We needed three basement windows replaced in our older home. Denis of SK came out to measure in a very timely fashion and was upfront about the turnaround time due to supply chain. I got a quick response back in June 2020. I was needing a chain link fence placed in my backyard. They came out and measured and came back with a quote and an installation of 26 weeks out (December). I sent an email saying I wanted to go ahead with this project, signed and dated the pdf and sent it back. Never heard back. Keep in mind their signature was also on the pdf. Called in December for an update on the estimated time of installation. they "never received my signed pdf email".
I sent screenshots of Google saying it sent and a copy of the pdf with both our signatures on it. They said they no longer will honor that price, increased quote by $3,000 and I'd have to wait another 14 weeks! Unprofessional & disorganized.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value Will give you a great sells pitch, but not responsive to phone calls and returning to correct work that is incomplete or done poorly. Have made several phone calls and spoke with Allison, Jackson and Sandra and requested for the owner to call and over a year later have not heard anything. Would not recommend. Service: Installation

Josh was my salesman. He did a very thorough inspection of the project and promised to provide a quote. I have waited one month and Josh simply disappeared, did not return message nor pick up phone calls. SK, if your schedule is full just tell the customers you are not taking new jobs and no one can blame you for that. Please grow up and be professional.

This team has such a quick response time with excellent results! This sounds like an advertisement, but I'm actually just a very happy customer! We had a black chain link fence installed about eight years ago. It's still beautiful! They're very helpful when I do something moronic with my lawnmower, too. I have my forever fence team, no doubt about it!
