Rainmaker

They treat their employees like very very poorly and disrepectfully, especially the owner himself. HR is probably the most offensive prrson in the company. They do poor poor work and take a long time to resolve issues in or outside of the company. If you want to over pay for landscaping then this is the company is for you.

Have been trying to GIVE this company business for the past week. Rainmaker never shows during scheduled appointments and does not even have the courtesy to call. When my husband or I finally am able to speak to some one we are given excuses. Today I had another reschedule appointment set up (window of 12-2), I called at 1:21pm to make sure some one would be coming and was told by a "Jennifer" she was going to call to see where "he" was. that was almost over three hours ago and still no return call. Needless to say, this company will NOT be given my business.

Horrible Company, All the employee are drug addicts. Just a couple of days ago went into rainmaker to maybe get my job back with them was assulated by Chris on of his employees. Debbie the office lady witnessed It happened than lyed to Steve. Nor did Steve the owner did anything about it.

They stole my wallet when i droped it by accident rideing my bike and did not return to my adress which had my i.d in it.(Tampa palms area)

They are irresponsible and lie. While attempting to change sprinkler heads they shovel cut through the FIOS cable line. If the neighbor hadn't been affected by the severed line we might not have known why we have no internet or television. No notes or courtesy call to let us know of the problem. Then to tell the neighbor that it was called in and that wasn't done.

No problem, I'll just call them directly to let the after hour people know of the problem. They must have used the same shovel back at the barn as the voice recorder cuts you off if you don't have an extension. It was an accident and if they had the customer service skills to let us know when it happened it wouldn't have been such a big deal. Instead they got caught doing nothing then lying about doing nothing.

If that were the only issue I had with this company it would be a delight. Truth is they are a terrible company on our maintenance free property. They have beautiful trucks and trailers but lack in so many other significant areas. They have a lot of work in Tampa Palms which is a shame. Our community really needs to have a better company come in to do the work.

We recently had a new lawn installed by Rainmaker and could not be more pleased. On the initial consultation, Gabe provided some excellent ideas that wound up greatly enhancing the overall project. Despite the heat, the crew expertly installed an entire truckload of St. Augustine sod in just one day.

They do good service and are normally friendly. Yesterday they were cutting the lawn in my neighborhood of Eagle Watch - one guy I have not seen before stands in the middle of the street blowing grass and just DARES me to pull out and hit him.
