Montgomery Garage Door

Our family has used Montgomery Garage Door for a number of years. They provide excellent service at a reasonable price. I was extremely pleased with a repair this week, and I highly recommend Montgomery Garage Door.

Excellent customer service! I had the best experience working with Brenda and Mike. After being previously taken advantage of by one company and then later receiving a ridiculous quote from another company, I was reluctant about calling. However after speaking with Brenda I knew that I was making the right choice. She was able to work me into their schedule the same day and Mike was there in less than an hour. Quality work, fair price, and most importantly a company you can trust!

Excellent service from Brenda and Mike. Very fast, courteous, and caring. I had called the wrong company first and they left my door in worse shape than when they came and would not return to complete the work. Very Polite, Professional, and Customer Friendly! I really appreciate Mrs. Brenda and Mr. Mike. I called Wednesday afternoon and was offered a same day appointment. They were flexible with my schedule and willing to accommodate the customer! Mr. Mike came out replaced the torsion springs within 30 mins and price was the best in town!

DEFINITELY the right place to call. I called around to 4 others and only one of them handled me as a New client both correctly and professionally to try and capture my business. One of the "other" 4 was sorry but booked for the next several weeks, and the other 3 simply didn't show enough knowledge or business sense for me to entrust them into my home or spend my money for their lack luster services. Mike and Brenda did exactly what I hoped for and expected from a business. Brenda quickly gave me the expected costs of the service I required (bottom of door seal replacement) with a more than fair price for both labor and parts. Mike was a straight forward business man with plenty of experience and most of all genuine concern for me as a client and the quality of his workmanship.

Garage door spring broke on a Sunday and technician named Mike had it fixed by 1:00 the next day. Talked with a very nice lady named Brenda to set the appointment up. Impressed with both of them. I called on Monday to replace failed Wayne Dalton Torquemaster springs and they were able to convert the springs to torsion springs the same day! They took the time to readjust the hinges and lubricate the rollers to make sure that the garage door was moving freely and quietly. Very personable, courteous and professional. The price they charged was as they had quoted over the phone.

If I had done the same job myself it would have only saved me less than $50 and I would have still been unsure about the spring ratings. Also they were done in no time at all. I am a competent DIY'er but with service and a price like this I am very satisfied and will use them again when the time comes!

Guy named Mike came out in the afternoon after I called and did a fantastic job. Our garage door came off the track and the track was crooked and bent after I tried to fix it. I am pretty handy but gave up after two hours.

Please do not use this company. I spoke with Brenda the receptionist and she didn't have a clue as to what was going on in her business and she was very rude. I asked her about competitive prices and she said that she didn't know about competitive prices or what other local companies in her industry charged and also stated that she doesn't get asked questions like that.
