Not only was Austin extremely knowledgeable and professional, but his workers shared the same professionalism as his own! installation was very professional and detailed and I have had nothing but complements from my neighbors. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Highly recommend!

Joshua and his guys were really great! I highly recommended. If your looking to get synthetic turf installed I would recommend choosing them. Very professional and and tuff and slope came out fantastic. These guys are hard working and do great work!

I have amended my review from earlier today. Initially I was not hearing back from the company for a service that was needed on my turf & putting green. I was disappointed because they were very responsive when I called for the estimate & installation in 2017. Since the review Robert got back to me explaining that they have had issues with many employees out due to covid plus they have been moving their operation from Riverside to Corona.

I am aware that things happen beyond our control at times. As it turns out a serviceman came out today & fixed the problem for which I am grateful. On rethinking my comments I have no issue recommending this company for your turf needs. Disregard my previous review.

Had them install artificial turf in front and backyard along with rocks on slope. The project came out great!

Josh and Geri are true honest professionals and care about customer satisfaction. I called Josh and made an appointment to landscape my front yard and install artificial grass. He gave me a very fair estimate and a thorough explanation of the work to be done. I agreed and signed a very detail contract. The landscape workers did a very good job and went the extra mile to keep the job site clean.

The work done was great because Josh and Geri were there for me to offer support and assistance. I am very happy with the final product and have had an many neighbors and passers by ask for the number to Green R Turf for their own project.

Robert at Green-R Truf is knowledgeable and great to work with. Communication through the whole process was excellent. The finished product was even better! Love the quality of the turf and installation. True pros. Background: I have 3 children that love playing outside. This is the perfect method for them to have a bug and mud free environment. (Also the upkeep is so simple for me, dad).

Green-R Turf did an amazing transformation to our yard. Robert was very easy to work with did exactly what he said he we do! Benny and his crew really care about making the customer happy even finished 2 days earlier than promised. The turf looks so real it's hard to tell its not grass. The pavers look amazing with turf in-between adding a nice sitting area to our yard. Thanks again Robert and crew.

After issues from other contractors we were very satisfied with Robert and his staff Chad and other young man. The price was fair, but the product and process was meticulous and materials used was quality. The customer service and taking care of our needs was the priority! I highly recommend them!

I always get AT LEAST 3 estimates but this time I got more since lead for everyone was fairly long (summer of COVID probably). Anyway, Robert was in the middle price wise (I usually pick middle one) and he had great reviews so I went with them. I was not disappointed. Whole crew was great! Did a great job with install, very professional and guided me thru process. I highly recommend them. Crew even thoroughly clean up job site when they were done for day (common sense that is not so common these days). Turned out great. Thanks!

Robert and his crews did a fantastic job on our backyard. I have used them for 2 jobs already and I am looking into a 3rd. They do meticulous work and their attention to detail is phenomenal. Their pricing is competitive and I highly recommend them.

5-star for this company! We had our 6,000 sq ft front lawn installed with artificial grass and it looks beautiful. The original sloping and grading of the landscape were maintained so that it looks natural. It greatly improved the overall look of the house. Great job to the owner, Robert, from whom we got the best bid among 3 other companies. He is easy to talk to and responds to communications promptly.

He further went beyond and accommodated our request for extra turf on an area not in the original plan at no extra cost. We would definitely recommend Green-R Turf for those interested in the installation of artifical grass.

We should have done this years ago! Our new turf completely revitalized our yard and it looks 100% better. The company was professional, responded quickly to any communication, and they showed up on time when they said they would (which I'm finding not all do). My dogs are so happy with their new yard and I know we will be using our backyard much more now that it looks so inviting.

The install crew was also cool enough to take some of the dg and dirt from that we had down originally and put in our side yard (the mud pit) for us. Definitely appreciate the extra step and awesome customer service. Thanks everyone!

Contacted Robert from Green-R Turf while getting quotes from several other turf installers in the area. Robert's website showed they recently did a major install a my church in Riverside. I knew of the quality of the work there and was impressed, plus I read the letter from the pastor who gave an excellent recommendation. Thus, I gave Robert a chance to quote my effort which was about 4,200 sqft.

Not only did he beat all the other contractors, but he upgraded my turf and added additional features which the others wanted to charge me for. The best part is the result - not only was his crew the finest folks I have worked with: conscientious, clean, orderly, polite, keeping me informed, daily cleanup before departing, etc., but the finest quality effort I could have imagined.

Their unique cuts are hardly noticeable in 95% of the cuts, and the turf is of the highest quality for the lowest price. We are proud to refer them to anyone, to come see the work, and to evaluate for yourselves. Just ask Robert to contact me for a preview of their work. *update* 12/3/18- Robert got back to me and sent a crew to add filler / deoderizer and use a power brush. The turf looks as good as new and no more odor. His guys are freindly and bend over backwards to do a good job. *original review below) I'm experiencing the same problem Rosemary wrote about on 6/20/2017. they did a good installation but won't call or email back to get maintenance done.

This is frustrating because we're a repeat customer (2 houses). But we've tried for 18 months to pay them to add deodorizer and brush our install that's now 2 1/2 years old. It's a dog run that smells. Call after call- either no answer or no return call. Finally I got Robert about a week ago- "sure email me we'll come out"- emailed- no reply in over a week. 2nd email- no reply. Just ignoring a customer- for years- is infuriating.

I held off on writing this review until I made sure I had the time to do what was instructed and to see if the problem we have with the turf resolved itself. We found Green-R Turf on Yelp so it seems appropriate to provide our experience too. We were getting bids for turf for our yard for two primary reasons: 1] drainage and 2] bathroom and play space for our new pup. Robert was the second person to come out to provide us with a bid, and presenting an offer we couldn't refuse, we signed on.

We made sure he was aware of our main uses for turf, and that our pup REALLY likes to chew and dig so the turf needs to be tough - we were told it was. There were some hiccups with communication during the installation process, but we were able to work things out - Robert is very customer satisfaction driven. After installation, we weren't given any after-care instructions by the crew, just to rinse weekly, focusing on pup's favorite spots, and pick up the dog poop after the sun had dried it out to avoid smearing onto the turf. Makes sense. It's been only five months since we had the install, and two months in, our turf REEKED.

We were rinsing and picking up the dog poop as instructed and it was just horrendous. I reached out to Joshua for assistance, and was offered extra zeolite and a turf bomb spray, each costing $20. It took another month to coordinate schedules for purchasing/pick-up, and after 1/2 bag of zeolite fill and one whole bottle of the turf bomb, our turf doesn't reek anymore but it still smells, even more so after rinsing with just water.

I reached out again and was told that "you have a smaller area and this is typical with a dog in a smaller area, it requires more maintenance". My issue with this response is that they knew EXACTLY what our reasons were for the turf installation and the size of the yard that we wanted turf for. Robert also met our pup who is no more than 25lbs now; less then.

Our yard size was never mentioned to us as needing more maintenance or posing as an issue for smelling like dog pee, even when rinsing as instructed, and if we knew our yard was going to smell like dog pee unless we reapply zeolite enzymes every couple of weeks and turf bomb until the end of time, we probably would've just gotten fresh sod instead.

We already have weeds growing at the ends and through the turf and mushrooms growing at the seams. Our pup is able to tear/loosen some of the blades from the backing as well, so we have some loops and loose blades throughout the yard and it's pretty obvious where she likes to really dig her snout into the turf. For what was expected, low-maintenance artificial turf that will serve our pup's needs and provide an aesthetic look to our yard, we kinda just got the latter. Turf looks great, and we do get compliments from other workers who come do work, but the smell just negates it all.

If you're looking for turf for just aesthetics, Green-R Turf is great. If your main goal for turf is for your pup(s), I'd double check yard size/placement and needed aftercare to ensure you don't have the same problems we do.

Ok all. just a quick scenario and story. I had someone do my concrete for a putting green in my backyard and after being promised for 6 weeks the turf would be installed to no avail. Disappointed and frustrated I called numerous turf companies for quotes and of all the quotes I received Green R Turf was the most reasonable one received. I called Robert and he came out and scheduled within a week and his crew was on-site at the exact time I was on the schedule.

Let me tell you, talk about a professional polite crew that have been doing this for over a decade with complete attention to detail. These guys were clean fast and gave me exactly what I had envisioned. Well I had a little issue with a small ripple in my green and Robert sent his crew back out and fixed it and cleaned everything perfectly. I am an old school guy and I believe in customer service and Green R Turf delivered above and beyond all my expectations. I guarantee you will be happy with Robert and his team. Thanks again guys! WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure everything from start to finish was correct. Priced right in the middle. Best crew, best customer service. Each person I dealt with was a perfectionist. The quality of the product is outstanding. Thanks to everyone that worked with me on getting my yard done. They set the bar for any and all contractors out there in any industry.

Our experience w/ Green-R Turf was fantastic! Kenny from the sales team was extremely knowledgeable, and made numerous trips on site to talk us through the process, offer different turfs, and help us w/ some unique needs (gopher mesh). Chris was the onsite manager, easy to work with, and made sure all the equipment and material was cleaned up every night.

Work looks impeccable! Robert and the installation crew were the best. Arrived as advertised, actually a few minutes early! After reviewing about 5 different turf installers, Green R Turf did the job better than what we could have imagined. This company was great from start to finish! We put artificial grass in the front and back and it turned out beautiful. Robert was my salesperson and he was great and Chris was the installer and he did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them.

I had my backyard done this February for my young sons who have skin issues. The product is far superior to the other samples we looked at from other companies in color, texture, and durability. Kenny provided us with exceptional service from start to finish. Chris and his crew were thorough and professional with the 2,000 square feet we had installed.

Green-R Turf just installed an artificial turf putting green in my backyard. These guys were really great. The crew (up to 8 workers) showed up on time, worked tirelessly, and cleaned up after themselves each day. Removing the grass from my yard before installing the putting green was no easy task, but they handled it quickly and professionally.

Robert and his crews are second to none. Their highest concern is customer satisfaction, and it shows from start to finish.

They did not install my turf, but are using a photo of my facility in their advertisements. I'm not sure how they got this or why they would do this.
