Quick to collect service charge, still waiting on a call back to schedule pickup. Called in to have our Samsung dryer looked at. Technician is there 3 minutes, spins the drum, says it needs replaced. Claims the office will be in touch to schedule pickup since this repair is done at their facility, fine. Here we are 6 weeks later and 3 phone calls into them, NOTHING!
Do not waste your time! If its a significant issue, they will take your diagnostic fee and run. They had no intention of completing the repair, why does the customer have to call you so many times?

I bought a dryer off Facebook marketplace that after a few days of use stopped spinning. The place I called first wasn't available, but they recommended Turner Appliance. The technician, Houston, was very friendly sounding on the phone. I wasn't there for the repairs but my mom described him as friendly, hilarious, and respectful. The repair was quick, he had a genuine Whirlpool part on his truck, and reasonably priced. I hope I don't need to in the future, but I will definitely call them if I need to.

My LG dryer was making a loud noise. I called Turner Appliance and they were able to come out the same day. Justin was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and very nice. LOOK AT ALL THE RECENT 1 STAR REVIEWS! I've used Turner Appliance several times in the last few years, but after my last experience am done with them. They came out to repair my refrigerator on a Friday at lunch, replaced a control board, and when I went to look at it all of the power was off. I tried to call to get someone back out Friday with no response.
When I talked with them on Monday they offered to come out Wednesday, to which I said no.someone was out and indicated something they did caused the refrigerator to lose power and that they would do the repair and have the part overnighted. No part and no call Tuesday - talked with the receptionist who promised the manager/owner Rick would call me back this morning (Wednesday) and "make things right".
After three calls today, nothing, and their receptionists say they have no way to communicate with him other than give him hand written phone messages because he works in a different building. Still no call back still no refrigerator.

I purchased a used LG washer and dryer that was in excellent condition but the washer needed the drain valve to be replaced. We dropped both off at Turner Appliance for the repair. They repaired the washer and Tim and Charley delivered them to my home; removed my old washer and dryer and installed both the washer and dryer. They were both phenomenal.
Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I would definitely refer them and will use them again when the need arises. It cost me a total of $268 for the parts, labor, set up and delivery.

We had Turner out to fix a belt on our dryer. Two cycles after the repair the motor "burnt up". During the replacement of the motor it was discovered that the blower was "disintegrating". OK, the dryer is very old, so we ordered a replacement GAS DRYER. I took time off work, used my gas to drive back and forth only to find out the office ordered both a gas dryer AND an electric dryer. They, of course, delivered the electric dryer so now we wait, miss more work and hope they get it right next time. Turner is getting a second star ONLY because the service guys have been so great and apologetic.
The office manager, Jess, refuses to return calls or even speak to us at this point. Too bad such a terrible, unprofessional response to issues we (THE CUSTOMER) had no control over is going to cost the company any future business with us. The only reason they are getting one more attempt to make this situation right is because the service/delivery guys are working us in, the people in the office refused to make delivering the correct dryer a priority.

I contacted Turner Appliance on 6/21 because my seal was broken on my freezer. Was told the repair people carry them on their trucks. 6/21 appointment and he said she misspoke and they would order one. ( no problem, it happens) 6/30 was the next appointment and after he removed the old seal, realized they ordered the wrong part. No problem he would get the right one overnighted and be back out to install it.
In the meantime, he taped the freezer closed with electrical tape which didn't hold so I lost all of the contents. I called on 7/1 to find out when it would be installed and was told they didn't see it as ordered but the person in charge of parts leaves at noon and to call back the next day. The next day they told me they would order it and I got an appointment for 7/6. Surprise wrong part again. They do not return phone calls or communicate. They blame it on new people in the office.

If I could leave a minus star I would leave it for Turner Appliance. I had my dryer serviced after waiting a month for an appointment. Service tech "Jason" looked at my dryer to diagnose the problem & scheduled another appointment to replace the belt which took another week to order. On the day of the appointment no one showed up, so I called the office.
The nice person who answered the phone was clueless.no in fact I had no appointment! So another week. The belt was replaced to the tune of +$200. The next day, I ran the dryer.it filled the house with a burning smell, I think we were lucky the dryer did not burn the house down! Turns out, after having a different company look at the dryer, that the problem was not the belt at all, in fact the new belt was in shreds when removed. To add insult to injury, it was installed backwards! I've not left a review for a company before but I must warn you.do not use this company! Another +$200 to fix my dryer!

READ the bad Reviews before using! there is a pattern. The staff is the most incredibly rude I have ever dealth with. We called them to fix a squeaky pulley on our dryer. After "fixing it" the dryer no longer heated up. We called them and they came back out but we had to wait a week after waiting a week for the first repair, so that is two weeks without a dryer.
They "fixed" it again but 6 weeks later it stopped heating again. They would not prioritize our repair despite this obviously being their error and the staff in the office is SO disgruntled. I called 3 times asking for a manager to call me back. He was always "out of the office" or "on the phone". We eventually had to wait out the appointment they gave us.
The repairman was extremely rude and tried to blame it on us. He also informed us that he should not have charged us for the pulley as it was under warranty and that he "got yelled at" by the owner for doing so. At least they didn't charge us to fix it this time but I have a bad feeling I will just need to replace this dryer after they touched it.
It is only 5 years old but its not worth it to have these clowns in my home again. I can only conclude based on my experience, the repairman's words and the other reviews that this company is poorly run from top to bottom. Stay away.

The tech from Turner called to see if he could come early. Loved that! He quickly diagnosed the issue with my leaking refrigerator and had it repaired within 15 minutes. Before leaving he even offered to clean up the mess caused by the leak. He was a true professional. In the future I will always call Turner for my appliance repairs!

My front-load washer stopped working Monday morning. I called Turner Appliance and they were available for a service call on Tuesday afternoon. The service technician diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes of arriving at my home. The repair was made within the next 10 minutes. The Technician offered insightful information regarding front-load washers as we were finagling the bill.

I set up a time with Turner Appliance to come look at my dryer. They were on time, called in advance and performed the service quickly and very well. They were clean, trustworthy and explained everything in depth. They ordered parts that were needed and then called and set up a time to replace. At that time, I was not available, so I left the door open for them to enter on their own.

Please do not call this company for any repair! Had them come out since the icemaker stopped working on 11/25/15. Tech did his diagnostics and confirmed I needed a new icemaker. After paying $300 for a $35 icemaker (including trip charge, etc.) I observed after several days that the hard wood near the refrigerator was warped.
