Good carpet install but for $1,200 I didn't expect to pull back my carpet when my heat wasn't working to find a perfectly clean cut wire, going from my heat registers, to my thermostat. Install was mid January, at macarthur estates.

Thornton Flooring put new carpet in our basement and did a phenomenal job! They did everything in one day and even vacuumed the whole area when they were done. We met with Nick and Jason to pick out the flooring in the store and they gave great insight in terms of what would be best for our family. I can be indecisive when overwhelmed with so many options but they made it effortless and I love the carpet we picked out.

The price was very reasonable for high quality carpet and they were able to keep everything within our budget. The crew who did the install were very friendly and courteous. I felt like they went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied with the install and they left my house cleaner than when they arrived. 10/10 would recommend this company for anyone who is looking to get new flooring installed. We will definitely be back!
