Best Nursery in Indy. Great selection. Great, knowledgeable and numerous staff. They take care of the plants and always have a unique variety of plants (that you won't find elsewhere) as well as a huge selection of yard/garden items such as pots, fountains and yard decor. Plus as a bonus, they're reasonably priced. I live in Fishers/Noblesville, but still drive to Rosie's because it is worth it. They never disappoint.

I purchased $325 in plants and shrubs this year and trees in the past. The hanging basket chennile was watered according to directions and died 5 days later. Chris refused to credit or replace it and said she was willing to lose a loyal customer over a $32 hanging basket. The inside staff would not even speak to me and said they were closed at 4:50 on a Monday evening.
I have referred numerous people to Rosie's and they planted a weeping willow and birch tree for me. I will not shop there again. My suggestion: "I'm sorry that happened. I can see you're disappointed."

I purchased two Lilly of the Valley plants about one week ago. They bloomed about a few days after that and I expected the fragrance of the flower to smell like what they usually do. They had absolutely no smell. Generic. I called to see if I could return them and the owners daughter told me they don't allow returns. I explained the situation and she said she's not responsible for the growers plants. She's selling them! What happened to good business practices and taking responsibility for something that is obviously wrong. I'll never buy there again.

Not to be confused with the breakfast/brunch spot Rosie's Place, Rosie's Gardens is a local shop selling plants, flowers, trees and anything you would need for your outdoor oasis. It's fun to walk around the grounds and imagine the possibilities! I'm newer to gardening, so it can be a bit overwhelming, but they have plants sorted by perennial/annual, sun/shade, etc. If you need assistance, the friendly staff are always walking around and can provide gardening tips and advice.

Long time customer. Experienced horrific customer service. We had been purchasing items large enough that required delivery. We are sitting here looking at our receipts. Purchased 10 gal Rhododendrons on 5/8/2021 delivery fee set by Mary Beth the owner $35, 5/15/2021 purchased same 10 gal Rhododendrons & Arborvatie delivery fee $35, 5/16/2021 purchased same 10 gal Rhododendrons delivery fee $35, on 5/18/2021 purchased $1192.00 with 8 ten gallon Rhododendron charged $125 by kevin in delivery fees because we were not having Rosie's do the planting.
The last visit was horrific and we responded in kind. We have never worked with this sales woman before and will not in the future. We asked for plastic tape to mark plants she instructed us to load 10 gallon plants on cart, explained we were buying quantity & were not physically going to lift heavy plants, told her when we were finished, she grabbed price tags, asked if Rosie's were going to plant (there isn't a guarantee on Rhododendron so no motivation to have them plant & the fees are 50% or more of the plant price), she made a huge deal about if they were planting.she said she had to call Kevin for delivery fee, we explained we had same plants previously delivered it was $35.
She refused to listen. We requested to speak with Kevin or Mary Beth she abruptly & rudely denied us that convo, refused to look up previous receipts, when she went back to that plant selection she kept going to the wrong color & plants in a smaller gallon bucket. It was an incredibly frustrating experience due to her behavior. We have never been treated like that before.
She told us it was our decision to accept it, have someone else pick up the plants or leave. Positive that she will claim we were offensive. We were over charged $90 for delivery. Would like a refund of $90 and an apology that will probably never occur. We always tip their delivery crew who are spectacular. Mary Beth you know who we are. Sharon was the sales person on receipt,

I know the staff is probably busy (though they didn't really appear so), but I had hoped they would help us find items in their very disorganized greenhouse. Between four employees, nobody could be bothered. It seemed like they didn't want us there, nor did they want to do business with us. They also will not order plants anymore. Not rude, but dismissive and unhelpful.
Much worse in terms of customer service, organization (the place was a mess), and product availability from previous years. They used to be so helpful and pleasant! Get your plants elsewhere

I've driven by this nursery countless times and have never stepped foot on the lot, what a mistake! In search of a wreath, small tree for our stoop, and some garland, I walked out of my car and into the arms (figuratively of course) of this bubbly, smiling woman who just took such great care of me! I told her what I needed and she grabbed a cart while walking me straight to the goods. Offering great advice along the way. I'm definitely coming back here for all of my gardening needs!

**BEWARE** Although there are a lot of nice choices, the customer service/satisfaction is VERY poor. I've bought thousands of dollars of trees, shrubs, perennials, and annuals from here this summer alone. I bought multiple perennials just 3 days ago. Granted they were only $14.99 each but for some people that's their entire hourly salary.
I got home and went to plant them. Realizing just then one of the plants had broken branches and it appears someone just set the leaves back on it. I must have picked it up just after it happened because the leaves were still green. Rosie's was closed by this point and I had to work the next 2 days. I took the plant and my receipt back today and the yard lady said, "No.
We do not guarantee perennials; just bushes and trees". I even showed her where the plant was obviously destroyed prior to my purchase". Thankfully there are other choices. I like to support local businesses but this business wants me to go back to the big box competitors where not only do I get great plants, but also great service. Goodbye Rosie's, it was a good run. I will order my $10,000 worth of water fountains we came in to purchase today elsewhere.

So I came her about a year ago asking how to get rid of gnats. They suggested some stickies, and that did nothing. I came back a year later trying to buy a plant. They refused to help me pick out the plant. I needed to know the name of the plant I wanted before they would help me. I went over to Sullivan's Hardware and they actually helped me pick out a plant.

Love! 4 1/2 stars. Rosie's offer a great variety of plants, flowers, garden veggies, planters, etc.! A little pricey, but good quality. Their workers are beyond amazing and so helpful with any questions you have. I would wait until after May 5th for a better selection. I only wish they had a loyalty program like Allisonville Nursery (which I believe may have been bought by Sullivan's).

I enjoy gardening but I rely heavily on the staff at Rosie's for recommending plants based on the area. They have a very large variety of plants and garden accents. My backyard has been accented with decorated rocks and tin animals. Very helpful, knowledgeable and patient staff. I have brought in pics of my yard and they have carefully selected plants.

I purchased a bush from them recently. Initially I was calling around to locate a particular type of bush I really wanted because I couldn't find one anywhere near me. When I finally located one, it was at their location fairly far north of my location / south side. The price seemed fair enough considering I really wanted the bush. I planted it shortly after I purchased it, so I suppose I'll see how it goes and hopefully it'll make it over the winter and flourish.
They did offer a year guarantee on the bush with a 50% refund if it doesn't make it. The main problem I had with them is that it was a huge struggle when I was talking to them on the phone (on way too many occasions) while trying to purchase the bush. After my first inquiry about the bush, they said they had one. I told them I would call them back the next day and pay for it over the phone.
I also told them that I would plan on picking it up a few days later. When I called them back the following day, I felt like I was getting the runaround. It was super annoying that they really weren't too friendly to begin with as well. It felt like I was pulling teeth the whole time I tried to get any type of information out of them. I was even told by the gal who I mostly talked to that she would call me right back after she needed to check on something.
She obviously was in no real hurry to get back to me as I waited at least a few hours before I decided to call her back. She didn't apologize and it was very frustrating and ridiculous. I would've pulled the plug at that point, but I really wanted the bush and it was becoming evident that I couldn't find it anywhere else. I was able to pay for it over the phone and then pick it up within a couple of days.
When I finally picked up the bush, it was the same situation of unfriendly, lackadaisical and bumbling customer service. I sure hope the bush makes it and survives, because I really don't want to have to deal with them ever again.

Absolutely love this greenhouse! They have the best options for flowers and the help is outstanding. They are very knowledgeable about the different types of plants they offer and are able to provide assistance on what you should plant where. If you're a newbie to gardening like me I would recommend coming here!
