Intero Group

We have had leaks in two of the windows they installed. I emailed Intero twice using different email routes and they have been completely unresponsive. JD Brown

I was referred to Dzmitry from a colleague. I got four different quotes from contractors all with varying prices to repair the siding of my home where the prior owner tried to enclose a window with ply wood. However my siding was T&G. Dzmitry was highly professional and came in about the middle of the other quotes but was going to use T&G. The job took about three days and he did an outstanding job. I was very happy of the results and recommend Dzmitry to anyone that needs a contractor. I am hiring him for a couple more projects now for my home.

After 3 days leaving a message that we would like an estimate to replace 27 windows, no return call. Guess they don't care about customer service.

I was undergoing a significant renovation over the past year. The original contractor I hired seemed unable to deliver as promised. Consistantly coming up with issues and reasons why things could not be completed on-time, on-budget and/or properly. Dmitry and his crew were extremely helpful in replacing the original contractor and fixing the extensive mistakes that he had made.

I cannot imagine the job reaching it's final stage without the help of a company like Intero Group. Their primary area of expertise is siding - to which I will say they are beyond excellent. Fast, efficient and know what they are doing. But, he ran the gamut of jobs (inside and outside their wheelhouse) - from the creation and installation of shiplap interior styling to creation of deck railing to installing new stainless steel rollers to the lanai door.

The only semi-negative thing is scheduling. They are a smaller company and have grown in terms of projects. So, sometimes it is hard to get their time if you have a rush job.

Due to age and mechanical issues, I had to replace all of the windows in my house (30+) as well as 1/4 of the siding (rot). Because it was such a major job, I had representatives from all of the major window companies come out and give me an estimate. My major concerns were price, quality of the work done and the trustworthiness of the contractor.

After much consultation, I went with my gut and chose Dimitry (Intero Group). Now that the job is complete, I am GLAD that I did: 1. Honesty - Dimitry did everything that he promised. He never cut corners although there were unforeseen issues that gave him that opportunity (to finish the job faster and save some money). He brought issues to my attention and addressed them, issues that I would have NEVER known about.

Talk about being able to TRUST your contractor. I don't think I've ever met a more honest guy. 2. Quality of work- Dimitry takes unbelievable pride in what he does and did the job not only for my satisfaction but for his as well. He redid some things that he wasn't satisfied with (caulking etc.), things that would have been perfectly fine but just not perfect for his standards.

He used the right materials for the job (stainless steel screws etc.) when he could have easily gotten away with cheaper stuff. At the end of the day, the price was right and the quality of the job was above and beyond my expectations. While no job of this magnitude will be 100% perfect or problem free, at the end of the day the job was done as promised and I found a contractor that I can trust which is the most valuable thing of all. Thanks again Dimitry and crew for such an awesome job! Hope to have you folks back again for the next one!

House is much, much hotter this summer than before the siding was installed. Items around the home that were removed were not replaced correctly. This is one installation I regret. Wish I never installed this siding.
