My employer redid the entire roof of the office building because we had leaks before. They choose Best Roofing. Somehow we keep having leaks after they put an entire new roof. I'm so afraid that the drywall above me is going to collapse one day. Shouldn't Best Roofing put a roof that doesn't leak! I truly hope that they will keep fixing this "new roof" I personally wouldn't choose this supplier for a new roof. Bad choice!

We had Best roofing do a roof evaluation on 3 condo association bldgs. After the evaluation we had the work done. The evaluation included extensive pictures that depicted all areas that needed repairs. The workers were there for 3 days. Always on time, always busy, cordial and cleaned up any mess and equipment daily before they left. They also provided pictures after the work was done. I'd like to thank Mike Jacobsen for his excellent support during this project.

Best Roofing Services in Ft Laud is in the process of replacing many of our roofs in our condo development. The guys are quiet, professional and know what they are doing. Of course, time will tell if they will need a little adjustment but as of today the work was great. The guys work almost 12 hours a day - including the time they CLEAN UP! You never would know they were here, all is clean when they leave for the day.

This is a company who hires family, people for looks, felons and pedophiles (https://www.miaminewtimes.com/news/five-bad-priests-like-florida-megachurch-molester-bob-coy-9839580). Nonfamily like myself, I wanted to work for a company and grow. The owners led me and many others to believe that when you are hired you become family, have fun and with an opportunity to make money.

Not true, you are paid low, with a promise of a raise/bonus, but expected to work longer hours. Family/friends (the privileged) had freedom to work less, take longer lunches and get paid (higher - w/no experience). The owner's son is very arrogant and treats you like the bottom of his shoe. Many of his close friends and family are managers in other departments, they treat you the same.

At Best Roofing you have no voice or future, stay away from this toxic environment. I would never recommend anyone to work here or refer anyone to get their roof done by this company.

EDIT - IN RESPONSE TO THE "SO CALLED" OWNER OF COMPANY: Please come out from behind your computer and see for yourself. Why no management on a job riddled with SO MANY mistakes? It has been a free-for-all which would explain why these roofers are so messy, putting up faulty roofs, breaking skylights and windows and not cleaning up after themselves.

Ask your management team what exactly has been going on here. Very surprised the owner of Best Roofing has no clue what has been occurring on such a job. Your company replaced the roofs of all 8 buildings in the entire community of Cedar Landing at Jacaranda in Plantation, FL, 33324 and managed to leave leaks in every single one of them. Our HOA board picked this garbage company to replace all of the roofing in our 8 building community. Was hoping for the best from "Best" roofing but ended up getting the worst.

They broke skylights in our buildings, left at least half of the buildings with leaks (which they supposedly repaired but continue to leak) Almost every neighbor I have spoken with has a leak and they have to repeatedly come out to fix them. This is a brand NEW roof! The roofing workers are terrible. Many weeks (months) coming home from work only to find a trashed neighborhood of large wood pieces (old fascia), caulking tubes, random roof pieces. empty water bottles/other drinks, LOTS of food remnants etc. EVERYWHERE without any cleanup.

The roofers would arrive in the morning and come and eat their breakfast on my porch while throwing their food and garbage onto the ground afterwards. Lunchtime was the same as I would come home from work with a garbage bag to pickup all the plastic bottles, cans and food all over so not to attract animals. Condo patios were also trashed with piles of tar, caulking and whatever cement they used. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY TO REPLACE YOUR ROOF.

They obviously don't know how to replace a roof professionally and without leaving it to leak. WORST ROOFING COMPANY EVER AND NOT WORTH IT. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY THAT WILL DO THE JOB CORRECTLY AND WITHOUT ALL OF THE MESS! Best Roofing is NOT the best AT ALL.

I am the president of a 65 unit condominium building. Not only did Jordan of Best Roofing come out to give me an immediate assessment of our repair needs, the work was scheduled quickly, the crew arrived as scheduled and they were professional. The work was completed to our satisfaction in the allotted amount of time. I plan to continue to Use Best Roofing in the future.

Best Roofing Services. The name says it all. I had them work with my company back in 2005 for several years and they are now working with the condo association. Great responses with their customer service, very professional, showing up on time and getting the job done right the first time. Very happy homeowner!

I have never seen a company so disorganized and not punctual in my life. We have a roof leak that's been affecting my 3rd and 4th story for about two months now and Best Roofing just can't seem to figure out what the problem is. They've been to my house 4 times now, which they have never been punctual for, and still haven't fixed the issue.

They say they will be here on a certain day and then show up 3 days later. However today they decided to switch it up and show up one day in advance without previous warning and they just expect the client to drop everything they are doing and be able to attend to them. Honestly, don't recommend.

Very responsive, while the walkthrough, explained each finding and items that needed attention. At no point through the walkthrough did I feel I was taken advantage. Though in the back of my mind; I kept quiet and wanted to see what would be said about the condition of my roof. I was very surprised they felt the roof was well maintain but needed a lot of little things to bring it up to standards.

The crew they sent were all very professional and careful while at the Condominium. As the annual preventative maintenance and repairs were being done. I walked and each worker was very welcoming and answered any questions I had. I just received the final invoice and report and very impressed. I'm pretty sure there are other good roofing contractors out there but this is by far the best experience I have had as a property manager.

Do not recommend for gutters for sure. almost all the downspouts of our 3 story condo buildings this company installed not too long ago have fallen off or come loose due to insufficient strapping. We have had other issues with their gutters and have had to hire a professional gutter company to rehang and or replace the downspouts.

There is a dark middle aged Jamaican guy working with a younger Jamaican guy. I didn't have a chance to ask their names because of their hostile demeanor. This has to be THE ABSOLUTE WORST representation of a business by employees that I have seen. I've crossed paths with this team lead (dark middle aged man) a few times because he is contracted by commercial landlord.

He is the most horrible person I have come across while doing business. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS unless You want to be subjected to a disagreeable employee who is not happy about having to contact the company's work. Between the expletives and the blatant disregard for the company's procedures own rules, I'd bet bottom dollar that the people at my office aren't the first to be subjected to his wrath.

Covid or No Covid has any bearing On this review. Contract signed 1/31/2020 along with 20% deposit. Roof Completed in July with more leaks than before they replaced it. Multiple attempts to contact via email, phone took weeks to finally get an invoice wanting to charge for a less than 4 month old roof? I don't think so! Either their staff has no clue or it is a very poorly managed company. 90k dollar roof with no service after the fact.

I would never recommend and would suggest they change their name no where near "Best" anything. They simply did a poor job too many issues along the way that could have simply been communicated and avoided some problems along the way. Highly disappointed.

Not a very well ran business. Did not do any pre-planning or correct the run off of water from the roof. Did not pitch correctly. Did not communicate effectively. Roof leaked more post reroof than with the old roof. 90k invested and the service department is clueless. Sent emails, called to get leaks repaired and they never communicated with me. Had to keep contacting them to get email that was supposedly sent.

Finally got email but was an invoice with no other information on a 4 month old roof! Would definitely Never use again. Would never recommend and clearly they are no where near the Best!

I had multiple estimates on my new home's roof and when Jordan from Best Roofing came I knew right away we found the right company. Jordan came prepared and found all of the issues with the roof we were asking about and also inspected the rest and noticed the other issues that were pointed out in our home inspection. He was very quick to get us an estimate and was honest about doing only what we really needed to keep our roof in excellent condition for years to come. Best Roofing? More like WORST ROOFING! My association hired this company and I really wish they had not. They did an awful job the first time around. Since, I have had to contact Best Roofing to come fix their mess 5 times in the past 3 years. They have charge us every single time although we am under warranty!?! The EXACT same problem has persisted throughout these 3 years and they claim that the problem is due to a "different reason each time" just to get your money.

They claim that they fixed the issue, and 1 month later your roof will be leaking. Also, this company loves claiming that "there is no issue", charges $250 just for their meaningless awful inspection, just to later find out that there is an issue. No other roofing company has given me such terrible. Unless you want to pay thousands of dollars towards repairing their mess, don't even bother. Very money hungry company that is willing to screw over hard working civilians just to get a little bit more dough.

Requested an estimate for a flat roof leak. Repair was poorly completed. Leak continued damaging interior ceiling. Called them again to fix their failed repair. Second repair done in same spot. Worker just threw some more tar on the leaking area. I had tar on my white walls and had to ask them to return to paint. Roof leaked again. 3rd repair done in same spot.

Best Roofing refused to repair cracked and stained interior drywall that was damaged from their failed repair. Leaking continued. After leaving several messages with no return phone call, I hired a different company and decided to just replace the whole flat roof. I do NOT recommend this company. Workers do not speak English and it was extremely difficult trying to communicate. I had to call workers boss every time I had a question. They are not concerned with customer satisfaction. They'll Just grab your money and run. Beware!

Best Roofing is one of the BEST companies I have ever dealt with.! They replaced on of the roofs on my house after a leak and then cam back and they even did the interior repair for me and my Daughter. Their employees, especially Ivan are as professional as can be, but the most important thing is that the kept all of their promises and their integrity is outstanding, Thank you Best Roofing.

They did all the roofs in my development of townhouses. Even though I was just one of the unit owners and not a home owner paying them directly, they treated me great. They were there for a couple months doing all the roofs and all the guys were always friendly and respectful. They had to adjust a vent pipe that ran through my townhouse. They had to cut, patch, and paint a wall in my guest bedroom.

They were extremely flexible and efficient getting it repaired and worked around my work schedule. I've worked for a contractors in the past and know the non paying customer gets overlooked a lot because they have no control over the money but best roofing treated me better than any ecxpectations I'd have for a contractor. Johnny the site supervisor was great!

Best roofing is the best hands down. trustworthy, honest, reliable and they do a great job! These guys have wonderful experienced workers that know what they're doing. I'm lucky that they are my roofing company.

The most horrible experience, typical commercial contractor. Make sure you read your contract, as it doesn't cover anything and those guys wont follow it. Try to get mistakes fixed, just keep waiting for service that wont come. Best Roofing, not so best service. Will fix your fix your roof just enough to have to call them again and spend more money for something that could be fixed correctly the first time.

My management deals with these fools. I had to deal with them and pay out my pocket due to an AC leak. These people had no consideration a unit owner is paying, done try to rip me off giving me the same price you these millionaires pay and don't care where the money is spent and get treated like garbage because I'm just an account.

Don't use this company. We spent a fortune getting our condo roof redone. We didn't have any leaks prior to redoing the roof we just knew it was time. Since then we have had two condos with damage due to leaks and there is only a year warranty so now we are paying to have them repair a roof that wasn't properly done in the first place.

BEST ROOFING is one of the BEST service companies I have ever dealt with. Their professionalism is outstanding. They kept me informed from start to finish. All of their staff from Jorge in sales, Don in supervision, and Roger and his work team were fabulous.

DO NOT USE BEST ROOFING! Learn from my WORST EXPERIENCE.  My roof was to be repaired, ALL LEAKS FIXED as per the agreement and contract with Norman of Best Roofing after we noticed several leaks, the roof had been maintained by Best Roofing for several years.
