Angela Thompson contracted us to do her entire house. As we started her project for an agreed price and 100's of hours of designs and samples. Through the progression of installation she began to take items out of our contract and give to other companies that she found would do it for less. Those companies were unlicenced or insured. We had already spent time designing.
When I told her that doing that breached our contract and before I would deliver and install any more she would need to pay the balance due before we would proceed. She did this to all the trades and suppliers

Both Ross and Gloria were great to work with during the design phase. We gave them a 50% deposit to get the project underway. Everything seemed to be going well. It is customary to get all of the base cabinets installed prior to a progress payment being due. However, prior to any cabinets being delivered they asked for a progress payment. We said we couldn't give them any more money until the base cabinets were delivered.
They threaten to delay our project and take it out of current status which would cause huge delays unless we gave them more money. At that point, we had already paid them $80,000. In order to keep our project current, asked them to deliver the kitchen and the bathrooms for the progress payment of $30,000 which was more than 80% of the total cabinet package.
After a year, we made multiple attempts to get our cabinets installed and our doors delivered. We finally had to hire a lawyer. Although this company was claiming that we needed to pay them in full prior to delivery, they all of a sudden wanted to deliver, but not install our cabinets. One day, they dropped off all of our doors and cabinets into the floor of our house.
They said they would be back in a few weeks to install the cabinets. It has been four months and they have not returned although we made multiple attempts to call and email them. I finally needed to hire another company to install the cabinets. It turns out, they had not delivered all of the cabinet doors of which we had paid for in full. 20% of our doors were missing and almost half of them were the wrong color.

We were also supposed to have panel ready appliance panels, base and the crown which were also not delivered by this company. Supposedly, I had paid for everything except for the drawer boxes and the install. This company doesn't have integrity, nor do they stand behind their products.

It All Starts With a Vision! I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Ross and Gloria from R and G Custom Crafting. They designed, fabricated and installed all of our cabinetry for our kitchen, pantry, laundry and vanities for our new build.
