After the recent hail storm, Doug came out to inspect our roof. Surprisingly, due to how new our roof is we had no damage! We really appreciated his honesty and expertise, especially with so many salesmen knocking on doors after the storm. I was really happy when they answer my phone, I just bought a house and found there is a leak, try to call lots of roofer but no one answer, and some answer with no time for the whole month already. and this company answer my phone and said they could be here either the Monday or Tuesday during labor day week, I was really happy and thank god for that.

The job was done on time, on budget, and very high quality. I have had several bad experiences with other roofers throughout the years when disasters have hit. Now that I have done business with Doug, I will go to him first for any other roofing needs and other general contracting issues I have. I also wouldn't think twice about recommending him to my friends and family. It is not easy to find such a good natured, personable contractor this day and age. Doug certainly fit the bill for me.
