We have A/C! If you need any HVAC work done I can not recommend Charleston Heating Company enough. They exceeded expectations. They were the fastest to respond and to quote a job. They quote by the job not by the hour. They were on time, respectful, informative and professional. There were a couple minor hiccups that extended their time on the job.
The rate stayed as quoted. Their work was precise and exact. They cleaned up thoroughly and answered all of our questions. They even take care of my systems registration for me to make sure I get the full 10 year warranty. A++ to these guys. A new customer for life.

On a 10-18-degree morning, our furnace was cutting off at 65. We contacted Charleston Heating and Cooling for assistance. Mitch, our technician, quickly assessed the situation and found the source of the problem. He quickly took care of the problem and gave us a full report of the problem and his action to remedy the issue. We are warm and comfortable now. Thank you to Charleston Heating and Cooling and Mitch for providing much needed relief.

During long heat wave, a/c stopped working. Called them at 8:25 am, they said they'd be here around noon. Just before they got came, they called, & were here before noon. I stood with them expecting to hear I needed a new hvac system, mine is very old. They diagnosed the problem and had it repaired in probably about 1/2 hr. They were pleasant guys, didn't waste any time trying to sell me up, fixed my ac & on their way. Cost for a motor plus labor was much lower than a different company I used last year who only put in freon. Excellent
