Global Restoration

Global Restoration was highly recommended to us after we had 2 levels of our house damaged by water - which ultimately left us having to have new tile, vanity, carpet, painting & all new hardwoods. Jonathan & his entire team were absolutely incredible. Their communication & customer service are a standard well above the rest. Global Restoration is a VERY well oiled machine.

From mitigation to renovation, they made this entire (what would have been stressful) process SO easy for us. 10000000/10 would recommend using Global Restoration. When my carriage house turned into an indoor swimming pool, Global came to the rescue and handled everything within several hours. I didn't even have to call a plumber. Their staff and subcontractors are knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. I've even hired their subs for other projects because I like them so much. I called Global Restoration for service after a huge water leak/flood damaged all three floors of my home. There are no words to describe the devastation and loss I felt when I saw the extent of water damage. Global responded immediately when I called, worked directly with me and my insurance company, and completed the work fully and beautifully. They ensured that the water was removed, and that underlying structures were dried before they began rebuilding.

They restored the simple and the detailed structures that made that house my home. I highly recommend Global Restoration for their capable service and restoration, their professionalism, and their communication.

Beware this company. Doesn't pay their subcontractors. Had to hire a lawyer to get the license removed from our home despite payment in full to Global Restorations.

It was a good experience but they took a little bit longer than expected. Thanks to Dustin Bishop and Wendie Yancey for helping and communicating all the time. They are the best !!

The crew at Global completed a roof install at our house. From project conception through project completion they have been nothing but professional, responsive as well as communicated all the steps along the way for the project. I also very much appreciated the call I received from their office letting me know when the dumpster and materials would dropped off.

They took the time to sit down with me and explain the insurance claim, warranty and type of products being used for the project. 5 star service all around from Global and the crew! Keep up the great work!

Jonathan and his team were so efficient in getting out and assessing my roof damage, finding the best solution to fix it, and repairing the problem. The ladies in the office were extremely nice and very helpful from the scheduling of the appointment all the way to sending the paperwork that I needed to fill out. I highly recommend this professional team and will use them again in the future if I ever need to have roofing done.
