They did an excellent job of cleaning all my wall-to-wall carpets and carpeted stairs, and were careful in my home during the set up and carpet cleaning process. Very professional and great customer service. However I hired them to get rid of pet odor and immediately after the service I spent so much money on I noticed the smell was worse than before they came. Way worse than before. Now it's been about 3 to 4 weeks and I can't even sit on my couch without smelling it. 2 days after they came I took out my rug doctor and the water was black the first time. Then yellow the second run. I only did the on a tester piece of the carpet. I'm over all upset and felt as if I wasted my money. The service was nothing how expected it!

Needed a blood stain cleaned in one small area on a linen color couch. I had used several basic products to remove myself. It helped, but was still noticeable. So I called Rodriguez and they scheduled me for the next day. They told me they could not guarantee they could remove the stain entirely. I decided to take a chance and the young man was very conscientious and determined. It is not perfect, but so much better and worth the $$. I am very pleased and would highly recommend them.

I found Rodriguez Cleaning Services with a google search. The reviews were good. I requested a quote and the actual price was a couple of dollars less! The technician was very professional and polite. No complaints. The company definitely communicated - they verified the appointment; sent 2 reminders; called to say they were on their way, etc. The carpet really looked nice after the job, however, the next morning I noticed a spot that was missed.
The company happened to call to see if I was satisfied and I told them about the spot. Without questions, the person scheduled a time for them to come back and clean the spot. I would definitely use Rodrigues Cleaning Services again.

The representative did a great job cleaning the tile and area rugs. He was thorough and professional. However, they are very pricey. I requested an estimate over the phone and was given an estimate with the disclaimer that it was the minimum charge and accurate pricing would be given upon arrival. I did not know to ask price per square foot nor given that information.
When the representative arrived and measured the room, the price was double. I had the room cleaned because he was already at my home and it was done thoroughly. But as to avoid sticker shock, I would recommend asking for the price per square foot and get a rough measurement of your area prior so that you may be prepared for the price.

D Houston was our technician. He was friendly, knowledgeable, funny and very respectful. He worked hard from 9:14 to 5:15. He cleaned 2 couches, one was an add on to the job and our full basement and two bedrooms. He was great when I mentioned I forgot to request the add on couch. He called the office and cleared it doe me and never missed a beat.
The owner of the company stopped by because it was a big job and he wanted to ensure D had everything big he needed. Now that's a company I'd like to work for. I have told everyone I know about my great experience and I will definitely be another repeat customer. Thank you for the great results!

He was friendly, professional and communicated well about his arrival time, the services he was performing, and general expectations about what I could expect from the service. Job well done! I am so impressed with this company. When I called to set up my appointment I was surprised they could get me in same day! Darion Houston came out to my home to clean the carpet on my stairs and 1 bedroom. He was so professional and explained in detail everything he was going to do. Not only did he mention it a couple times but you can truly tells he loves his job and really knows his stuff!
The carpet had some major stains and it looks brand new now! He also mentioned other services they offered that I didn't know about. He was very kind and funny, he kept me laughing! Great experience! They were super responsive to our needs and very clear and upfront with their process and approach to our job. The technician was extremely nice, professional, and polite. He explained everything he was going to do- and why- before he did it. Then he made sure I was satisfied with the work before leaving. We highly recommend Rodriguez!
