Critical: Quality, Value Not happy with the results! I needed the house cleaned from top to bottom to put it on the Market. The carpets were cleaned and they are okay. The walls, wood floors, doors and everything else was hit and miss. They are not clear up front about the pricing and it took a lot longer for what they did.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I was quoted $30.00 an hour. My rental house was completed in 6 hours. I receive a bill for 11 hours which totaled around $352.00. I called Ben and explained to him that I should only be getting charged for 6 hours because that's all they completed. He decided to tell me Well. Its 11 hours because I sent 2 people to your house.
I told him that does not matter. You quoted me $30 an hour, it doesn't matter how many people you sent. After he proceeded to yell at me on the phone and tell me he was not going to argue with me Ben hung up on me! This is the worst customer service I have received at a "business" in a very long time. Poor Poor Poor

I was quoted $30 dollars per hour and I received a bill that was $60 dollars per hour because Ben sent two cleaning ladies to my house. After calling Ben who was very rude and unprofessional and trying to come to an agreement he hung up on me! I did not tell Ben to send two ladies. We spoke and the agreement was $30 dollars an hour. I highly suggest NOT using this company. This was one of the worst customer experiences I have ever dealt with.
