black line that isn't seamless. However, I was able to touch this up with a little white paint and it's no longer noticeable.

The roll out drawers are great however not lamented completely which leaves raw wood. I am planning on laminating or painting this next month. It would be a good idea to negotiate this when your finalizing your contract. As far as the team, Mary Lou, Tom and Shane were great! They all went out of their way to make me satisfied with the final result. Shane whom did the majority of work was polite and sensitive to my family at all times during the duration of his job. Shane and Tom excepted a few changes I had and did them with no questions.

In regards to the granite, that process was seamless and completely handled by the team. The company they used were very tentative to my needs. I love the ending result! This really is as good as it gets! Couldn't be happier with the final results, not to mention how clean Richard was for the 2 weeks he wasn't working in my home. I'm super, super picky.some say OCD haha, but when I pointed out some really small areas I wanted adjusted they didn't even hesitate, but came right out and fix the areas that were bugging me. I would use them again and again and again! Thank you Pacific Kitchen for a job better than well done!

OMG I LOVE THESE PEOPLE SO MUCH! Why they are awesome: The price they quoted, was the price they charged. They actually finished the work in the time they estimated. Their quality control is amazing. I wanted some non-standard stuff (extra shelving built and stuff like that) and they didn't even blink. They just worked it out. I wish these people worked on all parts of the house.

If I could hire them for every single job, I would be ecstatic. I would 150% hire them again. Their schedule tends to be a bit booked, but it's totally worth waiting a month or two to get someone who will do quality work in the amount of time they promise for the amount of money they promise.

Very poor follow up and customer service! We had refacing done many years ago from Pacific and the work was good. Needing some remedial work done, Tom came to the house to appraise the job. I asked him when the estimate would be ready.

From the day we walked into the showroom, we knew we had come to the right place. Mary Lou greeted us with a friendly smile and ascertained what we were considering in a kitchen cabinet and countertop make-over.
