Timberland Hardwood Floors

Timberland Hardwood Flooring just put wood floors in my master bedroom and guest bedroom. They did a fabulous job since they had to connect the rooms to preexisting flooring in the main part of the house. The bedroom floors look like they were done at same time of the rest of the house. Our original builder used Timberland floors for our home in the first place. These wood floors barely have a scratch on them after 4.5 years of use. They have a friendly office and great customer service. The pricing is fair.

When I called the phone was handed over to a male what was extremely rude and cut me off everytime I talked. I was simply asking them to not cut their wood on on the deck which no company has done. Waking up 5 other tenants because you dont want to walk up one flight of steps for the safety of animals with the loud noise and waking up other people that actually own the property. Definitely no.

They were great! They refinished the floors we found under some old carpet and added a new floor in the living room. You can't tell the difference, they matched them perfectly. Our floors are my favorite part of our house!

We built a new home and had Timberland install wood floors through the entire main floor and vinyl flooring for the bar area. The beginning of the process to the end was a great experience. The staff was very professional and exceeded our expectations. They were timely and easy to work with. The end result is a beautiful wood floor that is easy to take care of. Alex with Timberland was punctual, very flexible, easy to talk to and work with and he kept in constant communication. We hired a previous contractor that left us without a finished job and deadline fast. approaching. Alex was a savior for us on such short notice and he worked tirelessly to make sure our deadline was met. His work is phenomenal and upon our friends and family seeing the finished work, we have made several referrals. We highly recommend Alex. We will definitely work with Alex again.

Timberland was very prompt in coming to install our vinyl plank flooring. Lam was very conscientious in the layout of the color variation and respectful of our house. They did the entire house in 2 days. Steve, Lam, and all did EXCELLENT work!

Timberland Hardwood Floors recently installed new oak flooring for me. They responded promptly to my request for a quote, arrived on time, and were very helpful in walking me through the different options available to me and the trade-offs for each. They were even helpful enough to split out my quote into different sections so that I could decide what I wanted to do "now" vs "later".

Additionally, their billing and quoting system is email integrated and allows online payments, which greatly expedited the quoting and payment process since they were able to email me updated quotes quickly rather than waiting on snail-mail. Timberland did an amazing job at my home. They worked with my schedule while I worked through an insurance claim and were ready when I was. They offered me perfect color choices for my floor and I couldn't be happier with the end result. They even kept a clean job site so didn't have to worry about it after the work was done.

I used Timberland Hardwood Floors to install and finish wood floors in my kitchen and living room. I was impressed with their work and customer service. After staining the floor, they realized that there were 4 adjoining pieces that stained very dark. They pulled up those pieces and relaid new boards. I very much appreciated the attention to detail and willingness to make sure that the job was done right.

After the floors were finished, MUD had to move the stove due to a gas leak and scratched the new floor. Timberland came out and filled in the scratch making it almost unnoticeable.

I purchased a duplex last fall and had Timberland come in and do all of my hardwood floors. Cory was very knowledgeable and had the job completed ahead of schedule. I am throughly impressed by their work and recommend them to anyone needing some work done.

We have had timberland floor contractors who sub out for NFM putting our floors in for past 3 days now and I must say I have been thoroughly disappointed. They did not cover all of my cupboards nor did they put any plastic over my new quartz countertop.
