I was in need of a fix fast. Had to shut main water supply off. They ended up coming a day early! Thank you. And they didn't gouge me with the repair cost! Service: Plumbing pipe repair

Salesman approach over sold on 16895.00, when simply pumping out the tank would have fixed the problem. Charge my 4000.00 more on another card. And now claims they don't have the money even when I provided a bank statement showing their charge. The lousy receptionist has no clue and can't get me to their billing dept. Had to file a complaint with the better Business bureau that is not still pending. Go with another company these guys don't know simple accounting much less anything else.

The repair person was did his job fast and fixed my toilet tank from leaking anymore. I have used this company many times and they are excellent. Service: Toilet repair

Hey just FYI, I was driving behind one of your vans on the highway and grey water or septic was spraying out everywhere. Super disgusting!

Work and service 10 stars. Tech was great and my issue was quickly resolved. HOWEVER! Mr. Rooters up front pricing. but of a joke. -5 stars for that lie. I call for a quote on a standard drain cleanout. Im told that they dont have that information only the tech has that. The service call is $60. Soooo that means it costs $60 just to get a price quote. Absolute Joke!

Mr Rooter is very unprofessional and very high in pricing. And I would get another estimate before I would use them.

They came out twice. They don't charge a fee to come look at the issues. Once they found the root of the problem they tell you how much it is and exactly whats wrong. Then they give you the option to go ahead to get the service completed that day or later when your able to afford it. They also take card at time of payment. :

I can't speak highly enough of this company. They're responsive, informative, nice, and act very quickly. I use them on my rental properties and they've never let me down.

Had a clog in the main and I was very lucky to have the most professional and knowledgeable young man to come into my home and fix my problem. Andrew knew exactly what to do and did it well. He did a fantastic job cleaning up after himself and it is like he wasn't even there. Job well done. 5 stars all day long for him and the service he provided.

Zack cleaned out my sister's port on the outside of her house because it had tree roots and it was making her toilet flood in her bathroom. Zack is very professional, courteous, all around very nice young man! He also took care of our plumbing issues at our house and he was the same way. He deserves a recognition or raise!

Amos came out very early within the window that was given which was great making us not wait. He immediately knew what the issue was with our spigot outside. Briefly gave us a quote and repaired it in under an hour. He also looked at a toilet we keep having issues with kids flushing stuff. He gave us information on how it would be fixed for when we get extra money. Amos also told us how to keep our outside spigot from bursting again. Overall extremely pleased with service.

Our hot water heater went out. Had a different company come out a few days ago and they quoted me an outrageous price and tried to convince me that my 4 year old water heater was 15 years old and needed to be replaced. Once they saw I wasn't buying that, they still quoted me an outrageous price. I called Mr. Rooter. They got me in for first thing the next morning. Tom the technician came out and quickly diagnosed the issue, saw it was still under warranty, sourced a part at no charge to me, and did the labor only repair (including driving to get the part) in under 2 hours.

To say I am happy with the service would be an understatement. Thanks a ton for the excellent service, Tom. And thank you Mr. Rooter! Will definitely be the first place I call next time.

Toilet was an older style and the drain connection was not standard. The technician was able to replace the toilet flange and mount it back in position. He was knowledgeable about these style of toilet connections and used durable parts so it isn't likely to fail again. Service: Repair toilet

Very professional team all around from the administrative side, management, and the technicians that performed the work. One of the few companies that could come on an emergency visit on the weekend, the same day that I called, and with a very reasonable weekend service charge. Would use this team again. Avoid. Nightmare. Charged me $330 to put a $5 cap on a galvanized line that was leaking and the tech even said "I took $100 off" when he presented me with the bill. If that repair had worked I wouldn't even be writing this review. But, it didn't. And when it still leaked and I called for them to come back out, they said it was going to be another $300 "at least" to repair the pipe.

Come on. I get that it's galvanized, and it's old and shitty pipe, but when Sunland Plumbing comes out, looks at the EXACT SAME SITUATION, and has the knowhow to cap the line in a better spot IN 15MIN and ONLY CHARGES ME $131. something is wrong. And it's how these people are choosing to do business: They KNOW that you are in the vulnerable position of needing your pipes fixed asap so that you can go back to living your life (maybe you're even in the middle of a pandemic with a wife and three kids to feed) but, they are still going to take advantage and gouge you. Sunland wants repeat business, (and they now have mine). Mr Rooter is in this trade to take advantage of homeowners who find themselves at their mercy, and, as long as Metro Phx grows, unfortunately, they will be fine.

Wore a mask and respected COVID and myself. Quality of work, great. My concerns are quoting a scope of work and instilling "fear" into me to not complete the job myself. Stated all the potential downsides, to as far as burning the entire house down. Scope of the project consisted of jackhammering into the house to clear space, installing a flame barrier protector, installing an entirely new pipe, etc.

Then he came out, cut the pipe with a saw and put a spigot on it. Final bill, the exact same as the quote of completing all the other actions quoted in the repair. I am still not understanding how or why Mr Rooter quotes for the worst then completes a much easier job than quoted, but keeps the charge the exact same. I will be bringing out another plumber to get a 2nd opinion on how much this repair should have cost.

Customer service reached out next day after leaving a poor review to help work through it, but no resolution except a $50 coupon for the next time I use them. Consumers beware of price gauging and ALWAYS get a 2nd opinion before agreeing to the scope of work and quote. Lesson learned.

New refrigerator was being delivered. Pulled the old one out and tried to disconnect from the valve at the wall. It was so corroded it had to be replaced promptly. Mr. Rooter arrived within the hour and replaced the valve just before the frig arrived! Thanks a million!

They were terrific. Arrived early, solved the issue and were totally prepared for Covid protection. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Left a 5 star review recently for their employee's gentle manner with my senior mother and overall in-person customer service. Whereas that employee deserves a good rating, I am not so sure about their office as a whole. The repairs were done last Wednesday and now it is Tuesday no one in our family or household has received a receipt or written records of the repairs performed.

We need this paperwork for our records and for home insurance claims and should not have to beg. I'm disappointed that such a positive experience has been tainted by a simple lack of organization in their office. A receipt and repair log should be an automatic thing.

Faucet was broke off of pipe to washer. Called Mr Rooter! It was our first time using this company. They were very professional people to deal with. Got the job done! Fast forward from 4 years ago and a very happy review.now I needed our RO system changed and so I called MR ROOTER 602-874 0073 and once again got a plumber (Ken) who showed up on time, wearing all the appropriate gear for this COVID 19 situation. The RO system was replaced.he also did my water heater flush. NO MESS NO FUSS.no big deal about any maintenance agreement (I have one). I am all in on Mr Rooter

Devon came out to check out a plumbing issue we had. Man of integrity, just straight up on honest with me and. Showed genuine compassion for our situation and was eager to find a solution to our issues. If this is how you do business I will definitely refer everyone to MRROOTERS

Had a major problem that mr Rooter addressed quickly and the tech was great. My complaint, after talking to some knowledgeable people in the plumbing industry without telling them who did the job and what they charged I was overcharged by at least 2500.00. No way to justify that.

Update on review, I spoke with Mark and he came out to see the installation of the water heater and took pictures. He told me that Joe and another person would be out to correct the installation. Parker came out with Joe to follow and started the work to correct the water heater, the connections look better it was totally redone and the area was cleaned when they were done. Parker is very meticulous. I was told by Mark I would be reimbursed but it hasn't happened, so after 14 hrs over 3 days I have hot water!

Super happy with how my kitchen sink turned out! Efrain Z was super fast, friendly and did a great job fixing my sink. I called and got Efrain out to me within an hour. Totally recommend this company!

Mr. Rooter came out to clear a couple problem spots, one in our master shower and one in the main line. We'd had some root issues before that we'd been able to manage with a hand held rooter but couldn't make progress on this occasion. They did the bare minimum to get the water draining and recommended we have it scoped to see what the problem was.

From there they recommended over $8,000 in repairs that involved digging enormous holes in both our bathrooms and the front of our house. They were wanting to start the work immediately which I found to be absurd. We questioned the necessity of the front line repair to which they immediately backpedaled and said it could probably be managed with a hydroflush and root killer.

We decided to get a 2nd opinion from a smaller plumbing operation and he managed to diagnose the problem as only in ONE bathroom + the main line and (weeks later) seems to have fully cleared them both with his rooter blade and some actual elbow grease (spending more than 2 minutes on the spot). Obviously the problem could return but I'd much rather roll the dice spending $250 and doing regular boiling salt water / root killer treatments than destroy my house to the tune of 8 grand. I'm sure these guys are fine for small issues that arise outside of normal business hours (although expensive) but I would take any large-issue diagnoses they offer with a grain of salt.

Had a large laundry room drain job and Mr. Rooter accomplished it in several days with GREAT service and professionalism. Efrain Z. is excellent and was in charge on my job. I will continue to use Mr. Rooter for the foreseeable future.

My tenant called with water running down the driveway from the hot water heater bursting. I called Mr Rooter, and within 30 min they were at the house, and 4 hours later I had a new hot water heater. No time wasted or spared. My tenant was happy and so am I!

Staff arrives to clear the sewer line at my facility. I m told the issue needs a jet and camera $1200. Then they send a $ 10,000 quote to permanently fix the problem. Called another guy, " this is an easy fix" $900 later all is well 7 months later no issues.

Very detailed, kept me updated on what was being checked and found when I had a leak in the kitchen. Even checked some things that weren't related to my leak and helped me out a lot! I feel Ken went above what was expected!

Eferin was at my house when he said he got our drains unclogged for a great price he was fast and efficient Definitely can recommend Mr. Rooter!

I cannot say enough fantastic things about this company. After many years of akin iaues and health issues we got help from Mr. Pentico. What a knowledgeable honest guy! First we got an under sink RO system to clean our water. That made an instant impact on our overall health. Then we got a tankless on demand water heater I cannot tell anyone enough.if you have any skin issues.seriously look at your water.

Your water heater and pipes If you think you have morgellons or Lyme or any of that type of issue. I am saying look at your water! Look at your temp on your water heater. Look at those nasty pipes. This company made sure we got the best product for our needs. OUR NEEDS! So so happy to have found a great representative of this trade!

Well I learned a valuable lesson today. The next time I have plumbing problems I will save myself frustration and a lot of work and call Mr. Rooter. The young man came quickly, was friendly, professional, knew exactly what to do, corrected my problem quickly and the cost was very reasonable. Excellent service Mr. Rooter.

Called them to unplug one of our toilets. They quoted $370 to removed toilet and remove clog or $207 just to run snake line to remove clog. I was temped to say no and find someone else that could do it cheaper but was in a bind since i was leaving town. I opted for the snake line to unclog toilet. It took him all of 5 minutes to unplug it. Let me first say, the tech was nice, professional and certainly didn't push anything on me but $207 for 5 minutes to unplug a toilet seems a bit steep. I know there are other companies out there that will charge less than that for a simple toilet clog. Lesson learned. Won't use them again.

I called Mr Rooter this morning to take care of a burst pipe situation at my house in the garage. Rick the plumber came out in about 45 minutes! Wow! Prompt service!

Our inspector, Larry referred us to Mr. Rooter; Donny specifically, to perform a pipe scope on the new home that we're in the process of purchasing. I can see why! Donny came to the house on Saturday to do the pipe scope {last part of the inspection, yay!}. He was extremely friendly and jumped out of his truck with a big smile on his face. I had a great feeling about him immediately!

The most important thing that he said before we got started was that he is 100% honest and will make sure that there are NO surprises when purchasing this home. He also stated how much he trusted and respected Larry {our inspector} which as a first time home buyer, is SO nice to hear! The scope took about 20 minutes total and we got the a-ok from him! WHOO!

There is still slight backup in the bathrooms but we're thinking it is construction debris or hair, nothing that a snake won't fix! I'm so glad that we had him out, just to confirm that there wasn't anything major going on with our plumbing. Being an old {updated} Arcadia home, you never know! I will absolutely call Donny for any of our future plumbing needs that we have! Not only does he know his stuff, he is fun to have around!

Came out the same day, and went right to work. The plumber worked quickly and thoroughly to fix our issue. The price was significantly better than the first company I tried.

Horrible service. District manager is rude and hung up on me. I was quoted a price over the phone when they got there and did the work they billed me a much larger amount. When I disputed the amount I was told to never call them again and was hung up on.

Great company, really caring and knowledgable employees. These guys really want to do the right thing and have an attitude about Customer service that is declining in so many businesses. HIGHLY recommend Mr. Rooter.
