I called ACE for an estimate on a repair. They said they are busy until sept. I could wait, but they sent me to 2 others. But 1 never answered and second was never showed up after making an appointment with them. So I called ACE again for an estimate. They just didnt want to do it. Very sad.

I attempted to work with ACE Fence & Supply, but they were not easy to work with. I waited six days for an estimate and only received it after calling to ask for it multiple times. They did not correctly measure my property. I was quoted $11,091 for a 250' wooden fence. When I asked for an updated estimate, they said they guess they could type it up for me. At that time I said I would prefer not to work with them, and they said "ok" and hung up. I would not recommend wasting your time getting a quote from this company.

Just had a new cedar fence and gate installed by Ace Fence. Workers did a beautiful job. Work was completed with attention to detail and in a very timely manner using high quality materials. Fence looks beautiful. Office workers were very diligent in addressing my concerns before installation and I appreciate their helpfulness, especially the owner. I would definitely recommend Ace Fence and will certainly use them again.

Had Ace come out and take down the old fence and replace with a new one. The fence and gate are amazing. The gentleman that worked on our fence did great very friendly in and out in three days. They would get 5 stars but they lost my request to install and I had to follow up to get it on the schedule. So it took an additional 3 weeks to get it installed but it turns out worth the wait.

Ace installed our cedar fence about 9 years ago. Not until these last few high winds had we had any problems. Went over to just inquire what I would need to do as a DIY fix it job and not only did they explain, but gave me the screws I needed to do it. Thanks, John! Customer Service is key!

I just got off of the phone with this company wanting prices for razor wire that only fence company's can order as you can not get from local farm stores. It is sad when some female answers and you tell her what you need to only be told we do sale barb wire and i say no razor wire like on top of fences to keep folks from climbing fence.
