Guaman Construction is owned and operated by Sergio and Tracy Guaman. Sergio has been in the construction business for more than 20 years. He was born and raised in Ecuador, where he built houses with his father. After 8 years working with his father, he came to America. He worked a variety of jobs gaining experience in the building trades and finally opened his own business in the fall of 2007.Tracy holds a BA in mathematics and English, which makes her a perfect fit to run the office. She takes care of all of the accounting and paperwork. She taught high school mathematics for more than fifteen years before leaving teaching to help run the business full-time.

I used this company when I first started making my own websites. It was a good first start but service has greatly declined from the beginning. Never any updates to their system so very outdated. They stopped giving chat support which made everything even more difficult. When you call your on hold forever. The worst part is since we changed to different a service since all this they continue to charge us.
We have done the correct steps to cancel on their site four times and still get charged. We have called and talked to someone multiple times to cancel payments and they say they have fixed it just to be charged again. At this time this company is crooks to continue to charge us and this should be considered theft.

Sergio replaced my front entry door, back door, and back storm door. He was professional and did a great job. After taking out our old front door and removing a piece of paneling, he discovered that there was a 2 foot gap above the door framing that had never been insulated. Also, the threshold was rotten underneath the framing because the proper materials had not been used.

Does good work and price is fair but it takes them twice as long to do the job than originally quoted. Constantly made trips to the hardware store to buy more supplies. Did two projects for us but the second will be the last as they destroyed one of my shrubs in the back in order to get to the roof and failed to tell me they destoroyed the shrub.
