Rickert landscaping and tree service removed 2 trees from my backyard. Their crew did an excellent job, you couldn't even notice they were there after they were done.

The oak tree canopy over the west roof had grown considerably since we moved in. When the wood stove air draft made good fires difficult, and strong winds caused tree debris to fall on the roof, we called Rickert Tree Service. A certified arborist evaluated the situation. We discussed it, and he estimated the work. The crew skillfully used the right equipment for a job that required among other machines, operation of a very large bucket truck in tight and high spaces. Thank you to the Rickert group in the office and on site who provided excellent service safely and successfully.

Hard working, honest, quality company. Only ever bought firewood here, so can't speak to tree service, but they are professional in the other aspects of their business. If I ever need local tree work done, I'll call them 1st. Fire wood is a little pricey.

A little on the pricey side and only had limited type of wood by the Rick.

The crew arrived as scheduled. They were courteous and professional, taking the time to verify what services were to be performed. Perfect place to get wood if you love smoking great prices and good verity. They have good prices for fire wood as well

Rickert has never let me down on firewood. Close this year but they are doing a great job at keeping wood in the racks. Prices went up but still reasonable for the quality of the wood.

Here is why you should never let Rickert's have a chance to ruin your days like they did ours. Sharon, the receptionist, would make appointments, and then they would never show up. Im not talking about once or twice, they only showed up once and that was hours late, and then they never came back! Todd Rickert gave my husband an invoice that they would be back that day, saving us $150, if they didn't have to come back out the next day. Sharon finally called at 6 pm, when the sun is already down, saying that they could not come out that day.

I asked her if the price that we were quoted remained the same, and she started stuttering and kept saying I don't know, I just dont know. I told her it was fine, and for Todd to call us the next day before he came out. Well surprise to no one, they have never called us, they will not answer our phone calls. Trust me, they might be on the Better Business Bureau, but that does not mean that they are a good company. I hope that this helps someone else to not get the headache that we had with them!

Jason, Todd and team were fantastic! They came and assessed an elm tree that needed to be removed in my backyard and my tree in the front that needed significant trimming. They were very knowledgeable and provided a great price for their services. The team was efficient and finished everything in less than 2 days. Cleaned up nicely too. Highly recommend and will use them in the future to trim my front tree again!

Very questionable bidding by Rickert. They gave us an estimate of $1,300 to cut down one medium-sized Bradford Pear tree (without removing the stump). Another landscaping company offered to do it for $380.

Cleaned up and trimmed trees on my property. Did a great job. Left the yard and house roof cleaner than when they arrived.

We had several trees removed, stumps ground down, the yard graded, and sod put down. Everything went well and we are very pleased with the results. Mr. Rickert really knows his business and had several helpful suggestions.
