I have used Webster Electric twice now. Once at my personal residence for all new lighting and now at our rental home (built in 1933). Webster's installed an entire new main, breaker box, replaced closet lighting, smoke detectors, etc. They brought the entire home up to Rental Code in Kalamazoo and did it all within 2 days. Everyone I have spoken with is professional and courteous. I would Highly Recommend.

I completely understand that business should be paid for their time and materials. But after 2 hours of work and to be left with more power out in another Pom after they left. Seems like I was paying for something to be broken. Then what I actually called them out for. After two hours of the gentlemen unable to figure out the problem. I was charged $250. That my friend is insane. I gave this place a 3 solely on the fact that the guy that came out is a pretty cool dude.

Critical: Quality Had them out to install an outlet and coax behind the televison. It didn't go great, as shown. The outlet had damaged drywall around the location and cut was very rough. Working to resolve the issue but could take an additional two weeks and two appointments. The coax looks nice, but crooked. I guess don't schedule for a Friday? We had a support that needed to be replaced where our electric line came into the house. We weren't sure due to having lines underground where we were. Before they came out, they asked for pictures to make sure a service call was needed. When they saw it was needed, they came out within 2 days and had everything supported where it should be.

Ron, the owner, took time out of a busy day to call me back right away and give me advice about the partial power outage and scary blinking lights in my home. He convinced me their services were not needed (though he also made it clear they would come out if I decided I wanted them to). I appreciated his positive, professional, and helpful attitude. I have used these guys twice and both times I felt like I got good value and responsive, fast service. Joe is a great electrician and recommend him for any job. He fixed some Jerry rigged electrical in my basement on trip one and got it up to code. On trip two I got a new line run outside for a condenser box. Each trip was priced fairly and communication was excellent. Looking forward to working with Webster again.

Hit and miss with the electricians. Employ at your own risk. First time I hired Webster was for some easy bathroom light/fixture work and the guy was great. Good, clean work. The second guy they sent, for similarly easy work upgrading some light fixtures, carelessly banged up the walls on all the fixtures he replaced.

Another top-notch job from Webster Electric! Everything we asked for and more including neatness/cleanliness beyond expectations. He even took all the trash including the huge boxes which the fans we bought came in. That was greatly appreciated.
