My wife Karen and I were very pleased with our Valenta Plumbing experience. Our 24+ year old gas hot water heater stopped working unexpectedly and we initially spoke with Ron. He was professional, offered great advice and quickly scheduled our appointment. Jeff and Jarod arrived on time, were very knowledgeable and pleasant, worked quickly, and did a great job cleaning up.

In particular, Valenta was responsive to also taking care of a few additional plumbing tasks that we had simply put on hold due to the COVID pandemic. We took advantage of having Jeff and Jarod on site and they repaired a leaky bathroom faucet and installed a new toilet. We highly recommend Valenta and will without a doubt be a returning customer if needed.

We called out Valenta for a water leak. After they got here, they found that it was actually the sprinkler system. They were great and gave me incite into who to contact and what was needed!

Valenta was AWESOME! After being told by another plumbing company that an entire wall would have to be destroyed to gain access to a pipe for rotorooter to come, Valenta was on the case! They installed a perfectly good, unobtrusive access and our wall remains. Thank you, Valenta!

Great workmanship by Kevin, installing a new sink in our stainless steel countertops. The sink was too large, but he was able to carefully grind it to where it would fit, and ensured no rust or stains were left from the prior sink. Great job over all! I can't say enough positives about my experience with Valenta Plumbing and especially their repairman, Lance. Yesterday he repaired a hot/cold water mixing valve that we've had problems with for years. During the process of replacing the valve, he had to run to our local, small-town hardware store for some extra supplies to fashion a custom fitting due to our older-style plumbing.

The custom-made gizmo he came up with did the job perfectly! Today, everything is working as it should have when our walk-in tub was installed some 13 years ago! For this recent job, my first contact was with owner, Ron Valenta via phone. He quickly set up the repair date (we live 80 miles north of their main office) and was extremely cordial and accommodating.

Today I gave Ron a quick call to commend Lance on not only the great job he did but on his affable demeanor. And Ron said, "You're not the first to be impressed with Lance!" I highly recommend Valenta Plumbing. You won't find a nicer (or more competent) group of people to deal with.

Had an incessant leak in the basement, they made room in fully booked schedule to provide same day service. Jim was absolutely amazing, kind, efficient, and explained the functionality of the repairs so a novice could understand. I am so happy with my decision to have Valenta come to my home. Not only were they fast to get to my house but their price was also fantastic. Speed and price are great when dealing with service issues, but the absolute best part of the entire experience was the plumber Kevin. I had tried to do the repairs myself first and had them almost complete but due to a lack of experience wasn't quite able to finalize everything. Kevin was insanely knowledgeable and incredibly patient with me and explained everything he was doing while I looked over his shoulder like a curious 4yr old.

Not only did he complete the job I wasn't able to, he was also able to repair a leaking shower downstairs for me on his way out of the house in a matter of minutes. That was a 2nd job that would have taken me hours that I hadn't even planned to tackle that day at all. Valenta will be my only call for any work from here on out & I will request Kevin every time. However, from my experiences calling them to book the appointment & pay my bill it seems that all of their employees are as well trained and knowledgeable as he is. Valenta was a recommended to me by a meticulous co-worker and I wasn't disappointed. I've used them twice so far this year and was very pleased both times.

They gave me an estimate of $200 for a small job ($98 / hour). Plumber came, looked at my sewer valve, and without even opening it, said he needed to get new parts. He left and didn't come back for a week, after I called multiple times.

We have used Valenta on several occasions and had perfect service each time. From major remodels to small jobs, they have done it all for us over the last decade. I would add that I am not easily pleased.
