Riverside Homebuilders

Stay away from Riverside Homebuilders! Closing was delayed multiple times, always at the last-minute costing us thousands. With material and labor shortages, I understand delays, but the failure of the team to manage the project effectively and communicate those delays was unacceptable. The least they could have done is make sure things were done properly when they did have the resources.

The quality of work was terrible, and many things needed to be corrected. We have items that were pointed out at the time we went into contract and 3 months after living there they are not taken care of. We had a long list of items on the punch list from the walk throughs, but unfortunately closed knowing it was going to be cheaper to fix it ourselves than to continue living in a hotel.

Our first water bill was over $500, so I'm still working on that… Now we are 3 months into living in our Riverside home and can’t even get mail delivered because Riverside failed to put up a community mailbox that meets the USPS guidelines. Overall problems after problems with no adequate solutions and no clear or timely communication, save yourself from the headache and purchase with someone else.

Extremely professional fast turn around any time a request was made. Karolyn and Stacy treat you as if you were their only client!

Karolyn Shelton and Stacy Philbrick in Weatherford have been extremely helpful opening houses under construction and meeting with us every time we visited. They followed up with lot layouts for fencing, etc. They are knowledgeable, aways there to meet us, and always answer the phone every time we have questions. We like how Riverside homes use quality materials and we never have to leave a message to get answers. You can’t ask for more than that. A+

From the minute I took my clients through the doors of the site sales office and we were greeted by Kyle, I knew we were in the right place. Not only were we surrounded by great workmanship and a beautiful home, but the honesty and integrity that was shown to us by Kyle only affirmed my observation. As if that wasn’t good enough, Kevin has been sending photos to keep my clients in the loop... this is a great touch and something else that makes Riverside unique and special! I know my clients are just gonna love their Riverside home.

Amanda has been great help with the whole process! Very up front with how the build is from the start. I highly recommend checking them out if your looking for a home to be built!

If the universe was speaking to us we are glad that it landed our new home with Riverside and meeting Julie Burger. First meeting Julie at the front office only to feel a bit defeated at first knowing they were no longer building in the community HOWEVER she had told us the model home next to the office was for sale. The exact style that I wanted and even better news was that we would be first on her waiting list!

After anxiously waiting a few weeks we got the call from Julie that the house had got everything we needed: location, size, style, and price! Getting the call from Julie was the highlight of my month! Thanks to Julie for being prompt after and easy to reach for any questions or concerns!

I have had but nothing but wonderful customer service from the two sales ladies Danielle and Sylvia at the Quail run in Sherman. These two ladies went over and beyond to help me with a rush move. They bent over backwards to help me. The gentleman that is the building supervisor also deserves a special recognition, he also was part of this wonderful team . I love my new home! I recommend this group and home builder and I have done so with a couple of realtors that are my friends. Thank you! I look forward to my new life here!

She really eased my stress level and found the perfect lot and floor plan when I was in pretty much in panic mode. It’s everything I wanted and more!!! Had a wonderful time visiting a beautiful new development of homes. Each floor plan we toured was so spacious. The layout of each home was very well thought out. Fixtures and details to the home seemed very high quality. We were met by Stacy who was very friendly and knowledgeable about her community. She answered all of our questions and put our new home buyers anxieties at ease. Looking forward to making our final decision and working alongside with her again. She truly was the gem of our tour. This community is a very welcome addition to our area.

This is my second time building a new home and my experience with Riverside was far superior to the previous one. Even though I entered into this building experience with some baggage and preconceived notions, Riverside quickly gained my confidence that my happiness was their number one priority and I felt heard and taken care of every step of the way.

Everyone from sales, to design center, to construction is amazing! They are all extremely knowledgeable, attentive and responsive and it is apparent that they take great pride in customer satisfaction and creating a fantastic product. My family and I are absolutely in LOVE with our beautiful new home and are able to rest easy knowing that the great warranty program will take care of any issues we might possibly have.

We could not be happier and would absolutely recommend Riverside to anyone considering building. They take all of the stress out of what I had previously known to be a very stressful process and the end result is a beautiful, well-built home with top quality appliances and a great warranty.

My wife and I just finished building our new home in Innisbrook Place. This was such a smooth and seamless process! From start to finish, our experience has been terrific. So many wonderful people helping us along the way have made the dream of building our new home come true. We could not be happier!

We just moved into our home. The home is nice looking, and pretty well laid out. It has been a little over a week since we signed our contract and closed on the house. So far, we had a leak in the bathroom ceiling which took two different visits, from two different people, the last stating I know exactly what it is, it has done it on almost every house they build!
