I would NOT RECOMMEND TLM. Pros: Estimator (Steve) was friendly and nice. Cons: Lack of professionalism, unreliable, and not thorough. We are in the process of upgrading our yard (trees, new lawn, etc), so we were looking for a landscaping contractor to do some basic grading and sod preparation.
