I called and spoke to the representative over the phone. I told them I need the washer lid assembly and gave the part number and the model number of the washer. The representative said the repair person would be out in 2 weeks to install the new lid assembly. When that time came the repair came they did not have the part or any information over the call I had with their representative. On top of that they charge me over $125 for the service for nothing!

_stars.if I could. Terrible experience with D3. We are out over $260 from them. I called and explained to them the situation. I bought a warranty through Kitchen Aid. They came out, serviced the fridge and ordered the parts, I asked about the warranty and I called through Kitchen aid why wasn't it under the warranty. They said you need to call Kitchen Aid.
Which I did, come to find out we have a 30 day waiting period through kitchen aid. I called back and asked them to hold the parts for 30 days. They said no, we will also charge you a restocking fee. They told us they will not service our home either, you will have to use another company. They told me they receive more business from the company (kitchen aid) then me and I am out of luck and they will not help me.
They don't care about me or my business is what they told me. They told me Find another company. We paid them to come out, we know what the issue is and they told us they refuse to help. It took a year and a half, but fingers crossed, our refrigerator is fixed. Both Glenn's that came out were professional. It literally takes weeks to get someone scheduled. If a part is needed, a new appointment, weeks away has to be scheduled once the part comes in. I know a lot of this has to do with getting parts and being under-manned, but it makes it difficult for an appliance that is used constantly. As well, I now have a scratch and a ding on my fridge that wasn't there before.

Anthony did an excellent job of discovering and solving a leak in one of the hoses in my washing machine. The cause of the leak wasn't immediately apparent, but Anthony pursued his research until he found and resolved the problem. Plus, he was very polite and explained everything to me. Great service. Trip 1: Robbie showed up. Looked at the error code that was communicated prior and said he had to order a part. Trip 2. Robbie shows up and has to order another part since he only spent 2 minutes looking at the error code instead of the machine. He also let my dog out without permission. Trip 3: Robbie again. Got the circuit board wet and told us we had to wait 24 hours and call back if it still doesn't work. Been over 60 days and still do not have a working dishwasher. Called back after 24 hours and was transferred to a gentleman in the service department. Was told it was not his job to handle calls and wasn't sure why I was transferred to him. Was told I would receive a call back. That was a lie. Had to contact samsung again. Going to be another week. Hopefully they will find another certified appliance repair company that cares about its reputation.

Jeremiah is the best! I have had several people service these horrible Samsung ovens, and he is by far the best person to work on them. His knowledge of the product is top-notch, and his ability to listen to my description of the problems was refreshing. Thank you Jeremiah for getting the ovens up and running so that I can use them while waiting for the parts to come in. The only reason I did not check "Good Value" above is because this is warranty work.

The technicians are great! The office staff however, is horrible. We've almost been out of our dishwasher for 3 months. Due to COVID, I haven't been bugging the office because I am aware that that has caused delays. However, the last two weeks I have been calling to get status updates. The first week I was given a status of the part should be arriving any day now and I will be called to get put on the schedule.
I called last week and was told they're still waiting for parts. I called Home Depot warranty today as it is taking longer than normal and was transferred directly to D3/A-OK. I asked if I could get status update and was told that the that the part should be shipping out shortly. When I explain to her that I was told something different the last 2 weeks and a questioned why I wasn't made aware of the delay when I had already been waiting almost 3 months she told me that I was not her only customer.
When I advise I realize I'm not her own customer. However, I am a customer. Customer, she continued to talk over me. I explain to her that not communicating a delay and then speaking over. The customer is horrible customer service and she hung up on me. I completely understand when you have a high call volume or many customers that you are taking care of. However, customer service is the most important part of business, especially when a customer has waited almost 3 months for a part to come in with no communication from the repair company.

Patty called to setup our warranty service promptly and courteously after I contacted Samsung for our leaking washing machine. Glen came out on our scheduled service date in the timeframe given. He was very nice and got right to work. I explained the issue as much as I could and he knew right where to look. Everything was probably less than 30 minutes for him to reconnect the drain which was not installed properly at the factory level. Very happy with everyone and everything involved.

I've never worked with a repair company that is so disrespectful. I would avoid them at all costs. I was connected with them through Samsung's Repair department and was never told my unit was out of warranty by either party. After sending a technician out, who made a 3 minute repair, I was being told I would be charged nearly $300, which included parts that were not even used on the repair.
Despite trying to reason with the company, I was met with immediately combative employees and called a "freeloader, which is the new American way." I'd highly recommend seeking out a different service repair company if you want to be treated like a customer and not pay hidden fees that are only mentioned AFTER the work is done. Had I been told this was not a warranty repair, I would have used a different repair company that has treated me well in the past. As far as the work goes, that was completed successfully, as of now, so at least there is that.

I'm in Grand Junction CO. not in CA! If I could give a better rating I would! Harold was our repairman. Courteous, respectful, and hard working. We had a new dishwasher installed and the original installer almost ruined the dishwasher. Harold came and did an amazing repair.it's like new! Harold your the man! Thank you for a job well done!

Do not call this company. They have a drop down menu for Kenmore. 8 hours later after emailing me an appointment day they call and tell us they don't service Kenmore. We had to submit model and serial to get appointment. Really? What a waste of my time and theirs! Will never call them again. I could have scheduled someone else! Thanks a lot jerks!

Jason was extremely friendly and communicative about our washing machine. He diagnosed the problem quickly and then returned to make the repair as soon as he had the part. He was professional and courteous, and explained what he was doing so we understood the problem. He also confirmed that the washer was working properly before putting it back in our closet to make sure we were all set, even though the repair had taken longer than expected and he had other jobs to get to. DC/A-OK is one of the only licensed Whirlpool repair places in the area, so it can take a while to get on their schedule, but it's worth the wait. Rick was also very helpful on the phone and confirmed appointments and times with us. Highly recommend.

Scheduled an appointment for a warranty repair. Gabe showed up on time. He was friendly and also professional. Took a look at the dryer and determined that the thermostat needed replacing, so he replaced it. He also suggested that the dryer vent could use cleaning out, so I scheduled that as well. Gabe also taught me how to verify that the vent was functioning properly. With the thermostat replaced and the vent cleared out, everything is working perfectly. Thanks Gabe!

We had a local repair place come and look at our dishwasher, they cam back and told me the dishwasher was leaking because it was not level, and sent me a service charge, even though the dishwasher was still leaking. I called Whirlpool and they got me set up with D3/A-OK Appliance Service. I was surprised to see they were out of Colorado Springs and was thinking it would be a long time before I would get any service, being that I am located in Delta CO. Turns out they have a tech in Grand Junction, he came and looked at our Dishwasher and determined it was a bad gasket, they ordered a new one and installed it.
The leak was relocated to the other side. Another bad gasket. A new one was ordered and replaced. Issue resolved. Tech was knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend D3 for your appliance repair needs. Thanks!

Scott was able to effectively troubleshoot our 18 year old oven and identify a failed component on the mother board. He also provided sound advice on the options available including his opinion on what he would do, not pushing us for an expensive repair. Had them do a repair to an ice maker under warranty.it's still broke after they "fixed" it and I can't seem to get an answer on when it will be fixed. It's ice so I'm not bent but wow this company sucks. No call backs, no help of any kind and I am at a loss. The tech even left tools at my home and when I told them they said they would call back and never did.

Our double-oven completely stopped working during a self-cleaning cycle, and would not turn back on. The D3/A-OK technician, Gabe, was able to arrive early and called to ask if that was okay. Gabe professionally introduced himself and diagnosed the problem almost immediately after hearing about the issue. Gabe easily obtained the needed part and fixed our oven within the hour. We couldn't be happier with Gabe and the excellent service provided. Highly recommended.

My 3 year old Maytag just would not turn on. Tried unplugging it, plugging back in and nothing. Checked the breaker box. All was good. Called Maytag on October 25th and they set up an appointment with D-3/A-OK for November 8th! Then the night of October 25th, I got a robocall that they would be out on the 26th between 8 am and 5 pm. Hmmm? I called the company on the 26th to see if they were coming out that day.
They said no, and repairman would call to confirm appointment for November 8th. Well, he called on the 26th and said new appointment date was now November 15th, and might get pushed back further! I am sorry. Is this how businesses are run these days? I need my washing machine fixed!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! We waited over a month for an appointment in our Albuquerque (not San Francisco) home for a non-working oven. They said that was the soonest appointment available. They couldn't care less about us not having a working oven! Took an entire day off from work the day of the appointment (because they said it would be "sometime between 8am to 5pm"), and NO ONE SHOWED UP!
We were home all day, and even had the front door open! We also called the day before to update our contact number for the appointment, and did not receive a phone call. UNACCEPTABLE!

D3 most horrible service I have ever received! We contacted D-3 to fix our Samsung washer. A tech came out and said it needed a new draining pump and was an easy fix. They just needed to order the part. The first time they were scheduled to come out and fix it they canceled because the tech had a family emergency. They rescheduled for a week. later.
On Monday the tech came out and was in my laundry room for about 30min. He said there was good news and some kinda bad news. Good news was my washer was fixed. The kinda bad news was they sent him the part for an older model of our washer but that part works and was on the washer and the washer is working. He said he would order the updated.

We called this center because they had done warranty work for us in the past. We weren't aware that a $112 service call is added to any visit plus labor, parts and misc. charges. For a oven fuse replacement we paid $299 labor for an hour job. The part was $88 and then a random charge of $12 plus tax. Management explained the process and apologized for it not being outlined on the receipt. I believe this service company can do the work, just be aware that $112 will be added as they do not let you know.

We have been trying to get our 1 year old Whirlpool refrigerator repaired since early May. At that time it was under warranty. They ordered all the parts they thought they would need to repair it. WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING AT IT! My husband got really aggravated with them & hung up. Because we purchased an extended warranty with Lowe's I called them.
I got a call from D-3/A-OK and was told that they don't come out here (Cripple Creek, CO).I explained that Whirlpool was suppose to fix it under the warranty. Then she saw that Whirlpool was going to pay the mileage for them to come. They were still missing one of the ordered parts. I then said they should just come with the parts they had & see if that would fix it. Had to schedule it out about 2 weeks.yes, after waiting 3 months!
The technician came today.he was very pleasant. He said he didn't know why they had to order all those parts, when he thought it was just a fractured valve.and that's what it was. So my advice is avoid this company at all costs! If you buy an extended warranty from Lowe's be sure that they use a company that will come to your location.

Absolutely horrible. So apparently they are the warranty service for Maytag. NOT A GOOD CHOICE THERE. I purchased a Maytag washer on 4 January of this year, 2021. A technician from D3 has been out twice now, has replaced the control board. Unit is still not working. They do not know what the issue is. I am now requesting a replacement or refund. Whirlpool has stated that the washer needs to be deemed not repairable.
The problem is that the technician from D3 states that anything is repairable given enough time and parts. Of course it is, where is the line drawn though. Currently been without the unit for a month. I don't feel needing to rebuild something from scratch qualifies as repairable. Poor product and unacceptable customer service. Neither Bestbuy or Whirlpool want to stand behind what they sell.
Now in a forever loop of waiting on parts, when they could have used common sense and declared it not repairable. Of course when you call they have absolutely no clue as to when they might get the parts. Please do not use this business for anything.

I scheduled warranty repair on a refrigerator in our large RV and clearly told them where it was located. They confirmed the appointment and I mentioned again that it was in an RV. I went to the trouble of removing all the material around it and had it pulled out for them. The day of service the manager called and refused to send out someone to even look at it. No help at all.

The "D' in D-3 is the grade they deserve for their service. If you have a choice on who you can use for your appliance brand, please use someone else. Our Bosch dishwasher stopped working, they sent a repairman out to diagnose the problem. Before he even stepped into our home he was brusque and rude. His bad attitude continued as he started taking our dishwasher apart to see what was wrong, his diagnosis: the control panel was broken.
Now it gets interesting. He tells us it will be over $600 to repair our dishwasher (mind you at this point we already knew that the part was about $70). He then tells us that we might as well just buy a new dishwasher instead. While taking our payment of $120 for the service call, he glances over to our LG refrigerator and says, "We don't service that crap". Are you kidding me? Unprofessional from start to finish with a nice helping of rudeness to top it off. Oh yeah, a new control panel didn't fix the problem. Bosch really needs some other options in Colorado Springs.

Well they never called when they had the part ready I had to call to find out where it was. Then we were scheduled for an appointment today between 8-12 well it came upon 11:15 and I hadn't heard from them. I called and asked if they had an ETA on arrival time. They stated the technician is on his way. I called an hour later and still no. technician and no call. Called again about 30 minutes later asking to speak with a manager.
No manager to speak to and no call back after it was requested a call back. Called again about 1:30 and still no technician, no call back and now they don't know where their technician is located. They have no way of calling their technicians. So here it is 2:45 pm and still no call back and no technician. Poor customer service and if Lowe's recommends this company pass.

This place is horrible. Unfortunately they seem to do alot of appliance warranty work here and its not good. The only number i was given for contact about my washer part was a technician number, which didn't go well. Then i was told one day that the part I needed was in Nebraska and now no one knows where it is. Ive received horrible customer service. Btw, washer is only 6 months old and needs a new control board. Dont buy maytag and do not use D3.

Waited two weeks for them to come repair my washer. They cancelled on me the first time with less than an hour notice. Rescheduled for the next day (after a conversation about their poor planning) and they cancelled again with less than an hour notice. They do not communicate with their service reps or their customers. Horrible service.

I have a Samsung gas range whose control panel went wacky, Samsung warranty directed me to D3. 3 attempts at replacing the part left me with perfectly working unit. However 3 months almost to the day a big bubble has protruded from the plastic and the panel is starting to discolor in places. I don't know if they replaced the part originally with a after market piece or what. Of course now it out of warranty and I'm frustrated. Not sure I trust this company now.

So we had a warranty service to get done. D-3/A-OK was very responsive and did a great job with the repair. I do think that had the service not done under warranty I would have been really frustrated with the price of the repair. The $119 visitation fee is really high, but unfortunately is pretty standard everywhere. The technician, Anthony was really good. He was fast and extremely courteous.

We have an issue with our Maytag Dryer purchased about six months ago. This is the only company in our area that could do the warranty repair and it has been a joke. After a month and half of trying to figure out the problem we still don't have a working dryer. The most recent appointment (after the first appointment where they misdiagnosed the problem) we told the woman scheduling the appointment the dryer wouldn't heat up.
She automatically says it's the heating element and we would have to wait a week for the part to get here. The part gets here and of course it isn't the heating element. Now we have to wait for another part to get ordered, and another appointment to be available. Meanwhile we have to lug our laundry (for a family of five) to the laundry mat yet another week. I will say the technician Mike was very nice and helpful. However we still don't have a dryer for the foreseeable future. Will update if our dryer gets fixed.

We purchased a brand new Samsung washer and dryer set. It then started leaking, forced to use this company because of Samsung, I wouldn't trust these technicians to screw in a lightbulb. The same piece on the washer side has leaked multiple times, flooding the laundry room, ruining the floor and flooding the crawlspace. They have been out 3. different times and it's "fixed" then leaks again.
I've been told multiple times it is because we have hard water. However we haven't had issues with other appliances. They refuse to admit they are unable to fix the washer and continue to waste my time. I have been told it's okay because there are stay at home orders anyway, so a washer isn't that important. I'm a RN, so having uniforms is vital, I have been working through it all.
This company is so rude and inconsiderate. They also refuse to close the ticket so Samsung can proceed with our process of our warranty coverage. If this is your profession, figure out how to do it right. Accidents happen, but the same thing multiple times is rediclious!

This is the absolute worse company I've worked with and didn't have a choice because it's through Maytag my washer went out 6 weeks ago the tech was 3 hours late. parts were ordered then on back order and the customer service at this company is horrible I do not recommend them at all you literally would be better off fixing it yourself, no one is helpful, there is No communication what so ever on the status of your repair NOTHING! Do not use this company I'm literally stuck using them and have been without a washer for 6 weeks!

Glenn, the tech who examined my washer/dryer, did a fantastic job! The machine had been leaking soapy water, and it was important that a tech figure out the problem quickly. I called in the morning, and Glenn was nice enough to fit me into his already busy schedule that same day. Aside from clearly knowing his craft, Glenn also genuinely seemed to care about doing a good, thorough job.
He figured out the problem, provided counsel as to how to avoid the same problem in the future, and did so with a smile. As a result of his effort, I definitely will call D3/A-OK Appliance Service in the years to come if and when other appliance issues inevitably arise.

Jesse was great! Very thorough, knowledgeable and skilled at doing some repairs on our appliances. He also gave us some extremely valuable advice about our appliances that we hadn't received from the sales people who sold them to us. Without that information we may have unknowingly damaged our appliances. Anyway, he is the best service person we have had in ages!! Thanks Jesse!

Bought a brand new washer dryer combo. Was damaged on delivery, per a tech that came out and tried to figure out why my dryer squeezed so loud. After several visits and dozens of phone calls, all your company wants to do is order more parts and prolong service. I have 4 girls, all under the age of 15. I am a single father and I’m sure you could understand why a dryer, one that should be working just fine, is a problem for me 2 months into your various service calls and pleads for help.
Your customer service is prompt, but only to give me backwards stories about why I’m still dealing with a non working stackable unit. I will be reporting my full, documented and meticulously documented story to both the bbb and the local news.

D3 technician replaced our burnt out Kitchenaid soap dispenser for almost $500 but the new one didn’t work. After talking to management, they gave us a partial refund and then decided that the main control should have been replaced at the same time with the new soap dispenser. They agreed to do this at no charge “to make things right”. D3 management listened to the concerns and apologized for what happened.
Our dishwasher is now working great and we appreciate D3’s management going the extra mile to remedy the incorrect first diagnosis. We appreciate D3’s kindness and professionalism. Thank You.

They’re very reliable company and came as promo every time. Some cases, they’d fix what was broken and in one case, they didn’t charge me because there wasn’t anything needed to be fixed except the plumbing, so that showed me their honesty. I’d keep contacting them whenever I experience a hiccup with my appliances. Thank you for your business, aka rescuing us.

I bought a complete set of Kitchenaid professional appliances and our stove wasn't lighting. We had a tech come out and of course it fired right up. Kitchenaid has a safety on it. If you turn the knobs to light the burners to bleed the line you have to push start on the oven control panel. Since he was here he did a full checkup of the stove and found the lower oven door was loose. He fixed it and no we can use our stove! Thanks for such great service!

[The technician] from D3/A-OK did a great job helping me last week fix my dishwasher. He not only made the extra effort to get the repair part and complete the job that day, but he also taught me a few things about my appliance I did not know. He left me samples of a new cleaner that he recommended and it worked so well that I now use that product.

Mike visited my residence to repair a GE electric range. Outstanding service and very friendly to talk with. He diagnosed a problem with the thermal limit themostat which was not obvious at all and saved me the cost of replacing the range. He was on time and the repair was completed in less than one hour. Great work, Mike!

I'm gonna' tell Angie's List (again) that you guys are the BEST service people I've ever had! [The technician] is incredibly patient with my questions. He's like a detective on the job when it comes to finding out what's wrong and how to best fix it! In addition -- he always gives me suggestions to help me do it better and save $$$ with tips on how to take care of the appliances!
