Older Man came to give me estimate at which time I ordered new glass and prepaid half of the cost. Almost one month later; no new glass window, they cannot find my order, don't know who I am, and they don't know what happened. Same guy that came out remembered me but did not know what was going on. However, they did take my money.

Atkinson's came to my home and laser measured where our new glass will sit on our desks. We wanted to protect our wood tops of our desks. They worked fast and they are very efficient. It did not take long at all and the installers were scheduling to arrive and install. The installers were clean and wore face masks and were quick about their work. The glass broke on my gas fireplace on a sunday morning. I was able to call monday and get a quote and time frame for getting a replacememt panel. I was able to drop off the frame and they directed me to a store to get the gasket. I was able to get everything ordered and through the pricing explination knew i was getting a great deal. They were very patient and kind though the whole process. Had my glass installed amd ready to go a week later.

They helped me take it to my car and make sure it was secured for the drive home. The glass looks amazing and i am so thankful for these guys helping my fix my old fireplace for a very good price! Will definitely be working with them again!

I had to replace a pane of tempered glass for the back door. Turns out you can't cut tempered glass very easily. Atkinson's ordered it, got it in exactly on time. I picked it up, it fit perfectly. Could not go smoother, thus all those stars. Thanks.

We built a house several years ago with a walk-in shower that had no door. It was a little drafty and not as comfortable as we like. After seeing a neighbor's glass door that Atkinson's installed, we decided to do the same and we are very pleased with the beautiful addition to our bathroom.
