The Bi-Monthly First Defense agreement has an $80.00 start-up fee followed by a $67.00 every other month charge. A one year contract is required to start. As you may know, 95% of pests come from the outdoors. This bi-monthly service will include the regular perimeter treatment of 10 feet from the house plus the control of fire ants 50 feet around your home.This service covers all entry points from the outside. If there is ever a problem inside, we will come out and treat the inside for no extra charge. This service will also include more insects in your guarantee. We will cover Roaches, Ants, Mice, Rats, Silverfish, Spiders, Ground beetles, Centipedes, Millipedes, Earwigs, Sow Bugs, Pill bugs, Scorpions, and Crickets.

Critical: Professionalism I have used both Terminix and Permatox and once you sign a contract with Permatox you will not be allowed to skip a treatment. My wife and I had 2 treatments we could not get out of even though we didn't live in the house due to renovations. Terminix allowed me to skip treatments. Petty. Service: General pest inspection
