Had an appointment scheduled with the owner for 11am to give me new roof estimate. I took time off on my lunch break from work - I get to my home 5 min early to wait. At 4 min till 11, the owner calls me to tell me he is running a half hour late. Wasted my time which he seemed not to care - Going with another local roof contractor.

They were great n finished in two days n did a fantastic job of cleaning up when they finished! If you are looking to replace your roof I would highly recommend McFall Roofing n ask for Michael McFall they are the best! Service: Roof installation

After another company did a complete hack job on my roof and falsified documents by forging my husbands name, I was desperate to find someone to give me a second opinion to confirm my suspicions. I must of called at least 5 other places and had no such luck until Roy with McFall Roofing saved the day! He offered to come out and assess the damage that week and also scheduled with the building inspector so that they could come and inspect my roof at the same time.

He was professional, knowledgeable, kind and willing to help me when no other company would without charging me a huge fee or not returning my calls at all. I would highly recommend McFall Roofing and Roy if you want the job done correctly, efficiently and for a fair price.

Robert the manager and Levin were very responsive and professional. McFall roofing honored a quote from a few months back and they were able to repair the bathroom roof vents in a very timely fashion. Keith Gauger is exceptional! He came to inspect hole in roof and leaking around chimney coming thru in family room on Nov 11, 2021. He quoted a very fair price, was able to match my existing shingles, and returned the following day to do the work. His honesty, hard work, his work ethics were something you rarely see in today's times. The clean up was awesome, blew whole roof off plus my driveway.

We had used McFall in the past for a metal installation on our workshop and pump house. We just had them replace our shingle roof on the house and are so pleased. Their attention to protecting the flowerbeds and making sure the nails and other debris were cleaned up was fantastic. It was so nice to see they cared about our property as much as we did.

After getting another quote, we decided to hire McFall. They kept in touch with us to let us know the timeline and told us the day the roofers would start the job at 7AM. The roofers showed up on the specified day and were on the roof at 7AM on the dot and began working.

Their team was very professional and hardworking and as they were finishing up the roof, one guy went around the house picking up every little scrap that was on the ground. The supervisor was very conscientious too and even got on the roof to spray paint a couple of our stacks to match the others. I would highly recommend McFall Roofing and enjoyed working with each team member, including the office staff.

Ok Honest review. Lake House in The Hammock off Millhopper Road. They redid our whole roof in 4 days. Fantastic. Quick, and they stayed in communication. UNTIL!!! Christmas Eve 2020 a tree went through our roof. Should have gone with another service after having to beg for over 2 weeks for someone to call us back from McFall, but we wanted to stay loyal and support a small business as small business owners ourselves for over 30 minutes.

They began work on the repairs over a month ago today. Last week we called and Jerry answered his phone for the first time. He stated oh it would be done by Friday (the next day). Nothing. No communication. Today we call to voice a complaint for having our roof sitting with half tarp half paper with no communication from anyone. Melissa was amazing handling the call and always is! However, we finally get a call back and they don’t get why our plaster person doesn’t want to work while they’re working. POUNDING ON THE ROOF WHILE SOMEONE IS TRYING TO PLASTER A CEILING UNDER THE SAME AREA?!?! Sorry, again our plaster guy refuses and you r been working on 3 spots on our roof for over a month. Yet, nothing is done and no one has worked on the roof in weeks. 3 spots on the roof, and no communication as to why it’s taking so long.

I mean, can’t be lack of shingles they’ve been sitting on the front lawn for over a month. Yet, here we are. February 16th and another month gone. Once again, we were happy with the quick full roof, but in emergency situations plan to wait for months. As a small business owner for over 30 years, this is not just frustrating but unacceptable for any business.

My experience with McFall Roofing was far greater than I ever anticipated. I put off getting the new roof I needed for fear that I would not get the treatment, or quality roof I might see in a different neighborhood with a substantially larger roof. Boy, was I mistaken! From beginning to end, McFall exhibited nothing but care, concern, and professionalism.

Workmanship is outstanding and the quality of the products used in the re-roofing is excellent. McFall was on top of this re-roofing project from the estimate to the completed project.

My husband had many estimates for or roof. We are so happy with Micheal service. Did a great picture review on how our roof was damage in certain areas. Told us the estimate about how much the cost and work with us on financing. we got a lot money back from our insurance company too!

My roof has been leaking so I gave them a call. On the same day the owner came out and temporarily fixed it until we can get it fixed. Now talk about customer service. McFall Residential Roofing is a great company that I would recommend to anyone.

McFall Roofing did a great job on my parents roof, which actually has a very steep incline, and he was still able to keep the price within their budget. He also did the neighbors roof and it looks great too.
