This company is total BS DO NOT USE THEM they SCAM you by doing a shotty job the first time with the promise of a guarantee and then they avoid you when it is time to make good on the guarantee I had to trick the man into finally getting back to me many many months later only because I tricked him he had obviously no record of my phone number and called me as a "new lead" so I was finally able to speak to him at which time he asked for another 100$! He ended up hanging up on me. I am calling the attorney general this company should NOT exist

Devan and Robert worked diligently to clean the carpets. The outcome was great. Much better than the other companies we have used in the past. The customer service they provided was outstanding. The other technicians Wong and Troy also provide outstanding customer service. They provided electrical service and also work diligently to accommodate our needs. Horrible! Left my carpets FILTHY AND DISGUSTING and thought I was going to pay for it!? NO SCRUBBER or steam! WAS A WASTE OF TIME. When GIVING them a chance to FIX THIS I was told by one of supervisors MIKE never to call them again and to lose the number instead! YEAH EXACTLY WHAT I PLANNED ON. I CAN CLEAN THE CARPETS BETTER MYSELF WITH HOT WATER, SOAP, OR A RUG DOCTOR. NOT WORTH $100. ALSO IT SMELLS LIKE LITERAL SEWAGE AND LEFT A HUGE MESS IN MY DRIVE WAY OF SLUDGE AND I LIVE IN AN ASSOCIATION AND CAN GET FINED FOR THIS. MY HUSBAND HAD TO CLEAN IT. THEY ALSO LEFT WATER RUNNING IN MY GARAGE. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? UNREAL, DISGUSTING.

I have had some bad experiences trying to find a good company to clean my carpets. My friend suggested I use A-1 because she has been very satisfied with their work for a couple of years now. These are very professional people. The two young men that came to my house were very nice and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them. The last company I had out to my house left my carpets wet for three days. A1 Carpet Care told me it would be dry in 4-6 hours and it was. What a beautiful job they did.

We booked Oscar's team for a needed carpet clean before a baby arrival and could not be happier. Rene and Luis were great and very informative through the whole process. We booked on Wednesday and they were here by Friday afternoon. The carpets in this place have probably never been as clean since they were laid down. Not to mentioned the carpets were dry within about an hour and half and there was little to no cleaning agent smell.
