Reed Fence did a remarkable job on my fence project. They are a very good company to do business with. They use the highest quality materials available, and install them with a high degree of care and craftsmanship. I definitely reccomened Reed Fence and Deck. I highly reccomend going with a mover gate, it is well worth the extra money. The usable ammount of private space I have gained in my backyard is priceless not to mention the additional security. Don't delay, get the fence you've been dreaming about today.

We used Reed Fence & Deck to build a pergola in our backyard. We solicited several bids. Shane Reed was the only one who arrived on time and sent us the bid in the time promised. He gave us the best bid for the project. He was also the only one who brainstormed how to build the pergola so that we would not lose as much usable patio space. Both he and his project manager visited while the crew was constructing the project.

The crew was professional and did beautiful work. Shane also referred us to an electrician who did a phenomenal job wiring the pergola. We are thrilled with the pergola and recommend Reed Fence & Deck highly if you have any work to be done.

I wanted to come back and edit my review. I'm not sure how it happened, but there was some miscommunication and the folks at Reed Fence and Deck were not receiving my communications. Once they realized the mistake they took care of repairing my fence in no time. The repair took less than 30 minutes and it looks as good as new! Great work just like when they built it initially. Reed Fence and Deck built both the fence in our back yard as well as the deck.

The design and construction of both of those was excellent! HOWEVER, I was very disappointed in their follow up on a repair issue. Initially they indicated they would be happy to help repair a portion of my fence and to text them photos. After texting them the photos they disappeared. No return texts. No return phone calls. Crickets. I was very surprised after the great job they did initially.

I hired Reed to replace two cedar decks, railing and fencing in my back yard. This was a large project, including Ipe hardwood flooring and a pergola over the spa. The company was a pleasure to deal with. - The estimate was clear, and included all the specifications and alternatives we'd discussed (not true of competing bids). - Communication on scheduling and questions was very good. - The quality of the construction is excellent.

A few minor issues were identified during a post-completion walk-through, and quickly resolved. - Some problems emerged with the staining, done by a subcontractor, but they were resolved professionally. Really an outstanding company, and a good choice to minimize the trauma that a construction project often involves.

These guys are great. I have had two jobs with them. The first was a wood and iron fence. I had high standards and they met them. Next I had a deck with a pergola. Because my backyard has a steep decline and retaining wall, the deck ends with a 7' drop off. The engineering with 5-6' deep footings was substantial. The pergola required iron posts with wood casing. Everything is substantial and beautiful! You might find cheaper, but I'm glad I went Reed. Shane is a pro and his guys really know their business.

We had Shane and his team put in a deck and refresh the stain on our fence. We couldn't be more pleased with the results. Our new back yard oasis has already provided many quiet and relaxing moments. The crew worked efficiently and kept the site clean. Any minor issues were easily dealt with. We would definitely recommend Shane Reed Fence and Deck!

I don't typically write reviews, but wanted to share my very positive experience regarding Shane and his company. Every aspect of my experience was top-notch. The process started with a timely estimate and Shane followed that up with actual color samples (not simply pictures) so we could feel comfortable with our color choice. I requested a couple of extra items on the fence, and Shane took care of those with no problem. Finally, his installation crew was excellent. They worked around a couple of obstacles in my backyard and delivered a really nice final product.

We had our fence put in by Reed Fence & Deck after doing without for a couple of years. The previous owner of the house had elected to remove their fence because it was in disrepair and we bought the house without. After a few quotes we decided on Reed fence, as they offered more lateral foot for the same price. We opted for a 7 foot board on board fence.

Our yard slopes down, and the step downs look great. The fence was put in straight as an arrow. After installation a few planks had split due to the sun, Reed Fence replaced them upon being notified without question. I am confident the board on board fence will age nicely. I would not hesitate to use them again!

Amazing service from the Reeds! I called and left a message on a Sunday and didn't expect a return call until at least Monday or later. A few hours later Tiffany Reed called me back from a ski trip in Utah! I was immediately impressed that they were interested in gaining my business (many companies I called didn't return call first days). I always get at least five estimates on large purchases and I was blown away by the professionalism in which Shane Reed presented himself and his company.

After getting his estimate (which wasn't the lowest or the highest) and chatting with him I knew who was going to build our new fence. Shane is a very honest and straightforward person and he made me feel as if my job was personally special to him. His guys came out, dismantled my old fence and set the posts in one day! The absolutely beautiful retaining wall was built in two days and the fence was complete in another two days.

Five days from beginning to end on the project! All throughout the process Shane was in and out to supervise his guys and always kept me informed on how the process was going. His guys were polite, professional and hard working. The fence is absolutely gorgeous and all of my neighbors are envious! If you're thinking about fence or deck work I highly recommend Reed.

Our neighborhood has front entry driveways so our backyard fences are shared. Shane Reed patiently worked with me and all of my neighbors to provide estimates and address any concerns we had. This was especially important because homeowner association documents were not very helpful. Shane did a great job, held true to his estimate and finished the work as scheduled. Nearly two years later, my fence still looks great. I highly recommend Reed Fence and Deck.

My friend contracted them to install a new wooden fence. After the contract was signed and a week later, Reed Fence & Deck Company came back and said that they made a mistake and needed an additional $600.00 to do the job.
