Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Had them do job and they never completed job or brought up to code and never fixed my issues. Service: Water heater repair

Had a blockage on Sunday morning creating a downstairs flood. Called Aqua plumbing and air. The Tech showed up in a timely manner. But the clog had already cleared. I understand the fee is just to show up. It sucks. $400 for someone to tell you it's solved. But thats not my argument. I know thats what it is. My argument. Is that next morning same issue happened. Called them again during business hours to come see what's really happening.

The woman explained that unless we wait till after hours and make it an emergency call. They will not send someone till Thursday! What! Now your just being ridiculous. Why don't you just turn your phones off during business hours and progressively chase peoples tragic times and more money by becoming strictly an emergency plumbing company. Blows my mind. There's even more to air but im sick of typing frankly. Call a small company with good value's.

I don't know if Nicole was having a bad day but It sure felt like it over the phone. I was asked by a builder to contact her for something very routine and it was like pulling teeth. I was made to feel as if I was burdening her with my request. The info I was giving her was routine, and she acted as if she had never encountered this situation. I was given misinformation over the phone and had to call back, and again felt like I was a burden when it was she that initially gave the wrong info. Sounds as if the office needs a bit of tightening up, or someone needs to take a vacation. I really hope I don't have to coordinate with this company again.

EXACTLY 2 years ago. on 5/13/20, I had Aqua install a new Trane AC unit in my Bradenton Home. Lately, I have noticed that it did not seem as cool as I expected, but it's only May - so I have not taken seriously. Tonight I paid attention. Although I set my thermostat at 77 over an hour ago, I am still at 80. The air is coming out of the vents at room temp. I will be scheduling an appt in the am and will see if Aqua does indeed stand behind their service. Tonight, I am ticked off!

Aqua re-piped my home. Did it with a minimum of inconvenience and mess. All work completed in a competent fashion. Highly recommended. Service: Plumbing pipe repair

Aqua is the ONLY company I'll be working with for my AC maintenance and repair going forward. I needed a complete HVAC replacement (including ductwork) and Carlos was wonderful to work with on the quotes and initial project planning. The entire replacement was done in one day (Andrew, Eric, and Hector were extremely professional, friendly, and VERY skilled- great crew!) and my new system is working perfectly. Pricing was competitive with other local companies but they were the only ones who guaranteed the job could be completed in one day (in at 8am, done at 3pm). I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I called because my furnance had a bad odor. The man explained that I had set it to emergency heat instead of heat setting. He explained that the thedust was causing the smell, but didnot clean the furnace, only soent half an hour explaining how to use the thermostat, half of it talking about his car. So they charged me for over time.

We had very good service. Charlie was great. He told us everything he was doing to fix and connect the plumbing for our sink and dishwasher. He explained what he was doing. He was very conscious of keeping everything clean, and cleaned up when finished. I recommend calling Aqua Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

I can't say enough of the great job Angel and Matt did on re piping my home. They explained everything as they were working. The attic wasn't the easiest place to work in but they made it work. Best of all they cleaned up after. Aqua should be proud.

We now use Aqua Plumbing & Air at work (Dog World Sarasota) as well as at home. Salesman and technicians are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional. They are also very quick to send somebody out when you need them. Definitely recommend!

Serviceman was courteous and knowledgeable. My water line broke due to previous negligent repair made six years earlier using incorrect fitting. Cost was fair. I'll definitely use them again. My neighbor was also impressed and asked me for their number for his future reference.

This company charges you money for simple repairs that you can do. The repair for my parents took 5 minutes and they charges them 100 dollars for the phone call and coming out. If you see another company please use it instead of this company. Sometimes they do awesome work but their work can also be sloppy Service: General repairs

Dan D'Amico from Aqua Plumbing repaired our tankless hot water heater effectively and quickly. He took the time to explain the replacement part and the work involved. As a new owner of our home here in Manatee county, Dan took the time to resolve a low water pressure issue in our showers and as well, explain where the water shutoff to the house was located. Dan was simply amazing and we give Aqua five stars!

We needed our house repiped and did quite a bit of research ultimately selecting Aqua. The job was completed in the time they said it would by. Michael and Matt who far exceeded our expectations, in a very timely and neat, professional job. I asked numerous questions and every time they would stop and answer my questions completely. Frankly, we could not be more pleased with the quality of the work performed and the price/ Though not the least expensive of the 4 quotes we received, all they left for us to do was some touch up painting, where others fell short of offering the same "final" services. We highly recommend Aqua and will be reaching out to them when we need a new HVAC system!

We had an emergency plumbing situation with a leaky pipe under our kitchen sink. It quickly went from a slow drip to a full on leak. I called Aqua and they sent the most talented and friendly plumber out, Tony. We have used Aqua for many years and have always had great service. Today's service went above and beyond the top notch service we have had before. Aqua was at my house within an hour and a half and fixed the leak within half an hour. Tony called the office to see if the leak was covered under warranty (because they had done the repiping of our house three years prior).

It was covered. I really appreciated them checking with the office before the work was done. It shows me that there are still people out there who care about customer service. Great job Aqua. I will keep recommending them.

I can't say enough good things about this company. Last month after moving into a new office building we had issues with our AC. The company who worked for the contractor was not available and I spoke with Dan Groff at Acqua Plumbing and Air.

I have used Aqua for 15 years in 3 restaurants and now for about 10 years at my home. They have always given me good service and repair. Even though they are ridiculously expensive. Yesterday repair was fine, serviceman's attitude stunk in everyway.

I called Aqua to have a service tech come to my home because the air conditioner wasn't cooling. A gentleman named Ryan came out within the hour. He was polite and professional and had the system up and running in no time!

Had to have my home repiped. Aqua was priced the same as other companies but my son highly recommended them. They did the job in 2 days. They then sent a couple to do drywall repairs. A contractor who came in to do other repairs said it was best drywall repair he had ever seen.

JC came today to fix my leaking air conditioner. I had a kink in the condensation pipe so he replaced that section. Nice job!

I will not be using Aqua Services again. I had a leak under my sink which turned out to be the faucet. The employee told me I had to pay $100 service call anyway but if he replaced the faucet I would not be billed that, just the flat rate.

Dallas came out and not only took care of the issue, but explained it to them in a manner they understood and could value. He was knowledgeable and professional and we just are so happy to have chosen Aqua!

I specifically called this company because their website states that they have experience working and repairing whirlpool tubs. The tech showed up and was very professional and friendly. It took him about 10 minutes to diagnose the problem.
