We had Rimrock do our new cabinets and countertops. Stephen and his crew were amazing from design to delivery to setup. They were extremely professional and kept us informed through every step of the process. We absolutely love our new kitchen.

We went to Rimrock Cabinets and Joel designed our new kitchen. The problem is what's on paper does not always work out. We contacted Joel with the issue and it was never corrected. They have your money and that's what matters to them. I would not recommend a company that values money over a functional kitchen. The good thing is this is not our forever home. We will not use Rimrock Cabinets again. My new house will not use this business.

We visited Rimrock Cabinet looking for cupboards for our new house. The were very knowledgeable of cabinets styles, colors, and different woods used. They were very helpful and assisted us in determining which cupboards would fit our needs and the pros and cons of each brand, construction method, wood types, stains, etc. They were quick in designing a set of cupboards and providing us with a quote.

I highly recommend them to anyone looking for new cupboards. Rimrock Cabinet Co. quote was very similar to other quotes we received from competitors. We did not buy from Rimrock but the only reason was that we found some other cupboards in a color not available from Rimrock Cabinet Company.

Steve at Rimrock is a super nice guy. Rusty is the contractor who they had install our cabinets, also an awesome dude. Overall we had a lot of problems with the cabinets, countertops, and appliances. Multiple measurements were off (i.e. stove didn't fit), the countertop cracked shortly after installation, shelves showed up twice with scratches and chips, wrong sink was almost ordered, etc. In the end we're thankful for our new kitchen and RC took care of everything.

These guys came in after a contractor walked out on me. They were already busy, but fit us in the best they could. Their work is of the highest quality, and they addressed each concern we had. They completed the remodel, as well as installed the kitchen that we had originally talked to them about.

Rim rock cabinets are very bad products. Coy does not make things right. Come see his cabinets at my home. They are terrible.
