The cleaner, Bryan, fully vaccinated and masked, arrived on time and quietly and thoroughly cleaned each room. I couldn't ask for more! He dusted all areas even if difficult to get to and vacuumed and mopped the floors with clean smelling non chemical spray. It was easy to be in the apartment while he cleaned since we had to be home at the time. Counter tops and sinks were shining. I found his work to be excellent.

Green Clean Maine has been cleaning our home every two weeks for the past four years, and we could not be happier with their service! We have three kids, two cats, and a huge dog, so there's a lot to clean up - but Christina from Green Clean Maine always does an amazing and thorough job. I've had an excellent experience w/Green Clean Maine. The people are easy to work with & reliable. The natural products clean well & deodorize. Unlike a single-shingle service, when my regular Cleaning Person is unavailable, Green Clean assigns a substitute so that service continues w/out me having to intervene. Carrie is fantastic. Very careful and thoughtful when she cleans. Very pleasant and always respectful of covid protocols. She is always on time and it is a treat to walk into the house after a long day of work and have it sparkling clean with special attention to the dog hairs! I'm so busy, I don't know what I would do without this service.

Green Clean makes my life better! Their initial deep clean was phenomenal, and I've had the privilege of continuing with a bi-weekly cleaning ever since. It's been almost 3 years and I absolutely can't imagine life without them. JessaLynn does outstanding work every time! I particularly appreciate the products Green Clean uses. As someone prone to debilitating migraines, strong chemical smells or excessive perfumes can be very triggering, but that is never the case with Green Clean. Their staff is also such a pleasure to chat with, and so sweet to the fluffy household companions who feel the need to "help" and investigate everything.

I can't say enough good things about the cleaners from Green Clean. They are so thorough and also sweet and thoughtful. If I put on a mask, they keep their masks on. If I need them to start with one room (because I can't go elsewhere bc of the pandemic and I need a place to be while they work) they accommodate my request. I trust them and appreciate them every time they come!

We really love our cleaner! We have had substitute cleaners and they have also done an amazing job! They are great with our animals and always greet our pups with smiles! Both the cleaners and the company have been outstanding communicating with us. Our house is spotless and fur free when they leave!

First off - the workers are great. I feel bad for them because between the owner and office manager they are no doubt having to endure a Hostile Work Environment. Owner is self-aggrandizing, holier than thou. God forbid you have to call into the office - you will be bullied - how dare you even think you can talk to the King & the Queen. They think they are the only game in town.

You own a tiny business. A cleaning business. Get over yourself. Owner wished me luck finding a new service - no luck needed. Plenty of options out there - and how refreshing to be treated with dignity and respect on the phone by professionals who value your business. And price point - well. let's just say with Green Clean it's ridiculous. If they're not careful they won't have any customers to push around anymore.

Excellent customer service from first touch to last. Rob was especially considerate and friendly and did a great job to get me scheduled quickly! He put up with my several questions and let me know about the price change once the cleaners arrived at my house and evaluated. I got home from work and my house looks GREAT! I'm happy now and no longer feel like I need to walk around with shoes on and that my dogs toys shouldn't touch the floor : it wasn't cheap but it was worth it.

For the past year or more, we've received wonderful monthly cleaning from great Green teams. I do some work in-between, OF COURSE! but I appreciate this local business effort and their results. Scheduling matters to my husband and me (we're older retirees), so we're especially pleased when they can do it midday.

Great service. The company is well-organized and communicates well regarding dates and times of services. The cleaners do a wonderful and thorough job each time. I had tried a few other companies before finding this one and they are by far the best.

I was not happy with their work. The customer service was awful. They are not accommodating when additional work is needed. They are over priced.

It took me a long time to decide on a company to clean my home, and I'm SO HAPPY I chose Green Clean Maine. The team that was assigned for my Deep Cleaning did a fabulous job, they were professional, thorough, unobtrusive and pleasant to have around the house. Both ladies were friendly and down to business immediately upon arrival. I love the way my house feels and plan to have them return regularly for maintenance. Thanks Green Clean Maine.

We LOVE the way our house looks, feels and SMELLS after Jo and her team clean our house. They are very efficient, friendly, and use homemade all-natural products that make our home smell like lemongrass. Yum! Our cleaning is Monday morning and it's the perfect way to start the week. We have been using them weekly for over a year and highly recommend!

Green clean started off well enough and did a thorough initial cleaning but as I continued to have them come on a biweekly basis, the quality of work degraded more and more. Every time they would miss something I would let them know and they would assure me that it would be addressed on a subsequent visit, but it never was. After taking a break from them, I decided to try them again but their pricing model is ridiculous.

They quoted me at $366 for a deep clean in December and remember they know exactly what the job entails, and when I got in touch in January the price had gone up to $564. Stay far away is my recommendation. They started out fine but the drop off in quality of work while simultaneously jacking up the prices is inexcusable. Not to mention there are plenty of other options available.

I have been using this company for about 6 months now and I love them! The staff is so friendly, yet very unobtrusive (I work from home sometimes) and focused. As someone who is very sensitive to smells, the fragrance of the lemon grass completely works for me. My house smells clean and fresh in a natural way. I have the crew come every week and they are very efficient and systematic about their cleaning approach.

They can clean my desired areas within my budget, no problem. I also love how I have the payment set up on autopay to charge my credit card every week, so I earn airline miles for getting my house cleaned! How about that? The communication between the me and the company is terrific. I get a text every week to let me know when they are coming, and when there is a problem they will contact me. I also love the notes they leave at the end of each session. A nice touch! I would highly recommend them!

I was actually rather disappointed by my experience. My wife and I contracted for a biweekly clean for what we both thought was a high price but the company seemed well recommended. The charge was 133.00.

Green Clean Maine has cleaned my apartment twice now and I am very impressed. The staff is extremely friendly, as I have spoken to them on the phone several times and am always greeted with someone helpful and cheery. They do an excellent job cleaning and always leave a super cute note somewhere. I like how they have a key to my place, so I don't have to worry about meeting someone to unlock the door.

I just go to work, and come home to a spotless apartment! They also have a system where the key to your house does not have a tag with attached address. Adds to the security. My home always smells minty fresh and I am comfortable knowing no harsh chemicals were used around my kitties. They are pleasant, professional and certainly get the job done!

As someone in the cleaning industry I tend to be very OCD about who I recommend. Joe and his company are great people who truly care about the earth and being the best in their game. I would recommend them without reservation!

I have been a GCM customer for a couple years. It's the best gift I have ever given myself. My team, lead by Maggie, does an amazing job. They are friendly, thorough and reliable. I like the fact that the cleaning supplies are all natural as I have pets.

I want to start by saying that I think this company wants to be better- the best even. in fact, they said so in their correspondences. Their customer service is responsive and attentive. We really wanted to like them. But for the money they charge (definitely at the higher end), the job they do really isn't much to speak of. in the past, house cleaners have made our bed, straightened furniture, even folded clean dish rags.

We consistently found appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) dirty and untouched. The rugs clearly hadn't been moved to get dirt underneath. And they upcharged for any alterations (such as windiows, baseboard, etc) which really should have been part of the base package. I'm convinced that we can find a cleaning service that can meet our needs better.

Have you noticed all these reviews take place in a span on a few months? That is because the owner did a "leave us a review and we will give money to a charity of your choice" promotion. I used the service for about two years, but got totally sick of the way he treats his employees, the staff turn around, the changes in policies, and the fee increases.

I only stuck with the service because he hires some great kids to do the work. I should have trust my instincts from the first day. The owner came by to check out the team's work and afterwards he called me to inform me he was interested in some items I was working on in my studio. Err, I thought I hired you guys to clean my home - not to give you a private viewing.

The cleaning was what I would expect and, like I said, the cleaning crew were great. Yet, as a local business, there is much better out there. Do not get suckered into the reviews. Like I said, he ran a promotion. you have got to be kidding!

Maggie Brydon and Amanda Lilley from Greenclean have been rocking my world. With an infant, child, and the hairiest dog on the planet- it is very meaningful to me the way these young women take such care and pride of my home.

I'm a cleaning fool. Everything in my house. If those grooves on top of a bedside radio have a sign of dust, I'm taking it out. Tops of door thresholds? Never dirty in my place. Clean toilet bowls and undersides of toilet seats. even with two guys with less than perfect aims in the house. I like clean, and I typically hate paying for a service because it doesn't clean as well as I can - But these folks do.

They were really friendly when I contacted them. Of course they recommend starting out with a deep cleaning visit, a bit more steep of a price the first time but they get everything. I'd just had a deep cleaning from another service that I didn't want to continue with, so the GC folks set me up on a biweekly schedule. Rates were very affordable and in line with other local cleaning service providers. You're assigned a 'team', people you'll see on a regular basis.

All staff have uniforms and their own tools and supplies, unless you prefer them to use your own. I really couldn't be happier with them. Ask for Beth's team or even Joshua's. They're flexible on schedule, arrive in company cars. Really, you can't get better, more professional, reliable and affordable service than these guys.
