JRB Electric did a fabulous job at both my dental office and home. They did what they needed to accomplish the end result. Could not be happy with their service. Would highly recommend this company. JRB Electric installed a 20kW KOHLER WHOLE HOUSE GENERATOR for us in February 2022. They were meticulous, professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of the installation. They did comprehensive electrical work inside and outside, gas line plumbing (also inside and outside) and generator placement that required a backhoe to level the frozen ground. JRB is a ***GOLD LEVEL*** Kohler Power dealer for sales, service and installation serving all of southeastern Wisconsin.

The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because it took 5 months to get on the schedule after committing to the project and writing a check for a down payment of almost $7,000 dollars. I really started to worry ***BUT*** their workmanship was incomparable once they finally got here. Bob, Leif and Jason were all amazing tradesmen and really know their stuff. They worked long days without any down time and they are all wonderful people who deserve your business.

Finished Basement job including all electrical needed. Wired Bathroom fan, lights, switches, & outlets. Wired 30+ electrical outlets. Several multi way switches. A ton of can lights. They did a great job and were very professional. All done to code. Reason for 3 stars is after several weeks of trying to get them to come back to finish the job after drywall, they were "too busy". Spoke with the owner several times, only to get the same "too busy" response.

So we had to go with another company to come out and finish his work. We would have liked it to all be done by the same company. Makes me wish I would have just went with a different company for the whole job.

Rare to have a wonderful experience from beginning to end these days, except when working with JRB Electric. From the day we received our quote through the day all work was completed, Jason and his team provided us with professionalism and the highest of quality. We could not be happier. JRB Electric was given to us via a referral, who we owe a BIG thank you to.

Would pick 0 if I could. They came to look at lights in our pool. Said they would order new ones, but would take a few weeks to get them. I waited 2 months and heard nothing. So I texted and left a voicemail, never heard back. Finally after 3 months I texted asking if they were going to do it, or should I get someone else? Finally got a text back saying I should get someone else.

So they obviously never even ordered the lights. All they needed to say was were not interested in the job from the beginning. Instead they had us wait 3 months for something they never intended to even do. Do not waste your time with this company!

Just called this company about having a washer dryer installed. He was very short with me and wanted to charge way more than what I have found the customary amount to be. I requested also that two ceiling fans be installed at the same time and he stated that would be an additional 3 weeks out. I get that everyone is busy however, not very customer service oriented.

Out standing work. We had them in our home 4 times. We need work again and they called me right back when I left a message on there answering machine. They returned my call with in 5 min. They set a day and time. They do AWESOME work. Price is very reasonable.

Professional and prompt service. Very honest opinions. Jason has always been on time and very accommodating of our schedule. Highly recommended.

JRB very recently repaired electrical work at my residence. They were prompt in scheduling, responsive on the phone, and provided polite and competent service. They also interacted very well with the city inspector. I'm very pleased and will use them again.

I have owned 10 homes around the country over the years and I am never happy with things the way they are, which led me to do some remodeling on each of them including 3 complete (down to the frame) renovations of older homes. Thus, I'm known to be a very well informed and demanding homeowner when it comes to contracting for each and every element of a home.

Jason, the owner and Lee did an install of 2 tvs - 65" mounted over a fireplace and 32" built into existing kitchen cabinets as well as 8 Sonos speakers in a 110 year old east side home. They did this in one day with the help of Bob from Ultra Fidelis (home theatre guy). I can't recommend them highly enough. Both were very personable, paid attention to the finest detail and was extremely accommodating.

They not only did all the electrical plus video and audio cables but improvised a little shelf under the kitchen tv for the uverse box and apple tv after they were all packed up ready to leave just to help me out. I know most electricians would have said they don't do that and left. Way above and beyond expectations. It looks great and saved me having to call a carpenter and waste a half a day on that - thank you guys!

I've worked with JRB Electric going back to the 90's. In new home construction, their installations are fast and thoughtfully planned out. In remodeling, they come up with ways to keep costs down, and it is amazing how they can run wire through existing walls and ceilings with minimal disruption to plaster or drywall.

Called two different phone numbers multiple times over the course of a week, left 2 messages and still no response. How can a business operate without answering the phone! I will take my business elsewhere.

I have had the pleasure of doing business with JRB Electric and knowing Jason Berg for more than 14 years. He did all of the new -construction electrical work on two of my homes in Mequon and, he has done all of the follow up maintenance on both.

First time using JRB Electric to install a bathroom fan and switch. Fast response to my emails\questions and gave a fair price on his quote. The technician was fast and friendly and had a harder time than expected with the small job.
