These guys are clueless when it come to servicing their spa's, I'm still waiting on payment for electrical troubleshooting services rendered due to a fault of their recirculating pump. Certified Pool and Spa kept telling the customer the spa was hooked up wrong only so I could go back out and diagnose the problem to a bad pump sold on day one.
