I am waiting for the final inspection but could not be happier with my new windows. Navin Raj and Dee were caring and professional and took pride in their work. Their clean up as well was amazing! I went from a more traditional multi paned look to more of a craftsman's look so my next step is a refresh of the doorway which I will be contacting them for as well, Thanks again for the great work

The only reason I am giving two star is the installer did amazing job with the doors and windows. It all started out good and the understanding with everything going on there would be delays with productions of all windows and 3 doors. After awhile we decided to call to check up on the order of the windows and doors, that when it started going downhill.
We had called multiple time due to waiting and not receiving calls back. Never call on a Friday because no one will ever pick up the phone, even call both winter park and FAS Corporate number. When someone did answer they were very plight and would get the same story they will be in the next week or two, then we will get a call. Then we had problem when my wife calls and leave voicemails no one will ever call her back just me. (Why we were calling was to figure when we would have to take time of work due to install.) We finally get a call to set up a week for installation and instructed someone would calls us the week before to verified everything and that didn't even happen, so we called the sale rep we work with, and he stated he would make sure someone would call us which never happen.
We had to pay the company when the windows and doors were installed but no one ever call the week before and we I tried calling the sale rep the Monday of installation, he never called me back on how to pay. But FAS was quick to cash that check after writing it and giving it to the installer. The installer showed Monday morning super nice and professional about everything and did amazing install job.
The did point out before installing the front had damaged, so he took pictures with some of the damaged with missing screens. (Which was no big issue when install) I was told that the door would be replaced, and someone would contact us after inspection to finish pulling the rest of the hardware on the doors and windows on due to the inspection. I had talk to multiply people with FAS and got multiply stories from the screen being order, someone will contact us to finish up installing the hardware.
Then being told no order anything I will have to call a sub-contractor to finish installing hardware and fix screen. Then getting text wanting pictures of the front door of the damaged which the installer already had. Then when I have call and try to talk to upper management to help figure what the hell is going on surprising the phone disconnect when transferring which is no surprise. So we will see with happen after going on for a month.

Chose to reach out via the chat feature on the website and explained the situation of what we needed. The person messaged back several times to clarify what was needed and stated someone would call for the quote and availability. I had stated I could not take a call but an email would suffice. I received a phone call anyways and was told that what I was requesting was not possible with the company. Why could the chat representative not have just stated that instead of wasting time and ignoring the request of no phone call?

I am regretting that we chose to work with this company. Our tile was damaged at the time of sliding door installation. We were told not to worry and that they would take care of it/reimburse us for the repair. There are still manufacturer stickers on both sets of my doors that we are unable to get off. We have called several times each week for three+ weeks now and no one seems to be capable of calling us back.
We were given a direct line to their manager, Robert, and have left him several voice-mails with no response. The order is under my husband's name, Mark Koch. We would like a call immediately to rectify this situation.

Don't use FAS! Horrible communication from every department at FAS for my 88year old mom's house. She Paid 19 K for the job, completed on 24-25 Jan 22. 2 windows came in damaged at their warehouse, and they did not inspect. Installer brought out the windows and doors, and that's when we found out they were damaged. now my mom and I cannot get anyone to provide a status of the replacement windows and doors. I have called every location, every number I can for FAS, I have even emailed the FAS contacts that I have

We paid thousands of dollars for exterior doors, 2 double and 1 single. Around the summer of 2020 the weather stripping started coming off of all doors, we have a warranty. It took months for someone to come out and the he did it was the wrong color (obviously didn't look at our order), then we heard nothing. I called, emailed and the secretary months later and she said she would get it off the delivery truck, this is 2021 now, and again it was the wrong one, the wrong size.
Now we are into 2022, nothing, no return email, no honoring our warranty, nothing. Stay away from them. They use to be reputable, but something has changed, they don't care about you after the install and after they are paid.

Ryan and Chris communicated exceptionally well so that we knew when to expect them and determined the cause of our issue extremely fast. They were professional and went out of their way to ensure a great experience. They came to work on a door that has started to squeak when operating but also walked me through how to maintain our windows that FAS previously installed. Fantastic company, exceptional customer service and phenomenal technicians.

We decided to use FAS WIndows for our new windows through out the whole house. I do not recommend this company because of the following reasons: The quality of service was not there. We started this project on 9/6 and didn't finish until 9/21! While we were able to express the issues that we encountered, we dealt with the same installers that created the problem.
If we requested to use booties to protect our flooring, that didn't happen. They would leave our home a mess. They broke our window sill, which they will replace soon, but the attention to detail was a failure. The window size was not done correct on most of our windows which they had to repair with caulking and wood ( that they were not prepared to treat).
We are being charged $18,000 for quality/service that we didn't get! I requested to speak with the owner, hasn't happened. Please do your research before you get into a contract with FAS Windows.

I am disappointed with the overall experience with FAS.I ordered my windows in October of 2021 and I had to follow up with them to get an install date which happened in May. I was told it would take 5 days for the installation it took 30days and i had windows that came with broken glass, picture window that came with a bad gasket. I was sold double hung windows when I didn't need them.
I ant to have something better to say but unfortunately the experience has not been good overall and I really would not recommend them for a job. at this point the windows are still not completed, inspection has not been done and there are details still not completed. It will be a year in October, i think this is pretty ridiculous. I am considering taking legal action at this point and i never write reviews, but I have no idea what else to do at this point. I have emailed this company, I called and left messages, next step would be to actually visit the show room in winter park to see if i get some answers.

When I was looking to put new windows in my home, I found no companies that had great ratings. I chose FAS because their reviews seemed not as bad as some of the other companies. But their reviews were not great either. Lessons learned here - bad is bad. I ordered my windows in October of 2020. I knew at that time it would be January 15,, 2021 before the 2 sets of sliders and 4 windows arrived.
So the week of January 15 they came out to install them only to find out that someone in the office changed the measurements on one of the sets of sliders and so the wrong doors were delivered. Now I waited over 15 weeks for these doors. After the sales call they sent a production person out to get the exact measurements. You would think they would have some type of pull to get a rush order for these doors.
In the meantime, while waiting for the second set of doors we noticed the one set that was installed had marks all over the glass on the inside and couldn't be cleaned. When we told FAS they said they would have to order new glass. Another 15-week order! Melissa was my Project Manager. She was useless. She never picked up the phone and never returned my calls.
The new 2nd set of doors were not installed till mid-May. When the first set of doors were installed, they had to change the inside moldings around the doors by going to Home Depot to pick some up, because they don't have it on the truck. I told Melissa to make sure they picked up the same molding before they came with the second door. She had me send her pictures of the molding.
On installation day of the new set of doors they were to arrive between 8-9 am. They arrived at 10:30 to remove the old door but the doors did not arrive with the other driver till 1:30. When I asked about the molding I was told "Oh, no one told us that." So, they had to go to Home Depot. Then they didn't have caulk and had to wait for the next guy to get there. Shouldn't window guys have caulking on the truck?
Then they realized they didn't have penny nails for the molding and had to go to Home Depot yet again! There is no communication within the company and little to no communication once you place your order. After the first install, I asked for compensation for my trouble since it was their fault. They said they wouldn't even discuss it till the job was complete. Really?
At that point they have you over a barrel and you are at their mercy. They ended up giving me 10% off my remaining balance but the aggravation they put me through was not worth it. After the install was completed they had to come out 3 more times to fix the sliders because they leaked water around them. Buyer beware before doing business with FAS.

We just purchased a home in Lake Nona, I called your company to possibly purchase from you, however TIFFANY who answered the phone was extremely unfriendly from the beginning of the sale. I called to ask about the windows and she started off by saying we don't speak about pricing over the phone. I obviously know that, it requires an on-site appearance to measure and select the product.
After her snarky remark, I proceeded to continue with actually wanting to get a quote from you. After attempting to want to possibly purchase from your company by asking for a quote she said "We don't deal with anyone who is present except for the homeowner - we don't deal with tenants or property managers because we've gotten burned" I am not a property manager, I am not a tenant, I own the home.
I am not able to be there in person for the estimate, but I have had plumbing, electric, exterminators and contractors in my home without presenting an issue. Regardless of your companies policy if this is even true and she may possibly just be dissuading a sale and costing your company a client. I will not recommend business with this company merely off the customer service which I experienced on a 5-10 minute call.
I actually called back thinking this was a sales rep that I had spoken to wanting to speak to a manager and I found out she is the manager. Nice customer service. Feel free to reach me to discuss this experience further.

FAS Windows and Doors is a great company! We spoke with many employees and all were very pleasant to work with and truly wanted to help. The crew worked very hard to install our windows and completed them in a timely manner. Steve, who conducted the final walk through, was excellent. We were having trouble opening and closing one window and he worked on the one window for over an hour. He was determined to fix it. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

The work at our house consisted of 3 large sliding glass doors and the front door. We signed the contract in October of 2018 and the job was just recently finalized in JUNE of 2020. It has taken almost 2 years to complete this project. FAS came to our house more than 16 times (that's 16 days that one of us had to take off work to accommodate) to fix their mistakes.
When the first installment began we found out that the order for the screens was never even placed. When final payment was due, I had to fight for a very small 5% discount which amounted to very little in comparison to what we went through. Don't go with FAS if you want your project done right in a reasonable amount of time.

Had all new windows and doors installed almost 9 years ago and they are still functioning like new. Recently, however, one of the lifting mechanisms in a bedroom window broke probably due to my own carelessness when cleaning it. I called FAS and they ordered the part and were ready to install within about a week. Talk about service! The technician, Ryan, showed up on time, went straight to work and completed the job in about 15 minutes.
He was friendly and professional. He took the time to review proper maintenance and to find out if I was having any problems at all. I was delighted to learn the parts were covered in the Lifetime Warranty and I paid only a small installation fee. Worth every penny for this kind of service. Love my double pane windows and all the energy they save. Outstanding company.

Steve took my order and walked me through everything for my window needs at a great price. He was very professional and answered all my questions right down to the fantastic warranty. Matt did the actual install and I am and was very impressed with his work. He was very professional, cordial and polite and the windows look fantastic and are already saving me money. Suzie was a God send.
I had to reschedule multiple times due to unforeseen circumstances and she helped me all the way right up to after the install. I'm so impressed that I will be having doors and sliding glass doors installed next. I highly recommend FAS!

Signed agreement and paid deposit SIX months ago for replacement sliders, now we can't even get a callback. Our original install date came and went two months ago. When we finally tracked down the Project Coordinator back then and she produced a new form as an excuse, essentially blaming us for not knowing what they were missing. Now we can't even get a return call. wondering what they did with our $$$$. Take your business elsewhere!

Had six windows and a sliding door replaced with high impact material ones by FAS last year. Everything looked and worked well until last week that I had a hard time to open the sliding door, but lifting and pulling hard make the door finally open. I did look at the system over and opened and closed it for a while and didn't have any further problem until yesterday 03/24/2020. Mistake, I trusted the door and went outside and for my big surprise the sliding door lock me out and nobody was in the house.
On my way out I opened like every time, went out shut the door behind me to keep the cool air in and a nightmare started. I was in sandals and like that I claimed the fence that has a gate with a lock and the key inside the house I hurt my hand going down, I opened the garage door with the keypad and almost broke the door inside the garage to gain access to the house.
Once inside I try to open the sliding door and nothing. I had to pull and push the sliding door until the part that the system locks in to break down and fell to the floor. I replace that part again with a couple of screws. Conclusion, if you get or have one of this heavy, high impact sliding door make sure that you have another way to get access to your house.

This is a never ending story. FAS installed sliding doors at our condo. We paid $19000 for both doors. After the installation FAS discovered the screens would not fit but they promised to come back and fix the problem. Months and Months go by and we call again to complain. And once more they come out and measure the doors and promise to come back and fix the screens. Months and Months pass again and we call again and we get another gentleman come out to measures once more and he promises to come back.
Anyway you get the picture. The same thing happened over and over. We call, they come and measure, and promptly ignored the problem. It's been almost two years and nothing has been done. The doors are good but the service from FAS Is disgraceful. I would not recommend you purchase anything from FAS.

We bought all new windows for the house. The product was good. The installation was professional. The process was clean. We had one issue with a picture window that had a smudge in between the layers of glass. It was a manufacturing issue, not an FAS issue. They did a great job taking care of the problem. FAS ordered a new piece of glass that was installed yesterday. Ryan and Parrish were the installers and like the original installation the process was clean, quick and professional.
I was also impressed with the way FAS stayed in communication with us throughout the process. I didn't have to chase them for answers or scheduling. They did a nice job keeping me informed. We were happy with the experience from start to finish.

Everything was great! The salesman I worked with was professional and helped me pick out the windows that worked best for my house and my budget. Install was fast and clean and the installers were absolute pros. FAS stayed in contact with me the whole way through the process. Every person I interacted with was extremely professional and courteous. I would definitely use FAS for future projects.

I requested a quote from this company to replace 2 exterior doors at my house. A rep showed up only to ask us to stop by their show room and pick the doors we wanted so he can provide an estimate. The next day we went to the show room and selected what we wanted. One week after, we still had not received the quote so we called the rep and the office.
The next day we still has not received the quote so we called again. After the 3rd called, the rep sent a text message with a number 4 times higher than the other 2 companies we asked quotes. No formal quote on an email or anything like it, just a text message with an amount. Never heard back from them after that. Very unprofessional! Now they replied to this review saying they tried to contact me because I was not on their system and didn't hear back from me.
I have no voicemail or email from them. I can't understand how am I not on their system when one of their sales rep came to my house, then me and my wife visited their showroom, selected what we wanted and after calling 3 times to get our quote, their rep sent us a text message with a number. They obviously have my number, otherwise how can they text me? Don't be fool, you'll be better off taking your business somewhere else.

We used FAS again for patio doors. Could not be any more pleased with how they turned out or the customer service that we received. Seriously, top notch. Dave is a fabulous salesman, always there to answer questions and is extremely honest. Mick did the final measure and really made my day, very fun guy. My two installers were AMAZING and they cleaned up every speck behind them, and because the new doors were smaller than the original ones, really did a great job framing them out and taking their time to put nice trim up. Was estimated to be 6-8 weeks but it ended up being about 4. Worth every penny and I'll be back next year for the last project!

This would have been a whole home replacement running around $15k. In home consultation went very well, went to the showroom the next day to look at some of the hardware. Left meeting asking for an electronic copy of the quote and for salesman to wait a week till I was finished shopping around. Salesman calls and texts several times during the week and never sends a copy of quote.
After a week and three requests a quote is emailed. It is missing a window and incorrectly sizes two other windows by over a foot. The quote is also for about $400 more than quoted in person. Try to contact salesman, no response. Contact sales manager, he said he would contact me the next day. Two days later he contacts me and says he will review the quote and get back to me in a day or two.
Six days later I decide to hire ANYONE except FAS. *** RESPONSE: Your internal review doesn't mean anything if you not only don't communicate with the customer but begin with the wrong information. As referenced in my review and all other communications with your company. Thanks for the additional proof though. 0 stars.

I had a great experience with FAS and all the staff I worked with. Rod explained everything in detail, was not pushy and worked with me to come up with a figure I could afford. Paula answered my many questions about when the product would come in especially because I was coming in from out of town just for the installation.

Sales guy was okay. Signed contract on 2/20/2015. They told me 4-6 weeks. 16 WEEKS LATER! In fact, just this morning I received a phone call from FAS windows so that they could set up the final inspection with the City of Orlando. Today is August, 21st. Since signing the contract it has been a total of 182 days or 26 weeks or 6.5 months. YES. HALF OF A YEAR!
When they did finally do the work I ended up wishing they hadn't touched my home! The windows were not installed properly, the caulk job was a joke, and they cut all the wires to my alarm system. Yep. cut the wires. They have had to come back a couple of times to fix their mistakes and each time they were in my home both my husband and I did not have a good experience. Ultimately both my husband and I REALLY WISHED we had gone with another company. :

The sales person provided the highest quote and refused to negotiate. Despite this we went with them based on the great reviews. They estimated 4-6 weeks until they could install them but it took 10 weeks even though I accepted their earliest available appointments. After installation they refused to honor the payment terms they had provided in writing because they were on a separate document from the contract.
The sales person then tried hard to pitch me on the fact that he never offered those terms, despite the fact that I had them from him in writing in an email. The work they did was acceptable. I have no major complaints about the final product. The path to get there was long and now I feel cheated. FAS is not worth the 5-star premium they charge. Best to go somewhere else.
