Super happy with my services! Quickly scheduled next day services via their website. Got my air ducts cleaned and sanitized, dryer vent cleaned as well. Critical: Quality I had a large expensive wool rug cleaned and it came back with a 1'x1' light spot in the middle of the rug where they must have placed a hot piece of equipment. It has permanently discolored the rug. Other wool rugs that I sent for cleaning came back with permanent clip indentations. I'm very unhappy. Service: Area rug cleaning

They were able do do a lot better job than the previous company that we used, and we were very happy about that. Teasdale Fenton responded to a flooded lower level due to a failed sump pump within 90 minutes of being called on a Friday night. Corey and Zack efficiently cleared what needed to be moved out of the way and then removed the water. They set up fans and a large dehumidifier. The next day a team came out to check on everything and measured for dampness. Today, Shane removed the equipment.

Everyone was courteous and worked efficiently. Later this week T-F will come out to clean the tile flooring. We had used T-F some years back for a similar house emergency. They are extremely reliable; they understand the nature of water mitigation, and they work in a way that shows concern for your property. I have no hesitation recommending them enthusiastically.

Our carpets were cleaned today and look worse than they did before the man came. The man was an hour late. He cleaned 3 rooms and a hallway in a half hour. Then, proceeded to tell us he should have been done 15 minutes earlier, but put a little extra effort into a spot in our living room, which he explained your company usually charges extra for.
