Casa Carpet & Tile

Just got new carpet installed into our home and spent over $6,000 for the carpet. They left nails, screws, and carpet residue all over the floors, the driveways, and the carpet itself. I guess the cleaning service isn't included with this install. Shaking my head over here.

Extremely fast and easy to work with. Casa carpet installed my new carpet within 2 days and saved me over $1000 versus another offer I got. The new carpet looks great. Would definitely hire them again.

Because they listen to the customer and know their products, they know what will work in every situation.

They take their time doing the job and overbook multiple clients at once but expect all money for late and rushed jobs. Chipped materials, unprofessional, they avoid calls daily when they start the job, they give a great pitch and friendly service when they want you to choose them and when you do pick them for the job they ignore you and lie each day about something happening.

Is has been 5 months since I have been trying to get a salesperson to attend my carpet warranty needs. We had carpet installed in our home and now Casa Carpet personnel keeps referring me to each other explaining they are to busy and will return my calls soon. I keep calling but to no avail, after 5 months my carpet warranty has not been addressed.

It is disappointing to know Casa Carpet only wanted to get my order to make money and now I am to no importance. Buyer beware! if they explain to you that the carpet is under warranty, is not. SCAM

Wow! Rene the manager is just the best! His professionalism is outstanding. The place needs some revamping but other than that Rene made it worth while. I went to several other places and I guess I just waisted my time by not going to Casa Carpet First!

Did a decent job of installing flooring (thanks you). COMPLETELY misjudged measurements for the flooring on stairs, then decided NOT to finish the job. Left us high and dry (still unfinished). Will update if they decided to reach out to do the right thing. If not, I hope this loses you business.

This company tried to scam me. They "misquoted" the price to me and then, after signing the contract and providing the down payment, they tried to get me to pay the difference. This was very bad business. Be wary. I will warn everyone I know about this shady company.

I have found for for many decades that this is the best place to do my work with for my real estate properties. They take care of the flooring for all of my rental properties. I've got to tell you about the amazing team here at Casa Carpet. Everyone that helped me there made the entire experience very pleasant. I got this beautiful wood-textured tile from Spain here. Unfortunately I had to change contractors and this caused quite a long delay in me being able to lay it. But Louie De la Rosa and Charles Vidal patiently held it for me in their warehouse until we were ready. Charles was patient with me throughout the entire process.

And Louis gave me great installation advice which was completely invaluable. And I got to say something about the delivery team as well. David Colunga and Jorge Mora, They restocked everything so that it would fit in my pod correctly. And finally, they have a great customer service team too. Returns for broken tile and a grout change were easy and hassle-free. Visit Casa yourself and you'll be singing their praises too!
