We had water damage due to a cracked pipe which flooded an entire carpet. The Eco team came out within an hour to remediate water damage. Follow up on a daily basis was impressive as that is not typical for services in Miami ever. The two young men that serviced the issue were so kind and professional and truly exemplified integrity in their work.

Eco water restoration were very professional and prompt. Rene answered and came right over with his crew. They assessed the problem and had their equipment set up and operating within an hour. The young men he had working for him came back daily to monitor the drying process. They also removed the ruined carpet and disposed of it. They were very polite and handled everything with care. I would definitely recommend this company for water mitigation.

As you can imagine finding a mold intrusion in your home can be quite overwhelming. As a renter in a community who wasn't quick to take action, it was 100xs more stressful. Concerns for children, for health, for the loss of personal items, it can be all consuming. From the moment I called Eco & was able to express my concerns & have them heard.

They were extremely professional. I finally felt some hope that this could be resolved. Within 24 hours of my request I had a site visit & bid/proposal emailed to me. (Meanwhile another company wasn't even returning calls or showing up to scheduled visits, very unprofessional). I found Eco to be trustworthy, responsive, & best of all affordable (most mold remediation jobs start at 7K it seems, CRAZY!) But not Eco they came fairly under other bids. It seems they're not out to rip people off, but instead to do the job right. And that's what counts. Highly recommended.

Worst company in the world. Did such a horrible job at my house. Missed multiple days of work and showed up hours late always. While working in my office they took $200 from my wallet and just so happened one of the guys quit the moment I found out. Left an absolute mess as well. Multiple contractors informed me that the job was no where near complete or done correctly.

I am a General Contractor and owner of a construction firm established nearly 50 years ago! When my house flooded at 1:00 AM, only one company promised to show up within 60 minutes! They showed up and worked relentlessly to stabalize the situation. They continued daily efforts until no moisture was present and no mold or mildew could survive! 5 Stars to rhis great company!

Cannot say enough good things. Absolutely the best experience. I had an emergency on a Monday night. I was convinced that I had water damage in my ceiling at the business that I own. It was pouring that night and I was concerned that the ceiling was going to cave in and bring down the electrical and lights. I called the phone number listed at around 10PM, Rene answers the phone and was at the business in less than half an hour.

He assessed the damage and had his team there and working to solve the issue in an hour. The solved what I thought would be weeks of work and cause me to close my business in a day and a half! Rene & the team at Eco restoration quickly responded to an incident recently when we had our washing machine overflow. They brought in heavy fans, made hooked in our walls to do immediate mold remediation. After the usual grappling with insurance companies, our claim was processed and I called them back to repair the damage and repaint. It took a few weeks but the Eco restoration team got our home back to its previous condition. thank you!

Rene and his team were life savers. Thanks to them we were able to have the problem resolved the same evening. We were miles away from the property and he coordinated with the building manager and was able to get the problem solved for me without me ever having been at the property. Our building, the Coral Plaza condominium in Miami, Fl, had a fire last year on the 14th floor. There was water damage all the way down to the first floor as all the water sprinklers went off. We hired Eco Water Restoration to handle the water damage which involved replacing the carpets on all floors and painting the walls. It was a monumental task that Eco handled professionally and efficiently.

They did an excellent job taking care of the water damage; they put us in contact with a carpet wholesaler through whom we got an excellent price, and they brought in a crew that did the painting of all the walls and the wood trimming. At the end, everything looked beautiful. Like the fire never happened. Eco is a first class company that one can trust in every aspect of the work involved. After having my carpets cleaned a month ago I sadly realized quickly after that the person I contracted did not use the correct machine and I still had stains and odor so today I had Rene from Eco friendly come by and do the job the right way his equipment is the best and Eco friendly is very affordable thanks Rene for going the extra mile and getting in every corner I highly recommend these guys and I'm happy to say my carpets are now impeccable and stain free.

Completely happy with the service I received and I called Eco water restoration at 2am after my home had a pipe burst on the second flood and was flooding out our entire house at 2:35 they arrived and Rene the lead technician helped us immediately had his crew extracting water with machines.

Super service found our leak in our upstairs bathroom, caused by our remodelers one year ago installed baseboards and accidentally hit the main water line with a nail, causing a lot of damage downstairs in our kitchen.
