Central Oregon Roofing was established in 1939, and 75 years later, we are still going strong! Our team has a combined total of over 100 years of roofing experience, so it's safe to say that roofing is our specialty. We maintain separate, specialized crews for low slope, steep slope and metal jobs. Some of our clients include Crosswater Resort, Sunriver Resort, and Widgi Creek Golf Resort. Our commercial projects include the Dairy Queens in both Redmond and North Bend, Lowes of Redmond, and the new Super Walmart.

Central Oregon Roofing also believes in our community and since 2007, we have had the opportunity to Give Back in donations of over $100,000 in labor, materials, food and money toward organizations right here in Central Oregon; organizations like Habitat for Humanity, Family Access Network, Grandma's House and local schools.

Our house badly needed to have the roof replaced, and last week Central Oregon Roofing did the job with amazing skill and professionalism. They took care of the permits, showed up when they said they would and finished before their estimated completion date. The crew of workers could not have been more pleasant. I had roof leaks after our winter storm of 16-17; so I decided to call several roofing companies. Central Oregon Roofing happened to be one of these companies. I will say out of the 3 called they were the ones with the most professional quote and visit. Although, they were not the cheapest or most expensive quote from onset they were prepared. We put our deposit down and waited due to large back log.

By December 2017 we had our new roof. The crew was awesome! We have cameras installed outside and they never cussed or said anything inappropriate. They cleaned up after themselves every day and made sure I was okay with what and where things were left. I would definitely use these guys again.

It's never cheap or fun to have a new roof installed, but Central Oregon Roofing made it as easy as possible and did an outstanding job. The work crew did everything the salesman said they would and not just what was on the contract. The cleanup everyday was better than I expected and not any damage to the landscaping. The office staff even found and extra $250 gift card for me at the last minute because I'm a veteran. I highly recommend this company.

I initially posted a 1 star review of Central Oregon Roofing, due to issues and frustrations with overall organization and lack of communication while we were trying to get a repair done. While those frustrations were legitimate at the time, the team at Central Oregon Roofing has definitely earned this updated review. My frustrations and concerns were listened and attended to with understanding and accommodation.

A repair and the necessary follow-up communication was handled efficiently and with excellent customer service. With the experience that I have had with Central Oregon Roofing, especially with how they work with an unhappy client, I would absolutely recommend them and would hire them again in the future. Central Oregon Roofing has proven itself to be a company of integrity and with much-deserved pride in their work and expertise.
