Banko Overhead Doors

Mark S was terrific. He was early for the appointment, pleasant and very knowledgeable about overhead doors. He listened to my problem and within minutes provided me with an explanation and solution. I now have a fully functioning garage door, a company I can call if I have a problem and I'm a happy customer!

They were not up front with me. The belt and the spring broke on my garage door. I was told that they could fix both, but only the spring was fixed. They "scheduled" a follow up appointment but when I called, they told me that they don't hold that part. However I was charged that labor up front. If they couldn't and didn't intend on fixing the belt, they should have been up front with me so I could've gotten another company. So now I wasted my time and money with them. Comments to management: be upfront with customers on things you can and cannot fix so our hard earned money isn't wasted.

I have used Banko doors for 5 years now and their customer service is amazing! They are always very helpful and come up solutions to help their clients. I had Mark today come in and fix the bottom panel of my garage and he helped with setting up the garage door opener and lubed the doors so they wouldn't squeak. He went above and beyond the call. I bought 4 new doors and jack shack openers from Banko approximately 4 years ago. I am a strong believer in performing preventative maintenance, so I called for the yearly checkup. I have to say, the first tech they sent out, Andrew was not a good representation of the Banko company like I have experienced in the past. He was in and out in no time and really didn't do all he should have for these nine foot double doors.

When Banko called to see how everything went I told them, I wasn't very happy with Andrew, so they said they send someone else and I very glad they did. They sent Gene, and he not only performed all the regular scheduled maintenance but also fixed the track on the last door I had installed. Gene was very knowledgeable and cared about the quality of the work he performed. If you are having issues with your door, ask them to send Gene to your place. He truly is the best.

Anthony came out at 8am sharp after I called and was incredibly professional. Answered all of my questions, explained every step of the process, and took the time to explain everything he was going to do before he did it to make sure it was a service I wanted. He solved several issues I wasn't even aware of while, again, explaining it all to me. He was one of the most honest techs I've come across in any industry and can't recommend him enough! If you want honest and fair service be sure to ask for Anthony!

I only trust Banko with my garage door work. They are honest, fairly priced and will not take advantage of you. Highly recommend them to you. Before you go with Precision or Overhead Door Company do yourself a favor and check with Banko 1st.

We called Banko to fix our spring, and they came out the next day. Dan was our technician, and he was friendly, professional, and was diligent on his work. We're very happy with the quality of work, and the service we received! We definitely recommend Banko for.your doors, amd quality service you'll receive after the installation.

Technician Anthony was professional, courteous, conscientious, and knowledgeable. He did preventative maintenance with some repair/replacement work. He answered all questions, explained what he was doing and why, made suggestions, and covered all bases right down to making sure the vehicle remotes properly worked. I was so impressed, that after his departure, I called Banko to inform his supervisor that he had an exceptional employee, which I seldom do. Seldom make reviews either. Three of us, on a very small street, have Banko doors. Bank on Banko to provide excellent customer service, installs, and PMs.

This was the second time I used Banko Door for an issue and the installer Brett was timely, courteous and efficient. He determined the problem in seconds and fixed it in minutes. I will continue to use Banko for my garage door needs. Keep up the good work!

Would recommend Banko to anyone needing garage door repairs. They were the only company I called that was able to get a tech out the same day ~ the tech was on time / courteous / professional / knowledgeable. The work was done in a timely manner and I'm very happy with the work that was done. I will definitely be calling them back anytime I have garage door issues in the future.

My garage door spring broke and Banko was able to come out the same day to fix it. The gentleman who came out was right on time and very courteous. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs there garage door fixed and would absolutely use them again!

My garage door spring failed. I called around to different people in Tampa to have it repaired, but no one could come the same day. Finally, I called Banko. I should have called them in the first place.

Banko was very courteous and promptly scheduled the installation of our door. They did a great job installing the door however, the technician did not clean up the mess he left behind. Boxes, plastic, etc.

We called about a lifestyle garage screen door. They came out, gave us a price and booked an appt for installation. A few days later, on a Sunday our garage door opening broke with both our cars in the garage.

Had new hurricane rated garage door installed 6 or 8 years ago. Door works great and is very sturdy, except for 1 section. Opened the door recently and the opener arm tore off the door from where it was attached.

Had an issue with our garage door opener. The pin fell out. Initially called AHS and they gave us the service call for A-1 Doors. No thank you. Dealt with them before and they were horrible. I'd rather get good service and someone who is more knowledgeable of our system (and who installed the garage door) I called Banko and was very pleased with the service.

We recently worked with Banko Overhead Doors to have a new garage door installed. They were timely in their service and pleasant to work with. I believe their prices were fair and they did the job when and how they said they would.

My experience was less than stellar. I ordered garage doors for 1 and 2 stall garages, almond in color and nothing special. When the doors were delivered for install two panels for the 2 stall garage were previously used, not new, and the top panel didn't have the windows as I ordered.
