Sean was great to work with at the store. He was very knowledgeable and ran through a lot of options with us to find the best, most economical choice for us (waterproof laminate). The installers were respectful and cleaned up afterwards. Their installation quality was good, and I didn't find any concerns when they were done. I'd highly recommend giving them a try if you're in the market for new flooring!

Hired The Flooring Guys to refinish some hardwood floors in a house we are renovating, they finished over the weekend and look beautiful! I have had so many headaches with other companies for various issues, customer service just isn't top priority anymore, with this company you get top notch customer service every single time! I purchased flooring and wall tile from The Flooring Guys. While a few other company's told me they would be a month out, they went out of their way to accommodate my needs. As I was trying to take on the install myself, I needed back up. The owner got me taken care of the next day as the project was to much for me to handle! I thought I was going to be charged extra due to the circumstances. VERY reasonable labor and my floors look amazing! I will definitely recommend The Flooring Guys to everyone! Thank you once again!

The Flooring Guys installed new carpet and hard flooring through my house, stacked stone around my fireplace and at my bar backsplash, mosaic tile at my kitchen backsplash, porcelain tile at my tub surround and shower, and metal penny tile for the shower floor. Everything looks amazing. I'm very happy with the final product. Special shout out to Derrick. He should change his middle name to "Quality."

The Flooring Guys is the place to go. We had all the flooring purchased for our main level and just needed it to be put in place. They were able to get the tile out and floors done in 2 days as promised. Start to finish, they were careful and accurate. Sean knew exactly what we wanted and surpassed expectations. He made sure we were 100% happy with the install.

All the cuts and angles lined up perfectly and blended flawlessly. Couldn't be happier. Only regret is not doing it years ago. We will be back for carpet and tile in the bedrooms and bathrooms.

The flooring guys is a great business that saved me last minute. Lowe's came out to install luxury vinyl flooring and after tearing out all the carpet told me it couldn't be done because the floors were not level enough. They simply wouldn't and didn't want to level or sand down anything so I was left with no floors on site. I did not want carpet and already had all the flooring I wanted delivered.

I was in search of a flooring company that would help and found great reviews for this business so I submit a message or email to their site. Within minutes at 10pm I am getting contacted by David Vaughan saying he would come out the next day to inspect the floors. After he came out and told me the other installers were simply lazy and didn't want to put in the work needed and they were able to squeeze me in last minute I was very relieved.

They promised me that they would do the work until I was fully satisfied which they did. They came out 2 more times to address all of my concerns and kept their promise to satisfy their customer to the end. I would recommend going the this business over lowes or home depot budget installers that don't know what the heck they are doing. You get what you pay for and I'm fine paying a little more for a lot more satisfaction!

I have had a great experience at Flooring Guys. I have worked with sales rep Chris Brookhart on many projects and find him to be very experienced, and he goes out of his way to help me make the best choices with picking out flooring and tile. Awesome service and excellent work! We purchased flooring through a company in southern Iowa which was owned by a friend of a friend in an effort to save money. When the installer arrived he put down the carpet, started the vinyl flooring, and then quit, stating he wasn't familiar with the vinyl product we purchased?

We were very disappointed with The Flooring Guys. They were very unresponsive and failed to return calls several times. We had supposedly ordered tile for installation, but after several weeks we had not heard anything.

Due to recent back surgery I was not able to start the flooring project myself. We were referred to the Flooring Guys and I must say it was the right choice. Jerry and Marcelino did an EXCELLENT job! Very thorough, explained what they were going to do and even recommended some last minute changes to the original layout, which turned out better than we could have thought of.

The crew installed 800 square feet of carpet and had the furniture back in place in about 4 hours. The new carpet looks great. Cleanup was very good.
