Sterling Cleaning

I am really blown away about how nice our floors came out after our tile and grout cleaning. They look better than they did even when we first bought the house. Kudos to the two guys that came out as well. They were on time, wearing masks, professional and friendly. Excellent experience.

I have to sit down and write this review, as I realized that I never actually have done it, and there was so many I'd probably help by doing so and letting you know what I think of Sterling Cleaners. I have a literally been lucky enough to be dealing with this company since it's inception. I would never trust anybody else, as they treat my home and office as if it was their own.

They are completely trustworthy, do an amazing job and take a lot of pride in their work. They literally exceed every one of my expectations and anyone looking for this type of pristine service in their home or office, need not look any further. Sterling Cleaners seriously lives up to their name!

This guy cut my entire line while shopping at Costco, then spewed some BS trying to justify it. Actions like this speak as to the true character of a person. Avoid this business at all costs.

We have always had a great experience with using Sterling Cleaning over the last 4 years. The owner, Oscar, is a gentleman, a very personable individual, and a real professional. Simply put, he is really a very nice person. Oscar is the epitome of customer service. He has always gone the extra mile to provide A+ service as well as accommodating our changing schedules.

If you are not satisfied with something, a quick phone call will get him personally to appear and make it right to your satisfaction. He is one of the hardest working people we have ever met. The office staff and all of the individual work crews reflect those characteristics. Oscar and his crew have done truly fine work with cleaning and polishing our marble and granite, cleaning floor tile and grout, and refinishing our driveway surface.

We have also been satisfied with the housecleaning service his company has provided. Providing quality services as promised, on time, and at a competitive cost is difficult to find on a regular basis, and finding those many services in one company is even more so. Oscar takes pride in his work and reputation, and has earned the name-- Sterling!

Most unprofessional vendor that I ever dealt with. They change there prices from what I was told. The Gentleman that came to clean my carpet said he didn't want to do it because it was a lot of work. The manager i spoke to was very smug on the phone and didnt care what i had to say. They service my entire complex(used to service). I spoke to my management and told them how disgraceful they were. Never use them the are thieves and have no customer service.

The staff at Sterling Cleaning is very professional. Sterling uses our company as one of their advertising medias. They are one of our "Exclusive Certified Advertisers". We highly recommend them for any cleaning project you may have.

Outstanding professionals. They were here today to sparkle up the terrazzo floors. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. They knew what they were doing and respected my home. Oscar is a good guy.
